Only old asian people, they work in sydney and they live here. really boring hostel. Shower on flor 1 do not have hot water, first they give me a room but my bed wasn't made, so they went to make it, and when I came back, they hadn't changed the sheets! They just straightened them. You cant open the windows of the rooms so imagine the smell, everything is old. Is cheaper than other hotels? Yes, but better pay a little more and go to a better one.
Booking didnt work out and we were refused stay
I don’t normally leave reviews, but i thought i needed to share how awful this experience was! Not only did our booking change on arrival without being told previously from an all girls room to a mixed room, but the overall stench and mould just really added to the overall poor experience! Would not recommend!!

Sobald in man in den Keller kommt, wo die Küche ist, riecht es extrem unangenehm! Der ganze Essbereich ist sehr dreckig und es wirkt so als wäre dort schon lange nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, aber das Bad leider auch dreckig und nicht angenehm.
Smells awful, most things were not clean
The welcoming staff was very kind, but the room attendants were cold. The lift is very very very slow, if u room is at the 7th floor u won’t have to pay the gym. The A/C was blocked at 19 deg C and the only way to aerate the room is to open the door because the windows are also blocked. The kitchen was cold and looks like a poor quality things. But above all, the WiFi is a nightmare. The locker was broken but the electricity didn’t need an adapter. Very well located.
Awful stay here. Bathrooms were closed multiple times for 4 hours. Some of the toilets were out of order too. Linen had stains on it. And the kitchen is one of the worst I’ve been in…dirty, no airflow and there was a drain leak so the smell was revolting. Was very happy to leave and would not recommended.
Not the friendliest or cleanest place, several hostels next door which are a lot better value.

Was not as depicted in photos. Older bldg that was showing a lot of wear. Dead roach on kitchen floor. Beds were comfortable enough. We did like the location as it was close to the metro at central station.

L’emplacement est très pratique, le personnel est très agréable. Les lits sont très confortables. La chambre est un peu petite. La cuisine est très grande, vous avez de l’emplacement pour mettre vos biens alimentaires.
Tatsächlich je 2 WC & Duschkabinen, mit wenig Ablage, pro Etage, aber sauber!!! Großes Hostel, wirklich sauber gut organisiert Nahe Central Station Kein Partyhostel, sehr ruhig, ideal für Reisende im Besten Alter :) 4 Bett Zimmer groß, gr. Kasten - verschließbar Team sehr zuvorkommend Hat einen !Lift :)
good location. enough size of kitchen. But no one filled hand soap for toilet. it was bit disgusting.
Great location, right near the central station and the light rail. Rooms were big, with large lockers. Bathrooms were well maintained, but looked a little dated. Kitchen was big, but is currently undergoing renovation and looked a little run down. There’s a big tv room which seems nice, and there were events we just weren’t there long enough to experience any of them. For a short stay would recommend.

Une odeur dans la chambre, des lits qui grincent au moindre mouvement, une chambre qui n'offre pas de place pour les gros bagages, des casiers individuels qui ne sont pas propres, des portes qui claquent ou font un bruit monstre dès qu'on les ferme, des douches pleines de calcaires, des infiltrations dans les murs de la salle de bain qui laissent un liquide visqueux et collant couler sous les lavabos, des peintures écaillées dans toutes les pièces, de la vaisselle à peine propre...
Needs intensive renovations to bring this building up to modern living standards. Everything is so old and outdated. Very depressing vibes here. Couldn’t leave quicker.
The room has a bad smell, the sheets of the beds was dirty, only had 1 toilet for all the floor, the people in the room have 0 respect for the others
Great, clean hostel. Perfect location for public transport and walking around the city. Just perhaps didn’t feel the safest as a girl on my own at night so just travelled in Ubers.
Nice social place downstairs, things run very smoothly. Breakfast toast is nice, and the staff is kind
One of the worst experiences ever . Facilities really old , every step sound like old house. And the staff is not that nice I'd had a problem with the laundry I couldn't wash my clothes by mistake and the guy from reception wasn't able to help me then I had to pay twice. The only good thing is that you can get pizzas for free on Fridays. I would be back just in the case that's the only one room available in all Sydney.
Price/quality
Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la estación central de tren. Tiene ascensor, la cocina es pequeña pero bien equipada, desayuno básico pero suma.
Bueno para estar los primeros días
The staff was very friendly. The guests were respectful and quiet in the bunk rooms. It was a mixed age group. Great central location and breakfast was a perk.
