Very horrible place to stay. I couldn't sleep at night they put me with some real strange two men in a ten bed room. I feel very unsafe. I had to learve the room and come down to sleep on the floor in the resection area. It was terrible
CAUTION BEDBUGS! The propety never responded once I notified them. The staff were rude. No cooking facilities. Need to click shower button every five seconds. Sketchy location in city.

C est hotel est cher pour un lit en dortoir.lesbpassages dans la nuits des résidents quibfontballumervles lumières. Pas de jardin. Pas de lumiere exterieure sauf dans le dortoir qui ressemble à un couloir. C est trop cher pour une nuit dans un couloir dortoir. Cependant très bon accueil et pas loin du centre et du chemin de Compostelle

Ekoos is clean, the staff are nice enough. Don't come here if you want to meet new people, there are strong negative vibes here. There are literally silence please signs in the common room. It's clean, but in our door, 14 bed, the bathroom is in the same room as the beds. Although the showers and loos are behind doors - there are thin wills so this is uncomfortable and noisy. Plus some drunk dutch blokes ate our food. Wouldn't come back.
The hostel in general is ok BUT I had to pay twice for my stay. Once on their counter and the second time they booked it off of my credit card. When I checked my bank account I tried to contact them several times and they would eather be really annoyed or hang up the phone. They also didn't answer any of my emails. I contacted Hostelword who told me that the payment was't registerd etc. This whole process took me 3 months and I still haven't got my money back and probably never will.
If you enjoy any of the following, you'll love this hostel! Talking to poorly programmed chat bots to be able to check into a hostel. Casual conversations with Siri instead of leaving the house. Interior design that is as gentrified as possible. To the robots who thought designing a hostel like this would be a good idea: While I understand outsourcing your reception to a call centre may sound like a good idea, most people would prefer to delay the lifestyle of Blade Runner as long as possible
Ce fut une très mauvaise expérience!! Personne à la reception, tout se fait en ligne ou via un parlophone devant l'auberge. Ensuite des cafards dans la chambre, on s'est battu pour avoir une nouvelle chambre. Là le détecteur de mouvement allumait tout le temps la lumière, impossible de dormir. L'homme de la sécurité a appelé la centrale pour savoir si nous pouvions être remboursés, la femme qui répond se moque ouvertement de nous, elle ne se rend pas compte que nous l'entendons a...

Cutre, escondido tras la excusa de un supuesto hotel sostenible. El barrio es espantoso, el personal apenas cumple con lo básico y, para rematar las habitaciones llenas de polvo.
The neighborhood is horrible, the staff barely meets the basics and, to top it off, the rooms are filled with dust.

I got back a few days ago from my trip, and I got bedbugs from this hostel. Besides that, it was decent for a hostel. I agree with other reviews saying they didn't feel very safe in the general area of the hostel, but the security measures in the actual hostel made me feel quite safe. The showers didn't work great, but otherwise it's what I would expect from a hostel. For the price I paid- overall not bad, but the bedbugs really suck. Both my friend and I have bites.
Mit 5 Personen unterwegs als Familie. Zimmer schon eher klein und dunkel. Viertel ist eher schwierig aber sehr nahe an der altstadt
With 5 people travelling as a Family. rooms already rather small and dark. neighborhood is rather difficult but very close to the altstadt
Durante mi estancia en el hostel tuve muchas picaduras en el cuerpo y lo avisé. No me compensaron de ninguna forma. Todavía no sé si son pulgas o chinches. No sé si recomendaría este sitio.
During my stay in the hostel I had many bites on my body and I warned him. they did not compensate me in any way. i still don't know if it is fleas or bed bugs. i don't know if i would recommend this place.
La zona da miedo de verdad. El sistema para entrar era demasiado complicado: un codigo largo para una puerta, otro codigo largo para otra puerta, y luego el mismo código para la habitación. Por una toalla me cobraron 2 euros, por un candado para el locker de la habitación 3 euros. Y lo que mas me sorprendió al hacer el check out fue que me cobran 3 o 5 euros para el locker para dejar tus cosas. Suele ser gratis siempre. El personal ni antipatico ni simpatico. Le falta ganas a todo.
The system to enter was too complicated: one long code for one door, another long code for another door, and then the same code for the room. For a towel I was charged 2 euros, for a lock for the locker room 3 euros. And what surprised me most when I checked out was that they charged 3 or 5 euros for the locker to leave your things. It is usually free always. The staff is neither unpleasant nor friendly.
Très bien, juste le quartier est pas top selon moi.

L’auberge est située dans l’un des pires quartiers en termes de sécurité. La salle de bain et les toilettes manquent d’entretien: absence de quoi se sécher les mains (papier), douche bouchée qui déborde, sol toujours inondé (pas de tapis ou évacuation de l’eau au sol), douche capricieuse et lumière qui s’éteint automatiquement toutes les 30s, corbeille à déchets cassée. La climatisation dans la chambre est défaillante (soit trop froid, soit trop chaud). Stockage de bagag...
The hostel is located in one of the worst neighborhoods in terms of security.The bathroom and toilets lack maintenance: lack of anything to dry hands (paper), shower overflows, sun always flooding (no carpet or drainage to the floor), capricious shower and light that automatically goes out every 30s, trash can broken.The air conditioning in the room is faulty (either too cold or too hot).Temporary luggage storage paid!

Das Hostel ist gut allerdings ist die Lage wirklich sehr schlecht, in einer ärmlichen Gegend mit Obdachlosen und ständigen Polizeibesuchen ein paar Meter weiter
The Hostel is good, but the situation is really very bad, in a poor area with homeless people and constant police visits a few meters away.
This hostel is located at reasonable walking distance (20 mins approx) from Barrio Viejo, ecc. The direct neighborhood (Zabala) is one that makes you be alert, especially at night, however no issues occurred to us during our stay. The entire space has very little to no daylight and the dorms have a long, narrow shape with one window, which doesn't make you want to spend time there. The bathrooms are clean, the beds less. The folks who stay here seem all very quite and the staff is friendly.
