- The room was unclean. There was a pube hair left on my pillow. There was gheko poop on the dishes. The bed sheets were filthy. The staff was rude and unfriendly.

- I had an issue booking and didnt see it was a male room. I understand it was my fault, but staff was completely rude. Even asked me to go to another hostel they own, drove me there and it was in the other corner of the town. Up in the mountain…. No way of recommending this place

- Odalar nemli ve rutubetli ve çok karanlık. Hiç memnun kalmadım tavsiye etmiyorum. Bir de yetmezmiş gibi parfüm sıkıyorlar. Yerlerde soğuk ben hiç sevmedim. Üzgünüm

- Hotel looks good, but with zero facilities Rooms were too Small that i couldn‘t even breath and just with two people staying there it became smelly like ceiling. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom were so dirty, no toilet paper no napkins nothing there, also very small. If u are a bagpacker who doesn’t care about Hygiene n sleep anywhere then its ok for you.

+ Roof top bar was good and the receptionist that was there was nice aswell.

- The aircondition leaked water after only 5 min of use. we tried to talk to the reception but they said there was nothing that could be done. Mind you we were staying there for 2 nights and had to put water bottles under the aircondition to use it for only 45 min before the water bottles was full. Secondly if you use the shower for more then 5 min the bathroom would be flooded. Thirdly the bed was broken in several places, every time i moved the bed sounded like it was going to fall. Forth it said it had breakfast included but in reality the so called breakfast was just a small shelfs with some chocolate snacks and some coffee on it and they call that breakfast. Fifth there was no tv but there was a record player that was broken.

+ Great location. Good price. Wonderful staff. Free snacks and tea which is a lovely touch. The balcony is nice and the beds were very comfy.

- The bathroom is outdated and needs a deep clean as it looks like there is mould in the shower. The toilet seat was also broken. You have to pay cash at the property so make sure you have enough.

+ + Very calm surroundings, great cafés etc around + Friendly staff, helpful when I locked myself out accidentally + Very comfortable and nicely designed room, great bathroom + Super pretty and cozy common areas

+ O quarto e banheiro privativos são bem espaçosos. A varanda do quarto também é bem agradável. .

- Alguns pequenos itens poderiam fazer a diferença e tornar o quarto um pouco mais funcional, como um espelho adicional fora do banheiro e toalheiros adicionais no banheiro. Alguns cantos do banheiro estavam mofados e a roupa de cama estava encardida em algumas partes. A localização também deixou a desejar - achei um pouco distante do centro.

+ Good location, in a nice area and a spacious room.

- Upon arrival, I was made aware I needed to pay for the property in cash but this wasn’t clear on the booking and I got no further communication about it, although I could have missed it. I was put on the phone to the owner who was quite abrupt and rude about the situation - if we weren’t already there I would have left and stayed elsewhere. Also the reception area is all open and covered in mosquitoes - they do have spray on the counter to use so are aware of the issue but it is unbearable to be in the room for any length of time.

+ La proximité de la walking street, tout en étant un peu éloigné du centre pour être au calme! La propreté de l'établissement, ses différents coins pour se poser ainsi que le confort des chambres!!! Très belle expérience, je recommande

+ The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms, bathrooms, and showers were very clean. The room had air conditioning. My stay was enjoyable.

- Beds are new but they're rock solid and you can feel the springs. Had to ask for an additional duvet to lie on because it was that uncomfortable Have to make the shower pressure super low otherwise it's not warm. Either a cold slightly powerful shower or a warmer drizzle. Locker door broken in room Windows are open in the room (you can't close yourself as theres a mosquito net taped shut over the windows) and in the bathroom so there's lots of mosquitos flying around One morning the water coming out of the taps was brown. Mentioned it to reception but their answer didn't really make sense as to why
