No reservations here, the fake photo, no reception, everything controlled through a camera by the guy who runs it, an aggressive racist psychopath who threatens his own customers and treats foreigners like dogs!!!
Overall wouldn't want to spend time in that Hostel again! WC and Shower are just in the same spot literally bad.
I do not recommend this place for women travelling solo. No sign on the street, hard to find despite instructions, run down outside and inside. Photos misleading. I didn't feel safe at night because gypsies were drinking in the street and one followed me. Mixed dorm was me and 4 men and smelled. Room had mosquitoes and windows didn't open. Showers in toilet cubicles. Kitchen had no sink. I left as I didn't feel safe to walk to restaurants at night & couldn't cook there. I was not refunded.
The location is very close to all sightseeing sites. However, it’s really not a nice hostel (difficult to find because there are no signs and it’s not on Google maps, barely any staff, very uncomfortable bed, very scarcely and poorly equipped, the toilet is literally in the shower). I really wonder why the hostel had such good reviews when I booked it.
Terrible Hostel, Dark like a dungeon with no light, the place gave me the creeps, kitchen was terrible with no sink and unusable old cooker, Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Please look at the pictures of the bathroom and showers before you book. The hostel is okay and the guy working the front desk is nice. I was one of the few people at the hostel (probably low season). Recommends for the owner: 1: add lockers in the rooms so guests can put their stuff in it. (For security and storage purposes) 2: build an actually shower (separate from the toilet) it’s pretty weird taking a shower right over the toilet.
The price for this place should be maximum 10 Euros. the place has nothing to do with the pictures shown
I have travelled for 1.5 years and this was close to the worst hostel. The beds are right next to each other - so you are sleeping with strangers. There are no lockers. They had a fold out sofa that someone was sleeping on in my room. It’s not clean, and the showers go over the toilets.
Very overpriced for what you get in Bulgaria. It’s a decent hostel. Location is good.
This hostel is kinda weird. -There is no sign or even name at the bell. You gotta check your emails for instructions... - 80% of the time there was no staff there. So if you have quick question you have to write Whatsapp and hope that you get an quick answer. - the bar was closed 80% of the time (when no staff is there). Also there were bicycles in there. - breakfast was only available after 10:30 (write this at least in the hostel description) Not terrible but surely there are better ho...

Good location and decent room for a great price. Quiet neighbourhood and a few minutes walk to the main metro. Not a social scene, so if you're after that, then this might not be your best bet, but if you only need a place to crash, then this fits the bill.

La ubicación hermosa, la arquitectura de la zona, me pareció muy interesante. Hay un supermercado cerca, hay puestos donde venden choclo hervido y asado,muy pintorescas las calles. Me pareció muy práctica la forma de recepción.El lugar muy limpio, agua caliente sin problemas, wifi sin problemas, hay lavadoras, la cocina abierta toda la noche, pude hacer todo el té que me apeteció, y un caldo instantáneo gratis, la cama cómoda, muchos almohadones, silencioso.Anduve descalza, piso muy lim...
The beautiful location, the architecture of the area, I found very interesting. There is a supermarket nearby, there are stalls where they sell boiled chocolates and grilled,the streets are very picturesque.I found the reception very practical.The place very clean, hot water without problems, wifi without problems, there are washing machines, the kitchen is open all night, I can make all the tea I want, and a free instant kettle, the comfortable bed, lots of pillows, quiet.And barefoot, very cle...
This hostel was definitely a place I’d not visit again. The common room closed, the rooms got smelly very quickly, and it just feels a bit depressing. There was a man cleaning the rooms at 7 in the morning everyday even though they have signs everywhere telling you to keep quiet between 10pm and 8am. He just opens the room and cleans around your bed. Everything costs extra and you have to text the owner because nobody is there. I was also the only guest . Overall weird experience.
Unbeatable location, check in and payment handled via whatsapp, peaceful break from travel. The owner is very available if you need help and gave me a private room because I was a solo female in a mixed dorm. 5 minute walk from tram and metro which is really nice when getting to the central bus station. Next to a Billa and ATM. No A/C in my room but fan fit needs.
The owner is great!! Super helpful, welcoming, and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. He even invited me to go and party in Sofia. Would stay again 👏 . Its not the most luxurious place but that is also shown with the price.

Excellent budget lodging. Especially appreciated the heated bathroom floors and nice showers. Interesting old commercial neighborhood with lots of trees and stone-paved pedestrian streets.
Excellent place right in the middle of Sofia. 3 minutes walk from Serdika station. Clean, cozy, nice, and very quiet. Check out was super fast. Perfect for a weekend in Sofia.
Great place in the city center. It was very convenient to be close to the billa and all the most important places in the centre. Furthermore, the Serdica metro is practically under the house and is very convenient for getting to or from the airport. Radolslav was a great communicator, making me feel at ease, and perfectly explained everything I needed to check in easily.
Excellent location, on a shopping street which is lively during the day, but quiet at night. The place is quite rustic, but I was comfortable and could work 8 hours a day in the shared kitchen without any trouble.
The host was really helpful to me. I made a mistake with the checking time when got in the hostel at 1 am. Luckily he answered the phone and welcomed me! The hostel was very clean, nice environment and very near it all. I could walk to everywhere and for hours and still I was very near by the hostel exactly how I like it. I would go again to it for sure!
- Totally ok for one or two nights. - Location is pretty good - Staff is mostly not present but may it was because i was the most part of the day out. - If like hostels with bis area for socialising this is not really your cup of tee. Socialisation Areas are smaller then usual and barley used. - there are no lockers but i was lucky i had really good Roommates . - Bathroom situation is quite unique the shower is placed in the same cabin where the toilet is. It was perfect place to stay, very clean, cosy, close to all important places. We liked it very much. And our host was very kind, always smiling and ready to help us anytime. 100% happy with this place. Thank you :)
