good location (beside train station) horrible disgusting hostel. rooms never got cleaned bugs in shower i had to undress the bed that someone else had slept in prior to my arrival.

the kitchen was stinking, the water was coming out of the washingmachines, one Woman was Screaming in the room, one Bad was not made, someone left , they left all the belingings in the room and cookingstuff in the sleepingroom from that Person, Nobody removed it, for several days, some man were playing Billiard at the bar than screaming inside than outside, than the Police came, also some very drung people and drugs,they were not kicked out, agressive,noone called police,next day Police came

Ich wurde von einem wütendem Ungarn bedroht... Mit normalen, netten Jugendhostels nicht zu vergleichen. Keine Empfehlung

Everything was horrible. My food got stolen, the shared dorm didn’t get cleaned the entire time we were there (3 days), there was ONE member of staff managing reception and the bar at once, while other male “staff” (in normal clothes?), stripped beds in female dorms. I would never stay in this hostel again, this specific A&O has no standards.

Sehr dreckiges Zimmer & Bad, keine funktionierende Steckdose am Bett, nur ein Licht fürs gesamte Zimmer, durchgelegene Matratzen, sehr warm… nicht zu empfehlen!

IT WAS TERRIBLE. My friend's camera bag stolen from her bag in luggage room. Not safe. There was no charging oppurtinity in bed. We are traveling we need to charge our phones. Room was really dirty. Room was hot. There was a TV in our rooms. Who is watching TV? Unnecessary. But the terrible part is camera bag part and charge part.

The rooms are not clean , especially bathroom. My room was so hot. My bed usb charger was not working. And there was no charging option in bed.

Unfreundliche Rezeption, Dusche war nicht sauber und Parkplatz der angegeben ist kostet 15€ und war nicht mal verfügbar musste also noch ein Parkhaus suchen. Am besten meiden

This is my first review left for a hostel and I encourage you to never ever use a&o until improvements are made. This is my second a&o and it continues to never have lockers in the room for your belongings, very questionable cleanliness (the sheets have weird stains & the bed beneath me went my entire stay uncleaned and no one was using it), the staff is rude and got mad at me for not wanting to strip a bed that had others belongings on it. I asked to use a bed that was already ready/ clean….

BED BUGS!!! When you book a room, no matter at what price, you expect your health and safety to be taken care of. Woke up itching in the night, to find several bites on my face and body later the next day. Now I have to deal with the worry of taking bed bugs home. The room is beyond basic. Dust under the bed and ledges in the bathroom.Luggage storage room is never locked, with food scraps all around. Felt like I was staying in a homeless shelter! DO NOT STAY HERE.

Très bon séjour. Le personnel est super, la cuisine convenable, laverie ouverte 24h/24. La chambre était tout aussi bien. Cela m’a fait bizarre de découvrir 2 lits simples aussi collés, mais ce n’était absolue ment pas un problème. J’ai apprécié le fait que les toilettes et la douche soient séparés. The girls i shared a room with were lovely we became good friends, i felt very save and the staff were incredibly nice, my sheets did have a weird brown stain tho.

I was at an a&o hostel in Vienna, and I really liked it. When I saw that there was one in Graz, I knew I wanted to stay here. I booked an all female room (and as a female solo traveler, I highly recommend doing that). The atmosphere was great, since it was mostly girls going to the 5sos concert, like I was. The only reason why my review isn't a perfect 10 is because the USB ports in the bed don't work or don't properly charge the phone, and the ladder to the upper bunk isn't the best.

The hostel was really dirty. The bathroom had a lot of mold. And you could see all the dirt on the corners and ants walking around. The whole room had a lot of dust and you could tell that the floor wasn’t properly cleaned. During the night you can hear all the noise from other rooms and the windows are bad quality so you can hear the wind all night as well. The kitchen was disgusting, smelled bad and looked dirty.

Decent location from the center if you get a bus or train. Super close to the train station which is great. Not the cleanest of places, especially the kitchen and the individual bathrooms. Also no individual plugs for each bed unless you have a usb charger.

If you only need a place to sleep it does the job

Das Hostel liegt nah am HBF und zu Fuß ist es nicht weite ins Stadtzentrum. Das ist gut. Jedoch sind die Zimmer wirklich sehr klein und zum Teil mit Ehebetten ausgestattet. Ich erwarte in einem Hostel, mein Bett nicht mit fremden Teilen zu müssen. Außerdem war die Sauberkeit katastrophal. Das Hostel wirbt damit, dass man jederzeit kostenfrei eine Reinigung buchen kann. Das habe ich direkt nach dem Check in auch getan. Die Reinigung wurde jedoch nicht durchgeführten!! Das Bad war sehr ekelig ...

Ich habe hier eine Nacht geschlafen. Nettes Personal, gute Dusche.

The assigned room looked like a godown and the bathroom floor was broken. I have stayed in multiple A&O properties across europe, this is the worst.

Das Ryanair unter den Hostels. Bett selber machen, keine Locker / Vorhänge / Handtuch beim Bett. Im ersten Zimmer, in dem ich gewesen wäre herrschte ein bestialischer Gestank den ich noch in keinem Hostel in Asian/Südamerika ertragen musste. Das Personal hat mich aber ohne Rückfragen in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt, das war sehr schön. Das recht teure Frühstück habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen.

low price but overall the place was not very clean and the usb in the dorms were completely devastated, also they let you eat inside the rooms and you have to hope to be lucky on who shares the room with you...

Everything is good. But if you have locker, it will be better.

Nice hotel/hostel in Graz, it was very close to the train station so that was ideal. Staff were kind and helpful. My stay was here was good.

It was ok for a Hostel

Room conditions were good. two big windows, shower, clean floor and bed. not enough place for charger - only 2 usb inside the bed. The employees were just okay, facilities were okay... the laundry machine and dryer were a little dirty... concerning level... so I didn't use it Other than that so much worth the cost.

fine as a place to sleep, no lockers so everything is just out and not locked away/safe. charger port was broken in bed.
