Ho prenotato in questo ostello solo una notte e solo per esigenza. Fatta questa premessa all’arrivo in ostello si capisce che c’è un’aria festosa (il che va benissimo) se non fosse che con la receptionist non riuscivamo neanche a sentirci a vicenda. Premettiamo che siamo viaggiatrici abituali e abbiamo alloggiato in moltissimi ostelli in giro per il mondo, ma una situazione del genere non ci era mai capitata. Questo posto ha superato ogni limite di decenza. Le camere sono claustrofobiche, sporche e soffocanti, con un’aria irrespirabile. there was mold on the bedframes, included breakfast tasted like cardboard, my heater kept acting up and I kept burning myself. The employees however were incredibly patient and polite, they're also LGBTQIA+ friendly but the amount of decoration showing it was a little much.

I wished for a refund since I made a mistake on my travel dates. The hostel refused with no further justification. Despicable.

Worst hostel I even been to. Dust and particles and dirt all under the bed, micro managed by managers and management as a customer.

Bathrooms never worked for a whole week and didn’t keep the only bathroom that was working clean.

I paid the deposit and they canceled my stay. Would not recommend

MY LUGGAGE WAS STOLEN from inside my room!!! The manager, Moncho, was the most unfriendly and unprofessional person I've ever seen! La posizione è veramente ottima a soli 15/20 min dal big ben, niente di meglio a questo prezzo. Il personale è ottimo per quanto riguarda disponibilità e qualsiasi esigenza. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite e il letto è comodo. L'unica pecca sono le docce e i bagni, un po' piccolini.
