Really easy to get by bus from the center, keep in mind that this is a bar and the rooms are upstairs but they definitely need new staff. I arrived it looked like a restaurant and I was confused, I asked to the bartender and she told me YES THIS IS A HOSTEL😠 they have free breakfast but I would skip it if u dont wanna deal with the staff super unfriendly and that yells at you 😊

Perdí mi vuelo, cogi otro vuelo llegue al día siguiente , y cuando llegue me hicieron pagar nuevamente por qué la resérvame la habían cancelado, sin comunicármelo , simplemente tuve que pagar otra vez por qué el señor que me atendió parecía el dueño, y era súper cerrado en qué esa reserva la había cancelado y listo. the staff is super unfriendly, looks like u are asking for a favor when u are actually paying a lot of money for it. They dont even explain the instructions. Also its more like a bar than a hostel, so dont be surprised if u arrive and heard a bunch of men watching football and getting drunk when u are trying to sleep

Really small bedrooms with little room to move

Good location and staff really kind and available any time. Unfortunately the hostel safe didn't work and there was no lock provided for the big locker... The water was cold but my main preoccupation was the mix with a lot of men and the rooms size. Overall, nothing really bad but maybe not for two women. Breakfast included.

I did not like the hostel. The staff was nice yes but the bathroom situation is just weird (no door) and the rooms are stuffy and really tiny. I slept right by the door and the door to the rooms have like a window in them so if I wanted to change even the people walking past could have seen me. The wifi was really bad, no stable and good connection. The common area is there but did not invited to stay. It was nice though that they have water there. Overall it realy could use an update.

This hostel was not worth the price. The beds squeaked a lot, so I was often woken up by people moving in their bed. The showers weren’t the cleanest but not terrible. While the hostel is located in the West End, it’s location is still a 20 minute tube ride from the more touristy/central areas of London. I also just did not feel safe or comfortable as a solo 21 year old female traveler in the mixed room of 6. Most of the people in the room were men in their 30s and 40s, which was unfortunate...

Staff was accommodating to an early check in. Thorough overview of the hostel layout and they really thought of everything! Beds were comfy with curtains. Could tell the staff was thoughtful and caring in the hostel designs. Great location right pimlico train station - would recommend!

Great hostel to stay in! Clean and modern facilities, lockers, conditioning, and safes in the room, curtains on the beds. Fine breakfast assortment and nice stuff

Great hostel to stay in, very convenient (right above a train station). Not super luxurious or spacious but this is London so not many you could find for better.

Can't speak about the bar but the hostel is great for the price, curtains for the beds are nice and the common room is spacious. I accidentally forgot to reset the code of my locker before closing it and had to call for help which worked out great.

Très bonne auberge. Les chambres sont petites mais contient tout le nécessaire. Partie commune propre. Le personnel est très arrangeant. L'emplacement est parfait, a 2 min du métro Pimlico.

Absolutely loved this hostel! I stayed for 3 nights and it was an amazing stay. I arrived around 11am, the building was easy to find, walked into the pub, asked the lady where is the hostel, she said she will help me once she’s done with her customers. No big deal, I was way early for check in anyway. Once she’s done she told me I’m early but maids have finished the rooms so she can check me in early! YESSSS! A hostel located above a pub and very close to the Pimlico tube station. The rooms have air conditioning. The best part was privacy screens in each bed which was nice. There was storage under the bed for personal items, small or medium suitcase but recommended to bring your own lock. Personal locker was also available. They let me keep my luggage under the stairs even after checkout for the day. Good experience!

It's fine for a hostel. It's located right next to Pimlico Station and an easy walk to places like Vauxhall. It was nice to be in such a convenient location. The hostel is located on the two floors above The Gallery Pub. To check in, just go to the bar to let them know you're there for the hostel and they will get you settled in. Perfect little hostel with very nice staff and tasty breakfast. Rooms have big boxes to lock bags in (bring a lock) and a safe for each member of the room. Bathroom is good and has enough space for multiple people to stand in. Location is directly by a subway station and was quiet at night. Also has a nice common room with a kettle, microwave and tea. All in all really good, would do again!

the staff are great! this hostel may not the best place for you if you are a light sleeper, because of the constant noise from the street and the slightly rickety bunkbeds. while the showers and the toilet stalls have individual doors, there is no door to the bathroom, which i find is an interesting choice (personally i'm not the biggest fan of teh whole floor being able to hear me poop, but to each their own). but the beds are comfy, location is really great and the breakfast is plentiful. all ...

amazing location and super friendly staff. (especially the girl with the fractured arm 😆) The breakfast and coffee were good. However they need to change the shower curtains and was the shower door! They had disgusting black mold on them. other than that it was a great hostel

This is my second time staying at the Gallery and it won't be the last. The staff (especially Gina) are always very friendly, enormously helpful and go far beyond what you'd expect from a hostel. Breakfast is great, right on the metro line and a great vibe in the hostel. What more do you need?

Toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour passer un excellent séjour, chambres propres, personnel sympa, emplacement idéal. Et le petit déjeuner inclus était riche et complet.

Desde que llegué al hostal fui recibido atentamente por una dama que me explico todo lo relacionado al alojamiento. Me sentí muy a gusto, todo bonito, limpio y ordenado. Un desayuno variado y sustancioso. Además el hostal está bien ubicado en Pimlico y a pocos pasos de la estación de metro Underground....Si me preguntaran de regresar a este hostal, les diría si pensarlo dos veces que sí.

Positives include the staff who was very nice, and the bedrooms are solid. Drawbacks included the bathroom (not the cleanest and the shower was frigid no matter what temperature you set it to), and security (my safe was broken and the “lockers” for storage is just under the stairs in their open bar).

El hostel tiene un ambiente tranquilo a pesar de contar con un bar debajo. El personal fue muy amable. La cama es muy comoda y al contar con cortinas, resulta privada. A una cuadra de la estacion de subte, es estrategica para viajar sin problemas. El unico punto en contra, es subir las escaleras con las maletas. Veni liviano, porque son incomodas. La estadia fue grata.

Todos fueron muy amables conmigo y me gustó que haya un pub en la planta baja, podias comer algo y tomar algo si asi lo querias y si estabas cansado de moverte de aca para alla. En la esquina esta el subte y pasaban varios colectivos por la zona. Lo unico que diria como critica constructiva es que tienen que mejorar el baño, era muy frio, no habia desague y era dificil dejarlo y tenerlo limpio y los 10 dias que estuve solo los primeros dos hubo jabon para lavarse las manos.
