Chillout Hostel

We didn’t end up staying at this place. Nowehere jn the I’ve said there were no elevators! And the reception was on the 5th floor. We couldn’t carried our suitcases and nobody could helped us.

DO NOT STAY HERE: The only redeeming quality about the “Chillout hostel” is that it’s cheap. And when you step foot into the place you immediately understand why. The receptionist and staff are absolutely terrible and abysmal. Not respectful at all. I was traveling with a bag that was too large to fit in there little lockers so I had to store it under the bed and caught security going through my stuff. Beds were horrible. The metal grating holding up each bunk bed is visibly sagging except for this metal bar that goes across the middle. And you can feel every bit of it. If you want hard ridge sticking up in your lower back then look no further. Staff were helpful, especially Dorothy.

In general, I can say that it is not good. - Expensive for a hostel. -The bottom of the bed was broken. - Some of the employee did not understand or did not want to understand English. -At 3:30 at night, a new customer was found by entering the room with a thump and turning on the lights, it is impossible for you to sleep. -The rooms are cold.

Location is good. Staff is nice. In an old building, the hostel is on 4th floor with lots of stairs to climb. The room on the road side is noisy in the morning, Showers are too small and not enough if all rooms are full. Most important, the mattresses on the bed are very old and very uncomfortable and ditched from center, no proper pillows, you have to put bed sheet and quilt cover by yourself. Wooden Lockers are fragile. You have to pay rent for the towel even you pay high price for stay.

The bare minimum for a hostel. They charge extra for towels and they will even charge you if you don’t put on the sheets they give you. There aren’t even paper towels in the one bathroom that you have to share with 3 dorms. The guy at the front desk when we got there was quite unfriendly and rude at times. The girl when we left in the morning was more pleasant though. Overall it was not a great value for what you pay. I wish we had booked another hostel with better ratings.

They put extra charges and hidden costs on anything, like for example if you loose or break the bed sheets. Weird atmosphere and not the best place to sleep.

More than one toilette for everyone at one floor would be necessary and more than one shower for two whole floors and no moldy bathroom

Um dos melhores hosteis que tive oportunidade de ficar , simples ,porém extremamente organizado , decorado com gosto e com cozinha ampla e bem equipada . Equipe cordial e atenciosa .instalações excelentes . Destaque para as roupas de cama e travesseiros acima do padrão em qualidade e higienização.

In general nice staff, good/safe area, and enough common space. Though the vibes were a bit off, maybe due to off-season. I would definitely recommend the balcony in the living room!

Op veel punten scoort dit hostel goed. Het personeel deed zijn best en de meeste andere gasten waren okay. Echter was het toilet soms wel erg vies door andere gasten en doordat er denk ik iets mus was met de leidingen.

Th location is very good and the reception staff was very excellent. Hostel was clean and overall i felt safe. However, they should buy new pillows as they were totally unsuitable. keep in mind the hoatel ia on 5th floor with no elevator.

Super Hostel! Würde ich wieder buchen. Das einzige Problem ist, dass die Toiletten und Bäder sehr sehr klein sind. Sonst top!

The staff was really friendly and eager to help. I could even check-in 3 hours earlier because to room was already prepared. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner but was overall okay. The athmosphere was kind of quit because some older people (mostly men) were staying there but there were still some cool people to hang out with! Would’ve loved to have a female only room. Overall a good experience and perfectly fine for a few nights.

Very nice hostel, lovely welcoming staff and gave you all the information needed, gates were secure with codes on gate and door, facilities were generally clean, shower could have been cleaner but more than acceptable standard. Lockers were quite small and keys didn’t fit very well being the only slight issue but other than that perfect

Gdy wróciłem o 4 nad ranem do hostelu na zewnątrz wciąż było jeszcze bardzo głośno. Może warto informować przyjeżdżających żeby brali zatyczki do uszu z uwagi na okoliczne imprezy. Poza tym nie mam zastrzeżeń. Wszystko co było napisane że jest, było na miejscu dostępne bez problemów. :)

Great hostel but would be even greater if room six has an Digital lock as the other rooms because the room was therefore never looked and anyone could have entered. But would definitely come back, super cozy and comfortable otherwise :)

The place was very good located and the room is very big, the only problem is that there are bars just below and the noice at night was so so loud I could barely sleep. Also, it is not easy to find the way to the Hostel, there should be more instructions indicating how to get to the reception.
