GIRLS DONT GO ! Very uncomfortable experience due to unprofessional staff behavior. The manager was intrusive from day one: frequent messages asking where I was, to spend time alone with him (including invitations to his house), and when I declined, his tone became guilt-tripping and inappropriate. Tried to make me feel guilty. Additionally, another staff member made a suggestive “massage” offer to me when I was going to bed, which is unacceptable. No respect for women. PASS !

Petit hostel bien placé dans la ville avec des lits plus ou moins confortables. Les draps étaient un sale. La salle de bain est basique et l’eau ce coupe souvent. Pas le pire hostel mais rien de fou pour le prix que nous avons payé (prix gonflé car nous sommes allés lors de FestiJazz)
If you arrive after midnight prepare to sleep outside until 6am! This is what happened to us and no solution proposed. Small hostel well located in the city with more or less comfortable beds. The sheets were a sale. The bathroom is basic and the water cuts this often. Not the worst hostel but nothing crazy for the price we paid (price inflated because we went at FestiJazz)
DON'T STAY HERE!! Despite the nice atmosphere, our experience with the host, Jaime, was REALLY disappointing. Prices for water and drinks were excessive, and breakfast was poorly managed. Rates changed upon arrival, creating distrust. Staff faced unfair treatment, working long hours or on days off. We were unexpectedly asked to check out around 11:30 PM. Management was lacking, with no effort to resolve issues like a 12-hour power outage. WE DON'T RECOMMEND STAYING WITH JAIME!!!!
Black mould in bathroom, check in took almost an hour, staff didn’t have any information to help with check in or Wi-Fi etc. Stay elsewhere.
Ma pire expérience en hostel en huit mois de voyage. Hostel à l’allure délabrée et à la gestion négligée. Désordre: des objets et déchets en tout genre traînent un peu partout dans l’hostel, surtout dans l’arrière cours. Parties communes réduites et peu attrayantes. Réception souvent absente. Pas de savon dans les toilettes. Aucun à côté offert. Et enfin: prix de la nuitée en dortoir triplé le weekend de la Semana Santa (99,000p), au vu de l’expérience offerte c’est ...
My worst hostel experience in eight months of travel. Hostel with dilapidated appearance and neglected management. Disorder: objects and garbage of all kinds hanging around the hostel, especially in the backyard. Small and unattractive communal parties. Reception often absent. No soap in the toilets. None next to offer. And finally: the price of the night in the dormitory tripled on the weekend of Holy Week (99,000p), at the experience offered it's literally fuest du vol. At the library.
Bored Staff, breakfast is not included even though it states on the interface of hostel world. Didn’t get the rooms we booked and got downgraded even though we had to pay the same price “because of the system”. Staff afterwards tried hitting on my partner. Not worth the money. Would recommend to take one of the lovely hotels which are just a couple euros more.

Insgesamt okay für 2 Nächte. Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass die Betten frisch gemacht waren. Kissen waren nicht bezogen und Sauberkeit war auch nur mittelmäßig. Unklares Zugangskonzept beziehungsweise schlecht kommuniziert. Teilweise wird gegen Abend das Hostel abgeschlossen und man weiß nicht wirklich wie man reinkommt. Keine guten Chill-Areas. Lage war super.
Overall okay for 2 nights. we didn't feel like the beds were freshly made. the pillows weren't fitted and the cleanliness was also mediocre. unclear access concept or poor communication. the hostel is partially closed by evening and you don't really know how to get back. no good chill-areas. location was great.
I stayed in a dorm bed for two nights. There are no lockers or storage space in the room, So you have to use the floor. But the room is very small. I had some space between the wall and my bed which I could’ve used, but the floor was filthy. The staff offers no help with anything.
Hostel bien situé et peu cher. Pas de cuisine et personnel peu accueillant.
Hostel well located and cheap, no kitchen and unwelcoming staff.

the first guy welcoming me didn't know much, I felt like I was bothering him. same for a lady that was here. Private double room had an old mattress and it wasn't so clean. was good for 2 nights as location is great. Weird to have to pay for filtered water. Great city though :)

Great location, clean rooms and facilities, AC in rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful in booking activities in town. I had a great time there.
Si vous souhaitez passer une nuit (ou plus) dans un endroit calme et reposant à Mompox, ce lieu est fait pour vous ! À deux pas de la rivière, l’endroit est très propre. Jaime propose d’excellents conseils sur la ville, ainsi qu’une dégustation de produits locaux !
If you wish to spend a night (or more) in a quiet and relaxing place in Mompox, this place is for you! a stone's throw from the river, the place is very clean. jaime offers excellent tips about the city, as well as a tasting of local products!

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet hostel, les espaces communs sont très cosy et le personnel très agréable ! Je recommande vraiment si vous chercher une expérience authentique dans cette ville. Jaime vous proposera les meilleures excusions à faire aux alentours, foncez !

Charmante auberge de jeunesse super bien située dans Mompox! Le personnel est fantastique, super gentil et toujours souriant. Le propriétaire, Jaime, connaît super bien Mompox et conseille pleins d'activités pour découvrir la ville et la culture locale. Les chambres sont équipées d'air climatisé donc on dort très bien! J'ai tellement aimé mon séjour que j'y ai passé presque une semaine au lieu des 2-3 jours prévus!
The staff is fantastic, super kind and always smiling. the owner, Jaime, knows Mompox super well and recommends plenty of activities to discover the city and local culture. the rooms are equipped with air conditioning so we sleep very well! i enjoyed my stay so much that i spent almost a week there instead of the planned 2-3 days!
Discreto ostello. La posizione però è ottima in quanto si trova accanto alla piazza della chiesa principale (la iglesia de santa barbara).
The location is excellent, however, as it is located next to the main church square (the church of Santa Barbara).
Très bonne auberge bien situé près du fleuve. Le personnel est très sympa. Ils proposent différentes activités en lien avec des agences locales. La place le soir est très agréable pour se poser. À savoir néanmoins il n’y a pas de cuisine commune que les hôtes peuvent utiliser mais il y a énormément de propositions à côté.
Very good hostel well located near the river. the staff is very friendly. they offer various activities in connection with local agencies. the square in the evening is very nice to land. to know however there is no common kitchen that the hosts can use but there are a lot of proposals next door.

Ein sehr nettes Hostel mit freundlichem Personal. Der Standort ist super gelgen für einen Stadtrundgang und weiteres. Es fehlt dem Hostel an Platz zum sich etwas auszuruhen, da die Hitze in Mompox manchmal einem dazu zwingt ein/zwei Stunden etwas zu pausieren.
The hostel is very nice with friendly staff. the location is super good for a city tour and more. the hostel lacks a place to rest a bit, as the heat in mompox sometimes forces one to take a break for an hour or two.
Très jolie petite auberge bien située, dans laquelle on se sent bien. La terrasse est agréable, sur une placette avec vue sur le río Magdalena et avec de la végétation. Clim et ventilo dans les chambres, non négligeable ! Mention spéciale aux excellentes arepas du petit dej.
Very nice little inn well located, in which you feel good. the terrace is nice, on a plateau with a view of the Magdalena river and with vegetation. climate and ventilation in the rooms, not negligible ! special mention to the excellent arepas of the breakfast.

muy agradable y lindo hostel, pero no hay de llave para salir y entrar, necessita esperar una persona del hostal todo el tiempo
