- Funcionários da recepção extremamente incompententes tudo eles quiserem cobrar l quarto não tem aquecimento pra mim os funcionários da recepção principalmente os Brasileiros não sabem lidar com o público são extremamente grossos o café da manhã é somente ovo cozido e pão com café e suco tudo dos mais barato. Não indico esse hostel nem pro meu pior inimigo. Péssimo ao cubo. The reception staff are extremely incompetent; everything they want is to charge you. The room doesn't have heating, and in my opinion, the reception staff, especially the Brazilians, don't know how to deal with the public and are extremely rude. Breakfast is just boiled eggs and bread with coffee and juice, all the cheapest options. I wouldn't recommend this hostel to my worst enemy. Absolutely terrible.

The most egregious offence of course being that I was robbed blind during my stay, very likely by an actual staff member, while staying in a locked room in a supposedly heavily monitored and secure building with cameras on every other corner only for the staff to offer little more than a vacant expression and a shoulder shrug when I reported to reception that both my debit card and passport were stolen from my bedside and that I was effectively stuck in Dublin with no access to funds or means of travel. They simply DO NOT CARE about their guests.

- Rooms with 0 isolation, in the pictures everything looks like you will have your own space but in reality looks like you are sleeping with 5 more people in your pod. Everything is noisy in the room, from the lockers to the beds, to the ventilators... I couldnt barely sleep as people wake you up everytime that they enter, and I had earplugs and eye-mask. The staff wasnt really nice, the guy who makes my check-in during the afternoon was more polite but the guy working at night has 0 empathy, really dissapointed with this hostel as pictures and reviews made me believe that it would be a completely different experience.

- Cet établissement est à fuir absolument. L'établissement est infesté de punaises de lit, ce qui a rendu mon séjour au sein de de celui-ci horrible. Je suis actuellement sous traitement à cause de cela. Malgré le signalement de la présence de punaises de lit au sein de l'établissement et les preuves des dégâts sur mon corps, l'établissement fait le mort et ne répond pas à mes messages. Le comble est à mettre au profit d'un des responsable de l'accueil qui a eu le culot de me sortir, mais vous êtes sûr que ce sont des punaises de lit ?! Après que je lui ai expliqué la situation, montré les preuves des dégâts sur mon corps, ainsi que le fait que l'agent de nettoyage à constater la présence de punaise de lit au sein de mon lit, et la relayé sur le groupe de l'établissement ce qui a entrainé mon changement de chambre. Mais quelle indignité, de la part de cette personne ! Qui plus est, le manager est visiblement inexistant au sein de l'établissement malgré ma demande de lui parler plusieurs jours différents pour obtenir un remboursement, que j'attend toujours d'ailleurs, il n'était jamais là. Je vais donc contacter le Health Service Executive (HSE) et signaler l'établissement pour que des contrôles soit effectués ce qui peut engendrer la fermeture de l'établissement en cas de découverte de punaises par les services agréés.

Superbe auberge, facile d’accès un bus pas loin pour aller dans le centre ou possibilité d’y aller à pieds. Les dortoirs sont bien fait (chaque lits sont cloisonnés) et les sanitaires très propres. Je voyage toute seule et je me suis sentie très safe. Pour ceux qui veulent rencontrer du monde essayer le Pub Crawl c’est génial ! Manon
muito bom o hostel, apesar do quarto com 32 camas tem muitos banheiros e os quartos são bem organizados e limpos constantemente. o ambiente é ótimo, o café da manhã é acima da média para um hostel. única coisa que não gostei muito foi ter que pagar um locker na minha chegada (antes do check in) e um locker na minha ida (após o check out)
The best hostel I've ever been to! Super clean, and the staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. The beds are inside private pods, so you remain in the dark and quiet even if other travellers are not yet asleep. I will be back for sure!! Thank you for the great experience!
honeslty such an amazing hostel !!!! I think the best one in Dublin you can meet so many people and the common area are so good to live in. the dorm room are luxioouuuus for an hostel and really reaaaally clean !!!!!!! 10/10!!!
The staff weren’t very friendly. We were made to feel like a burden instead of welcome. Lots of rules in place that made being in a temporary living space a challenge... fees for everything!

My experience with the hostel staff was quite sad. I was packed and ready to leave, but I started having period cramps 30 minutes before check out. I am used to this and immediately took pain killers, and had to lay in bed while waiting for them to kick in. At check out time the cleaner came in and told me I had to leave, and when I said I could not get up and asked if I could have a few more minutes, she reported me to the reception staff, who came and told me that he could either call an ambul...
This was a great hostel. Plenty of bathrooms and get ready areas. Appreciated the free breakfast. Wish it was a bit closer to the city centre and could have done with a comfier pillow but other than that a very comfortable stay.

The sheet was very thin and my mattress and huge nasty stains on it so I had to sleep on top of the comforter. They have the dreaded three bunk beds. The locks on the locker were too thin to fit my lock which feels unreasonable my lock isn’t that big.
Kinda far away from the main city center. The room is clean but some of the bathrooms are old and deteriorating.
Overall I had a good stay, but I would hesitate on staying again. The beds were pod style- which was great and gave lots of privacy, en suite bathroom was clean (shower water was VERY hot & hard to control). Central-ish location, but I wouldn't have walked alone at night to and from city center (I was traveling solo). The reception NEVER checked anyone's keycard to get into the hostel. Everyone was buzzed in which made it feel less safe. Most people stuck to themselves or their group.

Great hostel, good vibe. Mixed dorm room of 6 were small, not much space to get changed or move around. However each bed was very comfortable with lots of privacy
LOVED this place. Was on the third “floor” bunk which you would think would be annoying (climbing a tall ladder) but it was so nice to kind of be away from everyone and any noise on the ground. You have a curtain and your own little box which is so nice. Stayed here for a week and would definitely do it again!
Laundry facilities hard to use and you may get your clothes locked up if you don’t take them out by a certain time

Surged pricing for st paddys- superrrrrr far from man area (~20 min walk!!). Staff weren’t that friendly either. Breakfast is very simple. Wasnt that social either. Beds were super comfy and private, lockers were closed (bring a locker). Bathroom was very clean as well, just a little small and can maybe use some ventilation. I probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the location
surged pricing so definitely got ripped off and don’t feel like it was worth the price for how far away from the city center it is. Great beds!! Staff were 50/50 on helpfulness. Not in the best area but if my bed was not so expensive I probably wouldn’t care. Felt super safe! Probably would try to get a place closer to the city center though.
Bom lugar, perto do centro. Com o bus 53 para ir para o porto, muito perto. Tudo muito organizado. Só acho um pouco caro!
