Es gab ein Badezimmer für alle Gäste in dem es eine sehr alte und ekelhafte Dusche gab und eine Toilette. Es gab zwar eine zweite Toilette, in die man aber höchstens als Kleinwüchsiger passt. It is very expensive for a place without especial points. No bathroom in the rooms. Very noisy. No lounge. Small kitchen. Very small lockers

DO NOT STAY HERE. We had an extremely sad and poor experience in this hostel and if you are a young woman travwling alone I suggest you to read this. We had a sitatuations with 2 other male guests who actually tried to sexual assault me and when my brother tried to help me they got super violent and threatened our lives. I've stayed at the hostel from last Tuesday till Wednesday. They seem to have a problem with bedbugs. I have bitemarks all over (can provide pictures as evidence if needed). Other than that it seemed a nice place and friendly staff.

I accidentally booked the wrong room and called immediately, but I didn't get a single euro back, even though the hostel had the opportunity to do so and the booking was not until next month. I had to pay the full price for a canceled room. I find this to be very rude and not at all accommodating.

I arrived really late on Apr 7, the night staff was really nice and showed me to my room, then discovered that my lower bunk bed was occupied by someone. She said it was a mistake and that I could sleep on the upper bunk for the night and changed back to the lower bunk the next day. So the next day morning on April 8, I went to the reception and asked the staff if I could change the bed. The female staff was really rude and said “oh we don’t guarantee that lower bunk would be available….�...

Unfortunately they are unwilling to refund a cancelled reservation, even in case of a real emergency situation I tried to explain to them. Now I understand there are terms and conditions, as they explained in answering similar reviews for similar occasions, however without any doubt insisting on those rules in all situations, which they made very clear they do, is a reason to avoid this place and warn others. I feel obliged to do this by giving them a 1 star rating.
