+ Good location . Warm enough as it was winter .
- Lockers broken in room, to store personal belongings. I was woken up at 3am to be told that I was sleeping in the wrong bed . I was in room 206 bed 5. The staff on duty told me that there was an admin error from when I checked in and I should have been in room 205 bed 6. Utterly unprofessional. No apology . Really disturbing . I WILL NOT EVER STAY AGAIN! AVOID!!!!

- Everything the staff kicked me out late at night and left me out in the freezing cold nearly froze to death I will not be back absolutely disgusted in this place
- La ubicación no es tan buena como dicen. Mucho frío en la habitación y en el área en común. Te cobran por todo, dejar las valijas antes o después del check in/out, te cobran por hacer el check in 30 minutos antes, te cobran hasta por un vaso de agua caliente...

- I arrived around 10/11 and asked if my bed was ready and they said yes. Then i was asked 5 pounds if i want to check in before 15.00 I said i dont want and i asked to leave my backpack somewhere so i can make a walk in the city.. They said i can but i need to pay 3 pounds. Then i asked if can just leave my backpack on my bed since it was ready and they said no. You can not even leave in the common area because they HAVE TO clean it at midday and they obviously warn you not to leave any personnal belongings there. On the top of everything, they have little boards saying that if you give them a good review (and it says you need to proof that you did) you can get... a free hot drink...Woow... So they are basically buying good reviews... Pathetic. No kitchen.

- ... Everything. The worst bed I think we've ever stayed in. We've stayed all over the world, in tents, mud huts you name it. This was the worst bed ever. We also had no hot water... which I'm not sure is legal?

- Iv stayed there few times before But the 2 that was on night shift ( chinese woman & coloured male behind desk refused my government issued id that iv used in the past and my booking confirmation and also was very rude So I would like a refund ov £21.60 I also had to walk about streets ov glasgow at 4am till 8am till I got a train back home 😡😡😡😡😡😡

- After getting forgetting my ID sorted out as they wouldn't let me in my room without it I finally got checked into my room at early hours in the morning and expected to have a relaxing stay. This place is absolutely horrendous the worst place I have ever stayed. The bed was so uncomfortable it was impossible to sleep on I had a sleepless night because of it and the whole room was just so dirty and not cleaned properly. I paid for a double room and although I didn't expect it to be the best experience I ever had staying somewhere I had at least expected it to be pleasant after paying good money for it. I've never seen a hotel room this dirty or lay on a bed as uncomfortable as this in my life before. Avoid at all costs I would never stay here ever again. It's called Safe Stay but you feel far from safe staying here either

very clean, they do a good job at that, bunks felt very private even top bunks have curtains I liked that, lots of construction around the area so if you're a late sleeper that'll wake you up. Just be aware it's not a typical hostel with a kitchen No refrigerator, 12 people to one shower felt like a bit much, there are extra toilets down in common spaces so there is that, also £6 to rent a towel? bit ridiculous.I opted to just not shower everything else they sold at reception was fairly priced.

room was pretty spacious, and it was nice that the power supply by the bed had a little table for your things. bathroom was nice and clean, but the water from the sink was not drinkable and there also was not a common kitchen which made it a bit hard to easily grab some water or make food. helpful staff. luggage storage was a bit overpriced in my opinion and from the listing online it was not personally clear to me that it would cost money.

We were overall pleased with our stay- private room. It was very close to Caring Cross station, which was great for our eurail passes, and traveling throughout the area. The place was kept so nice and clean, and staff were all nice and helpful. The only two downers were that the faucet water cannot be used to drink and there is no shared kitchen to cook our own meals.

A very unwelcoming and practical neighborhood. An atmosphere in the hostel that does not give you cravings. Small common room. Not even a stool in the sitting room for sitting. Breakfast without interest.
I booked a mixed dorm expecting it to be a good ratio of women to men and was disturbed by the reality. I was placed in a room full of men who were unhygienic, oddly pervasive in space, loud at night. When I went to the front desk my 1st night asking for a relocation to an all women dorm, I was denied possibility, as well was told that I would have to make a new reservation, even though I already had one. The bathroom was fine after staff cleaned, however I was unable to use it later. Horrible.

Terrible hostel, 10 bed room with only one shower and one bathroom, really terrible experience, I don't recommend it
Staff was nice, but the room in the basement had a horrible smell and the toilet didnt work. Everything looked clean but the smell was suggesting otherwise. It's okay for one night and the location is fine, but I wouldn't stay here again.
La habitacion estaba bien y la ubicación muy centrica. Andando se podia llegar a cualquier sitio de la ciudad en relativamente poco tiempo.
The accommodation was good and the location very central, walking you could get to any part of the city in a relatively short time.
This was a fine place to sleep, but there was no organisation of social events and the common space was always dead silent. Also no microwave or anything so you have to eat out. The staff was lovely which was a bonus :) beds were fairly comfy and I felt like my ensuite bathroom was clean, but would be nice to have alternative showers outside the room as well
Pretty good experience, walkable distance from the city center and room was good.
An okay stay and the staff are lovely but just make sure you read the description to know what you're getting into. If you are just after a bed then this is a perfect place to stay at but if you want to meet people or want anything more then maybe not the place to go. The common area is small and there's no events. I'm not really complaining, for the price it's very serviceable and the staff are amazing. A minor suggestion I would make is for the bathrooms to have proper hooks.

Good overall experience, happily recommend. Unfortunately , building workers were inconsiderate, started early including weekend
