- Pigeon droppings on the balcony. Walls damp. TV not working. Staff don't speak English. Many items on menu not available. Shuttle car to airport advertised but not available.

- It has bedbugs. They werent surprised has been an issue with them for a while already. Dont go. We had to leave in the middle of the night to go somewhere else. They said they would refund us but havent heard back anything after messaging them three times.
- Vi endte ikke med å sjekke inn fordi vi kunne se på anmeldelsene at det var veggelus på hotellet.

- We hadden een taxi service bij onze accommodatie geboekt. De taxi service kwam ons alleen helaas niet ophalen. Eenmaal daar bleek de communicatie tussen de medewerkers erg slecht te verlopen, hier hadden we meermaals last van. De kamer was zeer primitief. De bedden ontzettend hard, alsof je op de grond lag (dit schijnt normaal te zijn in Thailand, maar resulteerde voor ons in geen slaap en last van lichaam). Ook zat er schimmel op het plafond en was de douche niet schoon. Wij zouden dit verblijf afraden!

- Wir hatten Ameisenwege durchs Zimmer und Bettwanzen im Bett. Das Personal wirkte teilnahmslos und wenig hilfreich. Sprachbarriere möglicherweise… aber das Ungeziefer geht gar nicht. Sogar der Wasserkocher war innen verrostet.

- Der var myre alle steder på værelset, i sengen, på borde, hylder og badeværelset. Sengetøjet var beskidt. Håndklæder var beskidt. De havde ikke de retter der stod på menu kortet. Maden vi fik var sjasket og uspiseligt. Urolig meget larm fra gaden og på hotellet

- Nous n’avons jamais vécu une expérience aussi horrible que celle-ci dans l’hôtellerie. On veut bien que le prix soit interessant mais ce n’est pas une raison de louer des chambres insalubres. Beaucoup de punaises de lit et ceux dans plusieurs chambres. Nous avons prévenu immédiatement l’accueil à 23h, qui nous a changé de chambres et là, à peine entrés dans cette 2nde chambre, il y en avait sur les coussins et les draps visibles à l’œil nu. Une 3ème chambre nous est alors proposée, moins infestée mais avec encore des punaises de lit…horrible ! Personne ne s’est excusée, le matin ni bonjour ni rien, ils nous ont déposé pour prendre le ferry, même pas un au revoir. Bien entendu, trop tard pour trouver un autre hôtel à cette heure…nous avons fini avec nos affaires à dormir dans la salle de bain pour ne pas prendre le risque de repartir avec ses voyageuses… Problème de communication, ne parle pas anglais Petit déjeuner sans boisson et pas bon du tout, après nous n’étions plus très objectifs après la nuit que nous avions passé. Très bruyant car proche de la route Ne se préoccupent pas du tout des hôtes

- Punaises de lit Il s’agissait d’une réservation pour une personne, qui s’est transformée en une chambre familiale… avec des punaises de lit. J’ai demandé un changement de chambre, que j’ai obtenu, mais la nouvelle chambre était également infestée. Après avoir décidé de chercher un autre logement à 23h30, les propriétaires ont soudainement oublié les quelques mots d’anglais qu’ils connaissaient et ne comprenaient plus ma demande de remboursement. L’hôtel est bien situé

- It was so dirty. Black hair everywhere even in the bed. The toilet was gross and it looked like there was mold on the toilet and in the bathroom. The bed was so hard and the pillow was like a stone

- De kamer is klein.Het bed is erg laag.Matras is erg dun en hard.Ontbijt is simpel.Ik had geen hoge verwachtingen,maar dit hotel was nog slechter dan gedacht.

This really is in the middle of nowhere, I just needed a bed in between flights and transfers to island. Make sure you have enough cash, card machine doesn’t always work. I ended up leaving after only being there an hour as my bed was covered in bed bugs. They gave me a full refund and helped me find taxi.

+ Nära flygplatsen och gratis transfer (endast två klockslag)
- Det var inte rent, myror överallt till och med vid sänggaveln. Det var smutsigt på golvet i badrummet så när vi duschade åkte brun smuts ut över hela golvet. Det var flyg larver vid avloppet i duschen, det fanns inget påslakan utan bara en filt som var täckt av ett lakan på båda sidorna. Vi behövde betala extra för AC när fläkt skulle ingå och personalen var inte bemötesgående.

Close to the airport and got a decent restaurant. Bank was really helpful and a really nice guy
All the staff were so lovely and accommodating, the private room we had to was so good and such good value for money!! Definitely recommend staying here! We stayed here as it was close to the airport was only a 5 minute drive away.

Bed bugs :( I squished one on top of the mattress and blood came out, checked the bed frame and they’re hiding in the wood. Asked to change rooms and the next rooms mattress was disgusting, bed bug shells everywhere. I ended up changing hotels at 11pm in the end which the staff did help with the which was kind of them but they didn’t even ask for proof which means they’re well aware of the issue, this place must close for a month to properly exterminate the place. Really awful experience.

- Der var ikke særlig rent og der var tissemyre. Virkelig kun et hotel til overnatning når man skal i lufthavnen. Man kunne først få mad efter kl. 17 men man kunne bestille grab.

+ Second time staying here. Very close to the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. More facilities than I would expect from a basic motel - mini fridge, bath towels, bottled water, hairdryer, electric kettle, free coffee. The restaurant is reasonably priced.
- Location - it's close to airport which is great for early/late flights = very far from the town which makes getting a taxi/Grab harder because there are not many available drivers around the area. Pre-book your taxi to save time and money.

+ Great overnight stay for those having an overnight layover in surat thani, it's just 10mins drive from the airport. Great value for money, nothing fancy just a bed and bathroom, but everything is clean, so really nothing to complain about. They also give you a complimentary breakfast, if you're not picky it's one more star for this place (they gave us toast, sunny side up egg, ham, and coffee/tea make it yourself). However, the highlight would be great service and staff. They were so so helpful, friendly, and patient. Even though they don't speak much English, they took the time to Google translate everything to help us get taxi and communicate with us about the stay (shout-out to Jaeb, thank you so much!) It is located in the middle of highway (super convenient for airport) so there's no food options around. But they have a restaurant so we were able to get dinner there as well. Overall wonderful experience.
- The listing on booking.com mentions that they provide free airport shuttle. We were counting on that, and ended up having to haggle for a taxi late at night. They do not have this service anymore but they have not removed it from their profile, please take note.
