+ la ubicación
- Tuve que irme del hostel porque había chinches en mi cama y el personal no fue amable conmigo en esta situación, ni siquiera lo admitieron ni me pidieron disculpas
+ Ubicación.
- Tuve pésima experiencia en cuanto a la limpieza de mi cama.
+ La ubicación y la amabilidad de su personal es muy buena y amigable
- Es un alojamiento que se ofrece como pet friendly y son el tipo de alojamientos que escojo para viajar, además que está en mis preferencias de Booking. Al llegar con Runa mi perra acompañante, todo estuvo muy bien y en la recepción fueron muy gentiles con ella. Runa es mi (animal de compañía) En la a noche al llegar a descansar me informaron que ella no era bienvenida pues estaba en un Dorm comunitario. Les mostré blas información que ellos indican en la página de Booking que su alojamiento es Pet friendly y finalmente me dejaron ingresar. Me informaron que sus políticas son que solo es pet friendly en las habitaciones privadas. Ese detalle no lo indican en ningún lugar de la página para las reservas. Si lo indicasen, lo hubiera escogido ese hostel. Es muy desagradable tener que soportar situaciones como esa y si no hubiese digo capaz de defenderme y hacer valer mis derechos como pasajero mostrando lo que ellos mismos anuncian, me hubiese visto obligado a tener que marcharme. Es por esa razón que les calificó mal. También sería muy bueno que ustedes vino plataforma hagan saber a esos establecimientos el perjuicio que nos generan. Albert Cendra

- Arrived at the hostel and they basically overbooked the private room and didn’t have anything available for us. They moved us to another hostel.
Great hostel, great beds and great location. Elvira and Charmely at reception were a great help aswell!
⚠️ Wertgegenstände verschwunden – Personal unehrlich und nicht vertrauenswürdig Ich war im Juni 2025 im Viajero Hostel und fragte vor einer dreiwöchigen Wanderung mehrfach an der Rezeption, ob ich persönliche Gegenstände sicher in einem Spind einschließen könne. Mir wurde dreimal ausdrücklich versichert, dass das kein Problem sei. Als ich zurückkam, war der Spind aufgebrochen und alle meine Sachen – darunter auch Bargeld, persönliche Souvenirs und Kleidung – waren verschwund...
⚠️ Bottom line: Pretty building, but dishonest pricing and rude, manipulative staff. Don’t risk it, book somewhere straightforward (Pariwana was great). Full story: When we arrived, the hostel seemed great: big, clean, modern vibe. The beds looked wonderful, and we were a group of 5, exhausted after a full day of travel. Just before arriving (around 10:30 pm), we checked Hostelworld, $20 per person for a 6-bed dorm. But the second we got to reception, everything changed. The guy at the ...

He tenido el privilegio de ser atendido por María , en la zona de Tours. La verdad estoy encantado y sorprendido por su amabilidad y su trato personal, me ayudó en toda la información necesaria para subir a Machu Picchu. Además me informó de todo lo que podía hacer en Cusco y sus alrededores. No se puede ser más amable, estoy realmente encantado .
This hostel was perfect for after my salkantay trek, the beds are so comfy and the room despite being near the bar did not bring in any sound! It was also very sociable for when we felt like socialising again. The facilities were great and it felt very safe. The staff members Elvira and Lucerc also went above and beyond and were so accommodating, and remembered our names which is something you don’t get everywhere! Thank you to these two!!
O Hostel é incrível, quartos ótimos, ficamos no quarto privativo e foi incrível, comida muito boa, e atendimento muito bom das recepcionistas Mel e Elvira!! Somente uma crítica construtiva, vi um pequeno ratinho, mas normal por que o hostel tem bastante folhagens, mas poderiam fazer uma dedetização!!!

Excellent location, but my room kept to themselves and was loud at night. very nice locker storage and free luggage storage.
An amazing experience, they really know the needs of tourists / hikers. Elvira Charmely and Mel are amazing hosts, so accommodating and welcoming.

Excellent hostel. The location is perfect, a few minute walk from everything. The staff is amazing as well. Charmely and Melina are the best! Highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Cusco.
Hostel is super well located, safe and secure, clean, well organized and managed, etc. They also have a dedicated cowork space with good WiFi! Staff is super friendly and helpful too- shout out to Mel, Elvira, and Abdi!

Durante mi estancia en Cusco me alojé en el hostal Viajero Hostel Cusco y estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio y las diferentes actividades ofrecidas. Sobre todo, los empleados Charmely y Adbi fueron muy amables y atentos.
This hostel is great! The people are fun and the amenities are well organised. Also the staff is very helpful, especially Jared & Charmely. I can definitely recommend and will return if I’m ever in Cusco again!
