+ Nao gostei de nada neste hostel. Tudo muito sujo. E não tô dizendo da sujeira dos hóspedes não. É sujeira do dia a dia. A geladeira tinha muita gelo no refrigerador. Poeira sobre ela. O prato do micro-ondas estava imundo. O chuveiro não esquentava. O banheiro era improvisado debaixo de uma escada. Não recomendo.

- Os proprietários vivem no hostel. Higiene não é o forte nem de longe.

+ There was nothing good about this place and I think many reviews are fake. I cannot imagine someone liking this.

- I travel a lot and staying in budget friendly accomodation is nothing new to me. This place is overrated, no hot water and no hair dryer when it's so cold outside during the night so you can imagine how is it for a girl with long hair to sleep in such a cold place with a wet hair. I slept in my jacket. I booked 2 nights but stayed only 1. I was charged more than 1 night with the explantation it is the commision they have to pay to booking for 2 nights. Even that was too much. After that I recived the message that the hostel marked me as a no show which was a lie. Kitchen is just awful, impossible to use because it is so dirty.

+ Las habitaciones no son lo que muestran las fotos. No me quería quedar, ya que, me sentí estafada. Lamentable, llegué muy tarde y no tenía opción. Además, al cancelar la reserva, me cobrarían los 3 días. Lo único bueno que podría decir, es que la recepcionista, fue muy amable y tuvo la gentileza de cambiarme a otra habitación, que todas maneras, me costó x1 noche, lo que había pagado x3 días

- At the payment during the checking they round the price up and they forced me to pay that amount. The stuff was rude and disrespectful. While I was cooking (in the messy and dirty kitchen) the lady came to complain about the gas price and about the way I was cooking (nothing weird, I was boiling water to cook pasta). Next morning they kept talking about the gas price, making me feel uncomfortable until the point of consider to not cook my breakfast. At night the water was gone, and when I asked about it they said it was common, I replied they could have told me and they answer I should have asked about it and that it was late to ask for water (it was 23:00h), that I should be sleeping. The mattress was really uncomfortable, you can feel the springs on it. The bathroom was really dirty, and toilet and shower are literally placed in a hole under the stairs, so it’s really small and uncomfortable. WiFi didn’t work.

- Nunca me atendieron, me contestaban al teléfono pero no apareció nadie, me dejaron esperando con las valijas diciendo que ya iba a ir alguna persona a atenderme. Horrible, no vayan, hay lugares por el mismo precio que si atienden bien

- I had very bad experience in the hostel and I didn’t felt safe there, there are not locked doors in the room and someone in the middle of the night came to my room nothing happened but I don’t know the intension of the person I just shouted and person run away. Also main door was open all the time so anyone can get there. The place was dirty, and not well managed. Also there was nobody in reception with it’s for me unprofessional. I will never stay there again and please think twice before booking space. I read before booking loveless reviews and I thought it must be good but it was one of the worst experience I had.

- Me dejaron fuera a las 6 de la mañana, cuando dicen que tienen recepción 24h. Y llame el número me dijo de esperar y me contestó a las 9.. Obviamente me fui a otro hostal

+ La ubicación muy buena, cercano a la plaza de armas y al mirador san cristobal

- Nuestra habitación tenía la ducha mala, no había agua caliente, dimos aviso el primer día y no nos dieron ninguna solución. El colchón horrible, se hundía en la parte de al medio y las sabanas estaban manchadas. La pieza era muy húmeda y tenía mal olor, no se podían secar ni las toallas porque no tenía ventanas. La entrada al hostal siempre estaba cerrada con llave, había que tocar un timbre y esperar que alguien fuera abrir y aveces el timbre estaba malo.

+ I traveled to many countries and a few places in Peru and this is actually the worst place I have ever been. It really puzzled me this " very good" mark this place received. I truly don't know how they could get so many nice comments. The door is always locked and you need to ring the doorbell to get it open, which is not practical for early morning tours as you have to wait. The place is filthy from bathroom to kitchen. The only shower is cold and is literally facing the loo. Every room is very small. The lounge is very cold due to the draft coming from the corridor with this huge tv screen. The bunks beds? If you're on top there is not enough space to seat down straight. There is a family living there with small kids crying and having tantrums. Only 2 lockers. Toilet paper outside the bathroom.

- I think I have said everything. Very bad place with no attention given to cleaning and tidying. Highly overrated. Muy mal lugar, no entiendo porque hay tanto buenos comentarios. Quizás mejor para ti de mirarla antes de decidir de quedar.

+ La ubicación. El Hostal está cerca a la plaza de armas.

- Juan fue muy amable en su atención. Sin embargo, no valoro positivamente que cada vez que tenía que salir o entrar tenía que escribirle dado que no había una persona 100% en la recepción. Por otra parte mi habitación no contaba con agua caliente así que no fue tan satisfactorio más aún el clima frío en Cusco. Por todo lo demás no tuve inconvenientes.

+ Buen ambiente, había agua caliente y televisor. Había ventana para ver el exterior y el lugar muy limpio

- Cómo sugerencia debería haber separación de cuartos para mujeres y hombres.

+ Está muy cerca de la plaza de armas y de los principales lugares de diversión nocturna. La cama tenía un colchón muy cómodo y lockers donde colocar mis cosas.

- En general no hubo algo que me haya desagradado.

+ Que era un lugar muy tradicional del cuzco donde estaba cerca de las tiendas y establecimientos. Etc

- Lo que no me gustó fue que teníamos que tocar el timbre cada vez que salíamos del hospedaje.. era un poco incómodo solo teníamos llave de nuestro cuarto.. bueno los días que estuvimos ahí no hubo limpieza de cuarto sólo dejamos la basura afuera para que lo bote.. hubieron 2 toallas y nunca hubo cambió no había jabón ni papel higiénico.. éso la dueña nos dijo que teníamos que comprar.. pero cuando yo separé la habíamos decía lo contrario.. servició higiénicos.. bueno lo demás sí estaba bien

- Saphi road is busy so noises most of the night. Can not get in or out of facility without using very loud door bell. Annoying when it goes three or four times during the night

+ The owners were very kind. They help me to cooking Cusco traditional food. Good people, good location

+ Me gustó la atención del personal. La limpieza del cuarto. Y estaba cerca a la plaza de armas

- Todo perfecto

+ המשפחה מדהימה, תמיד עם חיוך, נותנים אווירה של בית, ממש משתדלים לעזור בהכל. הכל תמיד עם חיוך. החדר קטן אבל חמוד ומספיק לדרישות. ביקשנו מסמרים כדי לתלות דברים כמה שעות אחרי כבר הביאו וסדרו מתלים ממש אכפת להם ממך. תחושת בטחון תמידית כי הם נועלים את הדלתות וכדי לצאת ולהיכנס צריך לצלצל (מגיבים מהר ואין בעיה עם זה)

- הפעמון קצת מעצבן כי היינו החדר הצמוד לפעמון ושומעים אותו כשאחרים באים ויוצאים אבל זה באמת מינורי
