- הכל! היה זוועה! החדר לא נראה כמו בתמונות בכלל ואפילו לא מתקרב לזה. מיקום מזעזע שצריך לעלות מיליון מדרגות לא נוחות ברחוב. היה מלוכלך ומגעיל. הגבר שקיבל אותנו היה לא נחמד לכל אורך השהייה. החברה שלו הייתה נחמדה אבל זה לא כיפה על זה. בקיצור לא ממליצה בכלל!

- I usually don't write reviews, but Cusco is such an amazing city and it's a shame to ruin the experience. Nothing is good about this hotel, it doesn't even have a star. The rooms don't have heat and in Cusco is 4 degrees during the night. If you want heat you have to pay and rent one heater. There's not much hot water. The breakfast is very bad (I could'n eat anithing, not even a coffee) It's not clean. The bathroom was full of hair and I didn't have the courage to use the towels wich locks used and not washed. The staff speaks very loudly I wanted to pay with a card and the person at the reception said I would pay a 5% commission,which I said that is OK, but at the final calculation, he wanted to charge me 50% more. It's close to the center, but you have to know that the street is very steep and it's hard to climb 4-500 meters unacclimatized when you are at 3400 m altitude
- Soggiorno deludente sotto molti aspetti, soprattutto considerando la classificazione a 3 stelle. Al mio arrivo il receptionist parlava solo spagnolo, rendendo complicata qualsiasi comunicazione iniziale; nei giorni successivi alcuni membri dello staff parlavano inglese, ma l’assistenza è rimasta discontinua. La camera era al terzo piano senza ascensore e, in assenza di un telefono interno, ogni problema richiedeva di scendere fisicamente alla reception. Anche qui nessun sistema di riscaldamento: è stato necessario noleggiare una stufetta elettrica. La pulizia è stata il punto più critico. Il primo giorno ho trovato un asciugamano con una macchia evidente e ho dovuto farmelo sostituire. Gli asciugamani “puliti” erano comunque vecchi e consumati. Sul cuscino ho trovato capelli lunghi non miei. La seconda sera la doccia erogava solo acqua fredda e il problema è stato risolto solo il giorno seguente. L’arredamento era ridotto al minimo: un armadio e un comodino, nessun tavolino o sedia. La seconda notte un altro ospite ha tenuto la televisione ad alto volume fino a mezzanotte e mezza; senza telefono in camera non è stato possibile segnalare la situazione. Ho lasciato l’hotel con un giorno di anticipo, esausto dall’insieme dei disservizi.
+ Although we booked a room with city view s shown on the pictures and listed, the woman at the reception, who told that she is kind of the manger, refused to give us the room, cause she said is booked. Also she didnt manage to switch the rooms as she said then you should have come before. All in all she was the one making the stay not comfortable. All other staff were super nice.

- me robaron 100 dolares de la mochila, la limpieza pésima, pensbamos que íbamos a un lugar tranquilo y nos robaron ellos mismos. no lo recomiendo para nada!! muy mala experiencia.

- Avoid this hotel—it’s nothing like the pictures. When I arrived, they initially tried to put me in a cheaper room with a smaller bed. After I insisted that I had reserved a better room through Booking, they finally gave me the room I booked, but it still didn’t match the photos. The room was bare, with only a bed—no shelves, no furniture, nothing. To top it off, I was double charged. After two night, which I spend in Anata hotel I’ve booked a room at the hotel next door in the same building, which was cheaper and had everything a proper hotel should have. Save yourself the trouble and don’t book here.
- The rooms noisy , without water for two days , the staff without interest to solve , travel breakfast poor.

- Problemas con el agua caliente, malas instalaciones.
+ Era próx da praça das armas mesmo com a subida para chegar, o café da manhã era básico, mas bom, primeiros 2 dias teve problema com internet, mas resolveu, tbm resolveram quando o chuveiro não esquentou.
- Poderia ter ganchos no banheiro para colocar as toalhas, msm coisas mais nichos para itens de higiene no banheiro. O quarto é bem claro poderia ter cortina escura e acústica ruim, dá pra ouvir outros hóspedes falando e também o som da água/hidráulica do hotel.

- Hacía mucho frío y tocaba pagar para tener un calentador, es más pequeño de lo que se ve, olvidaron nuestro desayuno un día de esos y el último día no encontramos a alguien para hacer el check out, tuvimos que dejar las llaves en recepción.

+ O hotel tem boa estrutura, café da manhã gostoso e satisfatório, os funcionários eram super prestativos e educados, faziam todo o possível para melhorarem a nossa estadia. Quando saíamos muito cedo por conta dos passeios, eles deixavam nosso café da manhã separado, mesmo as 4h da manhã.
- Fiquei no hotel por uma semana, por umas 3 noites ficamos sem água quente e Wi-Fi, a TV funcionava somente para netflix. O hotel realmente fica no alto de uma longa e cansativa escadaria, como Cusco fica na altitude, é uma subida bem cansativa.

- Que el desayuno fuera medido, muy básico. Que no había agua caliente por la noche
+ Las habitaciones eran cómodas y el personal amable.
- La ducha no tenía agua caliente, solo salía agua tibia.
