Impossible de dormir à cause de la musique. C’est dommage car l’auberge est confortable. Mais de nombreux bars autour avec de la musique jusqu’au petit matin, supplément certaines personnes irrespectueuses rentrent bourrées et s’affalent sur le sol de l’auberge sans se soucier des autres
It's a shame because the inn is comfortable. but there are many bars around with music until the early morning, plus some disrespectful people come home drunk and slump on the inn floor without caring about others.
Schimmel im Kopfkissen Tiere im Zimmer (kranke Katzen, Vögel,…) Alle verließen das Hostel noch am selben Tag oder überbrückten eine Nacht weil es zu spät war etwas neues zu finden
Animals in the room (sick cats, birds,...) Everyone left the hostel on the same day or stayed overnight because it was too late to find something new

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was honestly the worst hostel I’ve ever been to. The room was filthy, there were no people and the staff were either rude or not speaking English. However food and location is good, but I would avoid at all costs.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We had booked a private bungalow room and once we first arrived to the property to check in we were greeted with “you can’t check in you need to stay somewhere else. We overbooked” so we ended up having to stay at a hotel down the road. They had assured us we didn’t need to pay for the first night and that they would cover our other room for the night since they made a mistake with our booking. We came to check in the next morning and they told us we had to pay for th...
Mir ist ein Rätsel wie die Umterkunft eine so gute Bewertung bekommen kann. Alles sehr hellhörig, die Bettern sind furchtbar und sehr sehr laute Musig bis 4 Uhr morgens. Eine Nacht war mehr als genug. Sehr viele Moskitos!
I'm a mystery how the property can get such a good rating. everything is very hellish, the beds are awful and very, very loud music until 4 am. one night was more than enough. so many mosquitoes!
Wir sind von hier geflohen nachdem wir um 3 Uhr nachts wach wurden, weil eine Kakerlake bei uns im Bett war. Wir haben die Kakerlaken schon am Abend von unserer Veranda aus gesehen aber da war ich noch überzeugt, dass sie nicht in die Zimmer kommen. Jedenfalls war die Kakerlake dann nicht nur im Zimmer, sondern im Bett. Wir haben direkt was anderes gebucht und sind ausgecheckt. Egal wie wenig Geld man bezahlt, sowas muss nicht sein. Pestizide hätten den Job erfüllt. Geld haben wir zurück bek...
We fled from here after we were woken up at 3 am because a cockroach was in our bed. We saw the cockroaches already in the evening from our veranda but then I was still convinced that they would not come into the room. Anyway the cockroach was then not only in the room but in the bed. We booked something else and checked out. No matter how little money you pay, it doesn't have to be like this. Pesticides would have fulfilled the job. We got our money back.
The place could be really nice and has a great atmosphere for meeting people. Sadly, the staff were very rude. I was falsely accused of not paying, humiliated and wrongly accused for one hour while watching security cameras to prove they were wrong. No real apology after they realized their mistake. I found out that others had similar experiences, even one guy being woken at night. My bed was dirty and never changed in 11 days. Keep all receipts if you go, just in case! and yes the music is loud
better service and experience elsewhere on the island :(
Sleeping is quite difficult here even with earplugs as it back onto a strip of loud bars with music going till 5am. The room was very basic but clean.

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ristorante top. Pulizia andrebbe un po’ migliorata. Se volete dormire portavi dei buoni tappi per le orecchie perché c’è musica a tutto volume fino alle 5 del mattino.
Friendly and helpful staff. top restaurant. cleanliness would like a better place. if you want to sleep, wear good earplugs because there is music at full volume until 5 am.
Super cool place but kinda empty not really an atmosphere when I was there. Location is okay if u have a bike.

You can’t sleep because it’s too hot (no air con) and you are basically outside as there are gaps in the walls. The only good thing about staying is you are near to the budget friendly restuarants which serve really tasty food (Nanny’s and family coffee). The beds are pretty gross and you have to sleep inside a mosquito net that has holes in it
Really nice for the price just don’t forget earplugs it’s really noisy

Pretty good considering how cheap it is. Nice rooms, big bathrooms and showers, and not too far from the beach access and restaurants/bars. Pretty quiet though in terms of atmosphere, and gets a bit loud at night from the bars near (nothing some earplugs couldn't fix though)

Très bon rapport qualité prix, rien à redire sur le confort (matelas confortable, ventilateur, moustiquaire) Attention par contre : bruit du bar d’à côté toute la nuit et chambres qui ne sont pas insonorisées
Very good value for money, nothing to complain about the comfort (comfortable mattresses, fan, mosquito net) Attention on the other hand : noise from the next bar all night and rooms that are not soundproofed
zimmer war eher dreckig, in den wänden und im boden hatte es viele löcher. in der bar nebenan war täglich bis morgen um 5:30uhr laute party, sodass sogar das bett leicht fibrierte und schlafen war kaum möglich!
The room was rather dirty, in the walls and in the floor there were many holes. in the bar next door there was a daily until tomorrow at 5:30h loud party, so that even the bed was slightly fibrilated and sleep was hardly possible!

We got a private room instead of the hostel dorm we had booked, which was very nice. It’s not the most comfortable since you sleep on a hard mattress on the floor, but for this price it was great. Location is 10 minute walk from lonely beach, which is great during the day, but at night it is super noisy because of the music from the bars surrounding this hostel. If stuff like this bothers you easily you probably won’t enjoy this hostel. But overall I think it is super nice for the price.
Das Café hat einen echt coolen Vibe und die Lage ist gut, um mit dem Roller die Insel zu erkunden. Die Musik in der Nacht, die in vielen anderen Bewertungen kritisiert wird, hat uns nicht gestört beim Schlafen. Allerdings richt das Zimmer nach Schimmel und der Boden im Badezimmer war nach dem Duschen klitschnass. Aber für den Preis waren wir sehr zufrieden
The cafe has a really cool vibe and the location is good to explore the island on the roller. the music in the night, which is criticized in many other reviews, did not disturb us while sleeping. however the room is facing Schimmel and the floor in the bathroom was klitschnass after the shower. but for the price we were very satisfied

L’auberge était bien placée et top pour rencontrer du monde. Par contre, sachez qu’il est inutile de réserver un dortoir féminin puisque qu’il y’aura quand même des hommes dans la chambre.
The hostel was well located and great for meeting people, but please be aware that it is useless to book a women's dormitory since there will still be men in the room.
