- TREO ĐẦU DÊ BÁN THỊT CHÓ. Mình book là phòng deluxe giường đôi 2 đêm với giá 1tr1 nhưng khi đến thì lại để mình ở trong cái phòng phụ hoàn toàn không giống thông tin phòng trên booking. Phòng mình nhận phải dùng NHÀ VỆ SINH VÀ PHÒNG TẮM CHUNG, không có tv, không giá treo quần áo, không thùng rác,… Ban đầu khoá phòng còn không dùng được, mình phải khiếu nại thì mới sửa. Lúc đầu họ hứa hẹn với mình là chỉ ở tạm phòng này 1 đêm, sang hôm sau sẽ chuyển mình về phòng khác với trời nắng quá nên mình tạm chấp nhận ở đỡ chờ hôm sau được chuyển phòng. Nhưng đến tối khi mình hỏi rõ lại về tiền phòng (vì rõ ràng phòng họ giao cho mình chất lượng kém rất nhiều so với hạng phòng mình đặt nên không thể nào bắt mình chi trả đúng giá tiền ban đầu được). Và thật quý hoá khi chị quản lý hay chủ nhà luôn mồm nói chị “tu tập, ăn chay, làm phước” bớt hẳn cho mình 100k trên tổng 2 đêm. Hoá ra giá phòng deluxe với phòng phụ không có tiện nghi và phải dùng phòng vệ sinh chung chỉ chênh nhau 50k à. Và khi bị mình hỏi vặn lại về việc chuyển phòng thì họ mới nói thật với mình là cái phòng mình đặt ngày hôm sau vẫn KHÔNG HỀ TRỐNG ĐỂ MÌNH CHUYỂN VÀO. Và hiện phòng duy nhất có phòng tắm riêng là ở lầu 4. Tức là mình phải chọn giữa ở tiếp cái phòng “phụ” hoặc vác hành lý lên lầu 4. Mình không đồng ý vì đó vẫn không phải phòng mình book ban đầu nên quyết định chỉ thuê 1 đêm và trả phòng vào hôm sau. Và sự hề hước của cái chỗ này vẫn chưa dừng lại. Họ bảo vì mình chỉ thuê 1 hôm nên không giảm tiền cho mình nữa, mình phải trả tiền 1 đêm là 550k (1tr1 chia đôi). Tại sao mình phải trả tiền thuê phòng “phụ” bằng với tiền phòng deluxe nhỉ? Vậy là những thứ tiện nghi như ấm nước, tivi, phòng tắm riêng, máy sấy tóc, giá treo quần áo,… là không đáng 1 xu à? Mình làm gắt lại thì họ bớt lại được hẳn 50k. Mong rằng đừng ai để bị cái chỗ này lừa giống mình nữa.

- The rooms are not sound proofed at all so you hear EVERYTHING. Any conversation sounds like it's in your room. Every time someone comes through the front door. Every time some pees, flushes the toilet, every fart. I can not overstate how badly the noise carries into your room. Every time someone comes up the stairs the motion detector turns on the light and the room was flooded with light in the middle of the night. Don't expect a good night's sleep. Staff are not responsive at all. I was left waiting an hour after check in time. They didnt answer my numerous texts, phone calls or WhatsApp messages. Finally I had to ask someone to call from a Vietnamese number and they answered immediately. They were apologetic about coming late and I'm totally understanding that it was during Tet holidays, but not responding, I don't understand. And I heard this same issue from a number of other guests coming in.

- I booked a double room with a private bathroom in the room like the pictures on Booking, but when I checked in, the bathroom was outside on the ground floor, but I was not informed in advance. When I went in and out of the bathroom, I often saw people sitting outside, so I was disappointed and uncomfortable about this inconvenience. That bathroom does not have toalet paper and shower gel.
+ Las instalaciones están limpias y los muebles de la habitación se ven en buen estado. El baño está dentro de la misma habitación. Hay una taquilla pequeña en la habitación, donde puedes guardar las cosas de valor.
- En el baño no hay papel de wc y el personal no se preocupa de que haya papel de wc. Si quieres papel, tienes que pedirselo a la família que lleva el negocio. Está algo alejado del centro, a unos 30' andando. El endredón era muy fino para el frío que hacía en la habitación debido al aire acindicionado. Falta una luz en la cama para poder leer cuando las luces de la habitación están apagadas y también una pequeña estantería donde poder poner el agua, el movil, etc

+ Posizione comoda e staff super gentile, sicuramente un posto essenziale dove poter andare a buon prezzo e con buoni servizi attorno. Aria condizionata che funziona bene, acqua filtrata. Acqua calda sempre garantita. Per un soggiorno breve è molto consigliato.
- Letto davvero troppo duro per i miei gusti, ma è una cosa personale, ho comunque dormito bene. Il difetto più grande secondo me è l'insonorizzazione. Si sente ogni cosa che fa il vicino sia in camera che in bagno. Durante la mattina presto si sente rumore che può svegliare.

+ From the first 5 rooms of our journey through Vietnam, this one was our favorite. The room felt very spacious, and modern industrial, whilst being cosy and natural. The big window helped with that. Bed on the floor was hard, but nice, and made the experience more traditional. I might even consider having a floor bed. The hostess responded very quickly to our emails and was flexible with the check-in time.
- We didn't have warm water in the evening, which was alright, considering the temperatures here. The following morning, warm water was back again. We could also hear a lot from the other guests' bathrooms. Luckily we fell asleep easily during the night.
