Confirmed Hostelworld
There were bedbugs on my bed and I told the reception but they didn’t do anything about it. Also there’s no AC and it was very hot during my stay. And around 9 am they clean the toilets and block them, and you can’t access the other floors toilets with your card, so you just need to wait till they’re done to shower.
