when your entire business is run through investment fund websites that scape and ruin the internet, you will find that computer says no. Noone cares because its the internet, the staff are as far removed from the place than the rich wan**rs running this shit. Do not only not stay here. Eat the rich that make the world as shit as it is. They wrongly booked me and wouldnt refund. Avoid using websites for hotels. turn up in person, pay cash, f*c* the roman empire
Wasn’t the best but great location
Only good thing about this hostel was its location. Everything else was shocking, shower flooded, no plugs near the bed, someone slept in my bed so therefore did not have a bed to sleep in and they didn’t seem to want to do anything about it.
I think the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Incredibly dirty rooms, halls and bathrooms. Beds were super creaky with 0 privacy and inadequate storage. I had an 80 year old woman in my room who kept yelling and coming and going in the middle of the night and slamming doors. There’s some sinister energy at this place, it feels like an abandoned hospital. Washing and drying was £10 in the exact same machine/cycle. Wasn’t social at all, I wish I’d just booked a hotel.
Beautiful location, very practical as it is in the centre of Bristol, friendly and helpful stuff. Hostel and services in hostel very overpriced for our taste, very simple rooms, old facilities, towel is not included in the price and no air-con.
Very bad sleep. Checked in, someone else was in my bed, not a big deal, told staff, moved to different bed. Went out for dinner, came back, bed was occupied again. I was left a bed without access to phone charging, meaning no alarm. Once climbing into bed, I realised I did have a USB charger port, so I plugged my phone in. The USB plug didn't work. Plug made a loud electric buzzing noise which was unbearable to sleep to. Fine with all of this if the price hadn't been close to £30 for 1 night.
Room was really rundown, paint peeling of the walls and shower/bathroom really rusty. The beds are really small and for someone over 6ft it is not possible to fully stretch your legs. After two nights of the four I booked I actually checked out and moved to another accommodation, which obviously hurt financially.
I booked in and paid the reservation fee yesterday then the Deputy Manager refused to accept me when I arrived tired and with luggage that evening (Saturday). He had no reason, citing that as I was not in a long term address I couldn't stay, even though I'd booked and stayed successfully three days earlier at the same location with the same deputy manager on duty. Unable to obtain an alternative suitable Saturday night booking I did not have anywhere to sleep. I am a lone female.
I was beaten by some insects
no lockers, single bathroom for whole floor which was horrendous. broken and tired furniture.

Wasn’t the best but great location
Great for a long weekend. Could do with a better area to chill. Kitchen very clean. Rooms very comfortable. Staff lovely
Fantastic place to stay, great location, good food and drinks. No hot water in the shower is a big negative. And the communal showers are a bit weathered shall we say.
check in was a disaster, wouldn’t want to be in a rush.
It was fine for the Price, but it’s Not a nice Hostel to stay in. Feels very tight and Dark and the rooms are very funktional and dreary. Beds squeking. Walls and Doors very thin, could hear anything. Our bathroom door squeaked a lot and i asked a stuff to do sth about it. Nothing happened. Everything was clean, i guess, but very worn down, so even while it was clean it didn’t felt clean, like the toilet. Kitchen was fine, enough space to Cook and Utensils to use. It was okay but also quite ...
Relative to Full Moon (hostel): Better sleep, chiller vibe. Won’t meet as many people. Stones throw from party though.
I would like to commend your staff for their exceptional service; they were all very welcoming and professional. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was a letdown. The cleanliness was not up to standard—specifically the stained carpets, the bathroom floors, and the dirty walls that clearly need painting. There was also a persistent musty smell in the corridors. Even small details like door handles didn't feel clean, which made it very difficult for me to feel comfortable in the room.
Great staff and guests were good people.
Brilliant location on the canal with everything in walking distance, but street is noisy on a Saturday night. The A1 Airport Flyer bus stops at nearby Queen's Square. The self-catering kitchen is great! The hostel is clean, except for hall carpets. Dorms are comfortable, with large lockers. Not many toilets/showers might be a problem in high season. Nowhere to put things down in the toilet, and the one shower hook was INSIDE the shower stall. Dorm could use a shelf by the sink. Overall, v good!
near perfect for value, only minor issues with key cards being temperamental and a broken bed light. staff really lovely but one guy just seemed a little stressed out. location perfect and will 100% stay next time
This Hostel is brilliant value and perfectly located in the City Centre. right on the waterfront, lots of shops and eateries nearby. staff were helpful enough, general areas were clean and well kept.Electric card locks on entry and into individual rooms was a nice modern system. Only marked it down as we had issues with the lights and maintenence of pur room, but it is the off season. Would stay again!
very average. lovley staff, and great loctiona, but the place its self is nothing special.
Had an amazing time here
dirty toilets, shower and sink in room. Very uncomfy beds.
I was received by an amazing person called Ocean, 5 stars for this employee, however on the checkout I gave to the staff the access card and I was a minute and half waiting for the “okay”. When I looked at him he was one step back and never said anything like “ everything is okay, thank you” nothing. The locker under the bad didn’t fit my 6kg luggage. Excellent location but not even a tea/coffee offered considering £25. It was okay.
Very good place to stay, clean rooms and all areas, friendly staff. I would only keep the heating down and have humidifiers on radiators as the air gets too dry inside...as in every other building in the uk, I would suggest just this.
Good location, great staff. Didn’t love the hotel structure, many stages with rooms that feel claustrophobic. Beds don’t have covers from the other beds, which most hostels do. Showers are in the middle of the corridor, not great. Location is great, close to good spots in Bristol.
It is cheap so you get what you pay but my room was incredibly small for 6 people. My roomates were all also 50+ incase that matters to you and there was only one bathroom for the entire half of the hallway with one shower and it didn’t have soap or toilet paper basically my whole stay. When I told the staff they did fix it however and are very nice. It’s nice that they have 24/7 reception with a bar/ cafe. Overall not the worst ever but the bathroom situation really bothered me
