Me he hospedado en varios hostel word en España Bilbao, Tenerife, Donostia y otros.....pero NUNCA había experimentado un hostal tan sucio, los baños paredes estructura el suelo mal olor, y un personal tan parco y poco amable ... Tengo fotos de los servicios , las tapas rotas y con moho, las duchas de mi piso no funcionaban, el olor y la suciedad general... Las sabanas y cama bien pero lo demás era para salir corriendo ...es lamentable pues el edificio es bonito si estuviera bien mantenido.

They blast music at the bar late into the night way past 12am. If you are looking to sleep at night this is not the place for you. Why they are throwing a huge music party late at night is beyond me.

THIS HOSTEL DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING EVEN THOUGHT IT IS ADVERTISED AS SUCH.

This is a rip off. Your terms not to find me another paid, after arriving a day late due to flight canceled by my airline, shows how inflexible you are. My stay was fully paid and you canceled and would NOT even accommodate me the following day! You already sold my already paid bed to say that you had no more beds available. This is a ripoff. I don't even know how this is legal. I did not ask for refund, but to accommodate me with another paid, that I had paid for already. Rip off!

Terrible experience at this place. Started with a Private room and then a shared room. Traveled with friends and they split our rooms, my assigned bed was dirty and not made for two whole days and after complaining they acted as if it was my problem. No locks for the in-room storage space, dirty bathroom, small showers and the whole building is extremely loud with doors banging day and night.

Weirdos smoke and stink in the room take a crap in the trash can and management does nothing. Staff steal money and electronics. They also double tax you and pocket the money. Read google maps reviews for more.

Staff were rude for no reason

The nice entrance hall they show on the pictures is the only thing worth the price. Bunk beds are three stories high, showers are dirty and lack intimacy, and everything else will cost you an extra fee. You cannot control the AC in the room; you have to ask reception to come all the way up to do it themselves each time. Plus, housekeeping took my stuff when they cleaned the room, and I was only able to recover half of it more than 12h later ! An overall frustrating experience.

So loud at night , horrible

Extremely uncomfortable situation in this hostel, as the receptionist locked himself in the room multiple times when i was alone and tried to kiss me on the mouth, against my will. I could not tell anyone either as he was in the reception. I was terrified to sleep there that night. Tried to email the hostel, they did not believe it at all. No motive to lie at all, so use this as a warning if you are a woman travelling alone here

Ich übernachte hier schon seit Jahren, wenn ich nach Lissabon komme. Es ist für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt. Frühstück 9,- €. Reichhaltiges Buffet.Liegt mitten im Barrio Alto. Busse und Straßenbahn vor der Haustür. Rooftop Bar. Großer Gemeinschaftssaal mit Küche. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Vraiment très bien comme endroit, très beau et bien situé au centre de la ville. Par contre si vous recherchez de la tranquilité, ce n'est pas le bon endroit. Plutôt bruyant le soir (ce qui est attendu dans un endroit au centre comme ça). Aussi dortoir avec plusieurs lits, donc parfois beaucoup de dérangement, mais encore une fois il faut s'y attendre. Sinon vraiment très bonne expérience en général!

Très bien mais un lit superposé au 3ème niveau à 71 ans...pas commode.

hostel is nice and clean good vibes and great location. the doors dont lock and you need your own padlock for the lockers though

C’était mon premier voyage seule en tant que femme, et cette auberge a rendu mon expérience incroyable. Tout est bien organisé, c’est propre, l’emplacement est super, et j’ai passé du temps avec le personnel. Vraiment, j’ai adoré — j’y retourne l’an prochain.

100% Empfehlung - tolles Hostel!

My review may be slightly skewed given I slept in a mixed 12 person dorm with a man sleeping in the bunk under me who was very ill, so he kept the room dark at all times and got up frequently during the night. Didn’t love the atmosphere and there weren’t a lot of activities going on. The facilities are nice and the bathroom is clean enough, I’ve seen worse. I wouldn’t say I felt the safest as the door to our room was always unlocked. Staff was excellent and super nice. Loved the free bre...

Great to be back again

A great location, staff are nice and got good sleep but I think that's more because of my sleep mask and earplugs as it was loud outside during the night and very bright. The lack of privacy anywhere made simply changing clothes a task. It's absolutely fine with lots of character to the place but there is mould in the shower cubicles and generally bathrooms. But I've been to worse.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were already here two years ago and loved it so much that we came back :) The building and the rooms are beautiful and the social atmosphere in the common rooms made it really easy to meet people! The location is also 10/10, it’s right in the Barrio Alto and so many cool spots are super close :)

The bunk beds were weird, with three beds on top of another. No curtains for privacy. We couldn't control the temperature in the room. The bathrooms were net even separate, just a wall and curtain separating them (atleast in the men's bathroom). No real atmosphere. Everything else was okay.

Doors either didn’t work with my key or wouldn’t lock at all, beds did not have curtains despite being such a large dorm, overall kinda of dirty in all areas. Much better options in the area for similar pricing.

I was harassed all night via wifi control of envirnomental controls. This made me cough and kept me awake all night in addityion, it kept the other roommates awake all night. but i dont think that you care. it was especially bad after midnight to 6 am. maybe your staff like tyo take bribes to give wifi access to hackers or maybe yoiu just dont have good enought security. i would never recommend anyone stay here ever. life threatening.

I loved this hostel. Fantastic location, quirky decor and spacious rooms. Great place!
