+ The dine in area was nice and cool, meeting different people was good
- Paid towels on rent - not cool, room on ground floor and washrooms/toilets on terrece above 4th floor- not cool, quilts bad, smelt bad, unhygienic, nobody cleaned the room for 3 days- very bad
- Nestihla som sa dostaviť na pobyt. Samozrejme storno poplatok si stiahli, bolo to v podmienkach, ok. Ale oni mi stiahli platbu o pár dni znova!!!! Normálne ma okradli!!!! Nikdy v živote tam nechoďte sú to zlodeji!!!

- Thus is not a Hostel ! This is run to sell tours more tours and only tours. Then make sure you eat at their restaurant ! From the momenti made the booking i was sent messages on.my whatsapp from.the selling tours. . I asked about how much it costs to take a taxi from the airport. Instead they answer that they can send a car along with more info about Tours ! Upon arrival I was asked if I want tours. I explained that I was fine but they continue to ask where I am going and what am I doing. Bathrooms are on the roof 7 floors up ! Or downstairs next to the kitchen but you must pass the desk and other staff wanting to know if you want to Book.Tours and where are you going. I left to go eat and was shown there menu and told I should eat there its much safer. 3×the price of restuarant inwent to around the corner. I declined and when I returned they showed their disappointment I did not eat there. I really felt uncomfortable from the moment arrived till the moment they asked me to checkout 1 day later saying it was full and I can rent a private room instead from them. I decided it was best to leave. They are not there to help you... only themselves ! Better off relaxing and not being pressured in to buying there tours and eating at their restaurant

- The hostel misplaced my backpack and can't find it in their storage. I loss my backpack forever.

- The hostel loss my backpack after my return from trekking. I gave my backpack to the hostel stuff for storage and when i return the staff can't find it in their storage room. It is disappointing. They don't have any tracking system to check who's package belongs to whom. This is a complete disappointment.
Very disappointing experience !! The staff handled conflicts differently depending on ethnicity and made inappropriate comments about Europeans being “untrustworthy.” I felt completely unsupported when reporting a disrespectful roommate making noise at 4AM before my flight. The other guest was offered solutions, not me. Staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. Also be ready to climb to the 5th floor just to use the bathroom. Not recommended at all if you expect fairness and respect

- 案内された部屋がホテルレストランに面した部屋で外の音が夜遅くまでうるさ過ぎてゆっくりくつろげませんでした。 日本人は大人しくて文句言わないと思ってあんな部屋に案内されたのかなと… あとチェックアウト時に現金で支払いましたが領収書を貰えなかったので後でカードの引き落としが2重請求にならないか心配しています。
Hostel was ok , but we were cheated on bus ticket booking . We paid 3000 npr for two ticket of sofa bus (2:1 seating arrangement ) which was ok as per online price we saw , but when we came to bus stop it was 2:2 seating arrangement bus which only cost 965 NPR as price on online websites . So we was cheated by 1100 NPR because we trusted them and booked ticket from them . I will suggest you not to get tickets from them and only get it online . Thanks
+ El hostel es muy limpio, muy tranquilo y bien ubicado. Pero por otra parte ,me parece que la parte humana es importante. Que es lo que relato más abajo.
- No fueron honestos con el Trek que contraté con ellos. Me hospedé 3 veces en un mes. La primera y segunda vez muy bien, muy amables todos. Contraté el Trek de Langtang con ellos, me fui al Trek, tuve problemas durante el Trek, tanto con el guía como lo reservado y pagado, teniendo problemas en varias Guest House, donde el dueño literalmente me dijo:"el problema es que los guías y agencias se quedan el dinero y luego pasan estas cosas" , abandoné el Trek a la mitad, porque me sentí estafada. Al volver del Trek, volví al hostal como lo había previsto y reservado, y en ningún momento me preguntaron , como había ido? Ni que problema hubo? Toda la amabilidad desapareció por arte de magia. Y decidí cambiar de hostel. Terminando mi estancia en Katmandú, en otro hostel cercano . No pensaba dejar mala reseña, pero como tampoco a ellos pareció preocuparles que me sucedió. Creo que está bien que quien va a reservar, sepa de estas cosas.

- 写着24小时热水，第一天入住晚了只有冷水，第二天早上跟工作人员反映之后以为有热水，结果洗了5分钟变成冷水…再次投诉之后工作人员保证绝对有热水，结果还是洗了5分钟变冷水，幸好不是大冬天，不然真的要爆炸！

Perfect location right in the Center of Thamel. The garden area was really nice to relax and and the food was awesome!
Nice Hostel, nice people. They offers trek leaving from there place : did the ACT and was very good. Also good cafe for a good breakfast

The AC is really strong, try to not end up in a bed in front of the AC. The staff were a bit unhelpful, said the AC temperature depends on the people in the room and there is nothing they can do about it.
Gemütliches, sauberes Hostel, das alles hat, was man auf der Reise braucht. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre bietet einen Wohlfühl-Rückzugsort im Trubel der Stadt. Insbesondere das Essen war sehr gut. Und das Personal war zu jeder Tageszeit ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und hat mir bei jedem meiner Anliegen mit Selbstverständlichkeit geholfen, so viel mehr als ich erwarten könnte. Vielen Dank!!!
Cozy, clean hostel, which has everything you need on the trip. the cozy atmosphere offers a Wohlfühl-Rückzugsort in the Trubel der Stadt. especially the food was very good. and the staff was extremely helpful at any time of the day and helped me with each of my requests with Obviousness, so much more than I could have expected. thank you very much!!!

+ Everything, from stay to vibe everything felt like home.
- Everything was on point, there’s nothing to complain.
+ I would comeback again. Room was clean, comfy bed, food was great Location was top notch, easy to walk and go out for sightseeing
basic accommodation but just within thamel. the room i was in was in a 6 bunk bed room. there was supposedly a locker, but i could not use the locker since someone was using it. the other occupants just place there stuffs anywhere. though the weather was cool at night, there was no air contioned system or fan which at some point feels a bit warm. also, there were mosquitoes in the room because we have to somehow keep a window open to have cool air in.
Really had a pleasant stay! Thanks to all very welcoming and carful staff. Rooms are totally fine for the price range, just a little mold in bathroom, but clean and comfortable. The noice during afternoon is fine and I was living downstairs right next to open area. Especially the staff and in the area middle of thamel made the stay so good that I would return immediately and also recommended to fullest. Thanks

+ De loin l’hostel que j’ai préféré depuis que je suis en Asie. Le personnel est adorable et serviable, l’hostel est super bien placé, surtout si vous préparez un trek. Il y a un restaurant, bon et peu cher. Le lieu est propre, les lits hyper confortables, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !
