+ La posizione è favolosa, centralissima e vicino a dove dovevo andare per motivi di lavoro. Il gestore è stato gentilissimo e molto puntuale nelle spiegazioni.Il prezzo molto basso rispetto a quello delle altre strutture della zona

- Terzo piano senza ascensore per chi non è giovanissimo è dura.La pulizia non proprio impeccabile e niente kit di cortesia che forniscono praticamente tutti gli alberghi, ma soprattutto clienti rumorosissimi nella stanza accanto che mi hanno impedito di dormire.... probabilmente sono stata sfortunata ma ovviamente questo ha reso il mio soggiorno non buono.Poi ovviamente il bagno condiviso è una grossa pecca e la TV non funzionava....insomma tutto un po' così...ed è un peccato perché la struttura avrebbe tutti i presupposti per essere il top e invece così é deludente

- Bagno vecchissimo con puzza di muffa doccia vecchia arrugginita camera con piccola finestra sul tetto televisore da 15 pollici che non prende canali per arrivarci 450 metri a piedi tra salite e discese con valigia perché zona ZTL e oltretutto 3 piano senza ascensore vorrei sapere come si fa a dare un giudizio positivo i gestori solo via telefono mai visti P.S inserire terzo piano senza ascensore nell'inserzione grazie

- Extremely disappointing and misleading accommodation. Avoid. No one was there to welcome us upon arrival. No reception, no explanation, nothing. We were simply left on our own. The room and all common areas were dirty. Basic cleanliness standards were clearly not met. The situation was made even worse by the fact that two shared bathrooms were used by five rooms, which felt more like a military barracks than a place advertised for travelers or families. The room itself was unacceptable. It was essentially a storage room: no window, no proper ventilation, no fresh air at all. This was known in advance by the property, despite the fact that they were fully aware we were traveling with my wife and our 6-year-old child. The lack of soundproofing was shocking. Every noise — including extremely unpleasant ones — from the neighboring room was clearly audible inside our room. Combined with the strong smell of mold everywhere, the atmosphere was suffocating and unhealthy. Heating was almost non-existent. There was only a small radiator that barely worked, while the outside temperature was –1°C. Sleeping conditions were unacceptable, especially for a child. Overall, this property is seriously misrepresented. The reviews are highly misleading and do not reflect reality. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful and not trust the ratings blindly. This is not accommodation — it is a health risk, and it should not be offered to paying guests, let alone families.

- J'ai été informé le jour de mon arrivée que ma chambre avait été changée pour une chambre située de l'autre côté de la ville. Chambre bruyante avec une pompe à eau qui se mettait en marche toutes les quelques minutes et faisait beaucoup de bruit. Malgré ma demande, le reçu de la taxe de séjour n'a pas été fourni.

+ Stort værelse, rimeligt billigt. Udsigt fra køkkenet.

- Eneste vindue i 4 meters højde, meget koldt, lydt, badeværelse lugtede muggent. Havde forventet mere pga de høje anmeldelser. Måske hvad kan forventes til prisen. Mere et hostel end hotel.

+ La ubicación, espectacular. El baño compartido muy amplio y limpio.

- La cama, el colchón deformado en el centro y hundido en cada lateral. Pasamos una noche horrible. La habitación da a un tragaluz y cuando llegamos hacia muchísimo calor. Tuve que abrir la ventana de la sala y dejar las puertas abiertas para poder "refrescarla". Teníamos un ventilador que ayudó. Pero de todos modos, ese colchón te deja destrozado. Por suerte solo estuvimos una noche. En las ventanas había telarañas.

+ La localización es muy buena, esta en una calle peatonal del centro de Siena. La cocina tiene una ventana con unas vistas preciosas y la habitación está limpia.

- Hace muchísimo calor en la habitación. En pleno junio no disponen de un ventilador, haciendo que el descanso sea deficitario. Cabe destacar que la habitación está en un último piso de un edificio antiguo y la ventana da a un patio interior. El propietario no nos dio ninguna solución y dejó de contestarnos. El colchón está deformado. El baño no está muy limpio. El calor y el colchón hacen que no se pueda descansar bien. No ofrece lo que se espera por el precio pagado.

+ La struttura è situata in centro e molto comoda per raggiungere piazza del campo, peccato che non appena entrate nella camera assegnataci l’odore di fumo di sigaretta impregnato nelle pareti ci è subito sembrato insopportabile. Nonostante avessimo tenuto tutto il giorno la finestra aperta il pessimo odore è rimasto ed abbiamo faticato a dormire per quanto era pungente.

+ Appartamento in centro con vista stratosferica,un appartamento molto grazioso che ti da come se stessi a casa,da sottolineare la pulizia molto consigliato. Sinceramente è uno dei se non il miglior posto dove ho pernottato e ne ho fatti tanti di pernottamenti

+ 街の中心にありスーパー、レストランも近くにある。共用キッチンには調理器具一式と食器、カトラリーがすべてそろっている。洗濯機、乾燥機も使える。

- 場所が分かり辛いので、番地で探すことになる。建物の最上階（４階）が施設になるが、エレベーターがないので、６３段の歴史ある階段を上り、天上の楽園に至ることになる。

+ Love the location and the beautiful views of Siena! Check in was really easy and the communication with the staff was clear and prompt. The kitchen and dining table facility are really useful and all facilities were very clean.

+ Localisation parfaite dans le centre de Sienne, la vue de la chambre 5 est fantastique, tout est vraiment très propre. Le côté SdB partagée fait toujours un peu peur mais il y avait 2 salles de bains et toutes les deux vraiment très propres. Parfait 👌

+ The house was very beautiful. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. There was two bathroom in the house and both of them were sparkly clean. We had a great time there.

+ Great location. Rooms are on third floor and a 60 stair hike, if someone has mobility issues. But otherwise perfect low key place within the old city walls.
