It's not really a Hostel. it's a bar with dorms upstairs. the bar is full until 11pm and guests smoke under the dorms. there's no quiet corner to gather in peace. there's also no kitchen to share. the bathrooms are summarised. well the price is very low...
Heavy smoke smell, the rooms have mould and were very dirty/dusty and it’s very loud at night up until 10pm as the hostel operates a bar/restaurant as well, but you get what you pay for. Tolerable for one day/night.
DO NOT GO THERE 🐀 We were woken up by a rat/mouse that was in our room at 4 A.M. It was scratching our bags. There was no food in the room. The room was dirty and dusty. There were cigarette holes and stains on the sheets and walls. We asked for a refund for the night of the rat but they refused. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Many other beautiful and inexpensive hostels in Bogota.
C’est sans doute le pire “hostel” que j’ai vu dans ma vie. Les portes ne ferment pas alors qu’il fait 11 degrés la nuit, pas de wifi quand j’y étais car sois disant problème mais le “problème n’a pas été réglé en 4 jours, nous sommes allées manger au restaurant de l’hostel on nous a ramené tout sauf ce qu’on avait commandé.. cet établissement n’a rien d’un Hostel, on ne rencontre personne, le personnel n’est pas agréable, il y fait constamment froid et odeu...
This is probably the worst hostel I have ever seen in my life. The doors don't close even when it is 11 degrees at night, no wifi when I was there because you were saying problem but the problem hasn't been solved in 4 days, we went to eat at the hostel restaurant they brought us back everything except what we ordered.. this establishment is nothing like a hostel, you don't meet anyone, the staff is not pleasant, it's constantly cold and smells of incessant smoke. to run away.
Sketchy pot-smoking staff. The same staff and their friends (not hostel guests) listens to very loud music until 3 AM. Filled with pot smoke including the private room as the door can not close properly. Paid for five nights. Left after just one. Terrible place.
Das Hostel war laut. Viele Besucher waren bereits vormittags betrunken. Die Toiletten waren alles andere als sauber. Die Musik spiel dir ganze Nacht. Abends wird das Hostel zu Kneipe und viele Externe kommekommen rein. Es gibt keine Küche.
If you want to sleep then don’t stay in this “hostel”. By far the worst nights we had in a hostel. We have been traveling for the past 3 months without every seeing something close to this hostel : We were told that there was no noise after 22:30. The bar in the hostel right below our room plays music until 02:30am. The rooms don’t close and there is no doors (just wooden glass without a lock). Smelled bad! I booked 3 nights and stayed only one. Atmosphere was weird to me. Staff was ok. I didn't like it
Je déconseille si vous venez d’arriver en Colombie car les dortoirs sont glauques et les lits n’offrent pas vraiment de vie privée. Je suis une femme qui voyage seule et j’étais dans une chambre avec que des hommes beaucoup plus âgés que moi, ils étaient gentils mais je n’était quand même pas très à l’aise. Au final j’ai même quitté l’auberge pour en réserver une autre.
I don't recommend it if you're new to Colombia because the dorms are gloomy and the beds don't really offer privacy. i'm a woman who travels alone and i was in a room with men much older than me, they were nice but i still wasn't very comfortable. in the end i even left the hostel to book another one.

Segunda vez que me hospedo aquí. Recomiendo. Tienen un bar así que trae tapones de oído si la música te molesta. Aunque los cuarto amoniran el ruido. Lo único que no me gusta es que la luz del cuarto se enciende con movimiento. Y de noche se enciende por cualquier movimiento que se haga al salir de tu cama. Sugiero cambiar a una luz de interruptor. Todo lo demás me parece bien y si volvería.
This is the second time I've stayed here. I recommend. They have a bar so bring earplugs if the music bothers you. Although the rooms will sound the noise. The only thing I don't like is that the light in the room lights up with movement. And at night it lights up with any movement you make when you get out of bed. I suggest switching to a switch light. Everything else seems fine to me and I'd be back.
Un hostel vraiment chouette mais il faut aimer faire la fête… et fumer. L’auberge se transforme en coffee shop à partir de 5 heure de l’après-midi. Le point positif c’est qu’il y a que des colombien.nes qui viennent boire un verre et fumer, vous pouvez faire des rencontres. Les chambres sont sommaires mais correctes. Le personnel est adorable mais légèrement intrusif quand il s’agit de rencontrer dans votre chambre sans crier égard. Il manque des espaces communs pour pouvoir se...
A really nice hostel but you have to love to party... and smoke. the hostel turns into a coffee shop from 5pm. the positive point is that there are Colombians who come to have a drink and smoke, you can make meetings. the rooms are summarised but decent. the staff is adorable but slightly intrusive when it comes to meeting in your room without shouting respect. there is a lack of common areas to pose.
Por segunda vez me quedo en casa Colibrí, la ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable, encuentras todo cerca del hostal.
This is the second time I've stayed at casa Colibrí, the location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, you'll find everything close to the hostel.

If you wanna have a smoke this is the place to go but it’s not a very social place for a solo traveler. It’s okay but there are better places around.
Hostal tres bien placé, pour le prix tout est bien. Le seul petit point négatif est l’isolement des chambres. Mêmes les chambre privés sont pas très intimiste. Ils proposent le petit dej mais non avons pas testé.
Hostel tres well located, for the price everything is fine. the only small negative point is the isolation of the rooms. even the private rooms are not very intimate. they offer breakfast but we did not test.
It’s okay not too special and it’s too loud after even they tell you the music stops it’s not the truth :)
Staff is pretty awesome. Great location. Very chill spot but can get lively at night. AND one of the most budget friendly hostels in Bogota. Price and people were my biggest factors.
not a good hostel. a lot of noise at night, smoke in the rooms, no hot showers. rather dirty and small room.
Très très sympa, bon emplacement, personnel aimable et serviable. La douche n’était juste pas fonctionnel.

The hostel is beautiful, the stuff very helpful and the location central. It’s a 4:20 hostel but if you don’t mind it or like it, then it’s a very nice place to stay. Always felt welcome even with less Spanish. For that price you will not find a better place! Highly recommended 🫡
I liked this place overall. We stayed in a private room, which was comfortable. The entrance to the hostel is cool, with lots of graffiti adding to the vibe. The bar downstairs has a great atmosphere, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. However, it can be a bit noisy if you’re looking to sleep early, so don’t expect a quiet stay. You’ll notice a strong weed smell when entering the building, but thankfully, it doesn't reach the room

Sehr gemütliche und bunte Unterkunft, allerdings ist im Innenhof ein Restaurant in dem sehr viel 🥦 konsumiert wird (es riecht also permanent danach und zieht auch etwas in die Zimmer) und die Zimmer schließen kaum die Geräuschkulisse ab. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut, aber man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es nicht sehr ruhig ist. Leider gibt es auch keine Küche, die man benutzen kann :(
Very cozy and colorful accommodation, however is im Innenhof ein Restaurant in which very much is consumed (it also smells permanently afterwards and also attracts something into the rooms) and the rooms barely close the Geräuschkulisse ab.
Auberge très sympa mais il faut savoir 2 choses : le bar ferme aux alentours de 22h en semaine donc avant ça on entend pas mal de bruit Il n'y a pas d'autre espace commun que le bar (qui est peu abrité donc en cas de pluie vous n'avez que votre chambre)
Very nice hostel but you should know 2 things: the bar closes around 10pm on weekdays so before that you hear quite a bit of noise There is no other common area other than the bar (which is poorly sheltered so in case of rain you only have your room)
El lugar es agradable si la onda va contigo, a mi no me molesto. lo unico no tienen cocina, te dicen que hay un refrigerador y un microondas que puedes utilizar, la cosa es que tienes que estar pidiendo las cosas y en la noche no te dejan acceder a tu propia comida. la mayoría del personal super bien en la mañana, alguna en la tarde parece que hasta le moleste tu presencia en el bar...
The place is nice if the wave goes with you, I don't mind. the only thing is they don't have a kitchen, they tell you there's a refrigerator and a microwave you can use, the thing is you have to be ordering things and at night they don't let you access your own food. most of the staff super good in the morning, some in the afternoon it seems like even your presence in the bar bothers him...
