- Des frais en plus à payer avant de partir, qui sont toujours inclus dans la chambre.
There‘s a lot of mold in the dorm and also in the hall. I became ill. Talked to the staff, who called the manager, but no refund expected.. The staff was nice. The food is good.
Stay was okay for the price, however I booked a bus with them. I’m not sure who the company is so I’m just leaving this review here. Do not book a bus with them. My bus was meant to leave at 3:30 I didn’t get on the bus until 5 - I was expecting to arrive at 9:30 pm as I was told by reception, instead arriving at my destination aftermidnight. No communication, apology or offer of compensation. This was also a fairly expensive bus by Vietnamese standards. Bus staff were aggressive and slapp...

- יש מים חמים ל5-10 דק הראשונות. הזמנתי שני חדרים עם מרפסת. הגענו בערב למלון העובד בדלפק נתן לנו את המפתחות ועלינו לחדרים. קיבלנו חדר אחד בדיוק כמו בהזמנה והחדר השני ללא מרפסת ושונה לחלוטין ממה שהזמנתי בנוסף התקרה במקלחת נמוכה ומלאה בעובש . ירדנו לקבלה פנינו לעובד והוא אפילו לא התנצל.. אמר תרדו מחר בבוקר ואולי תקבלו חדר כמו שהזמנתם המלון כרגע מלא. אח״כ המשכנו לדבר איתו והוא התעלם וזלזל בנו. כשהגענו לעשות צ׳ק אאוט הבחורה גבתה מחיר מלא על הלילה הראשון- אמרנו לה שאנחנו לא מוכנים לשלם על הלילה הראשון מחיר מלא והיא התחילה להתווכח איתנו ואמרה לי אם לא היה לכם טוב יכולתם ללכת ולא להישאר שם בלילה. בסוף עשתה טובה ונתנה 30% על הלילה הראשון. חוויה לא נעימה ולא אחזור למלון הזה שוב.

- Hot water only lasts 2 minutes for the shower, had to keep turning it off and on to properly wash my hair. Credit card stolen during luggage storage time.

No entiendo la puntuación que tiene este hostel, lo único bueno es la ubicación. Nada más llegar la chica de la recepción se preocupo más en venderme tours que en explicarme las cosas del hostel, como por ejemplo decirme la hora del desayuno y también se le olvidó darme las llaves de la habitación. La habitación bastante sucia y en general la zonas comunes, falta mantenimiento y limpieza. las camas están pasables. Este hostel está bien para pasar una o dos noches.
I don't understand the score this hostel has, the only good thing is the location. nothing comes when the receptionist girl is more concerned about selling me tours than explaining the hostel stuff to me, like for example telling me the time of breakfast and also she forgot to give me the room keys. the room is pretty dirty and in general the common areas, lack maintenance and cleaning. the beds are passable. this hostel is fine for one or two nights.

- The bed is really uncomfortable. The hotel is not centrally located. There was a leak from the air conditioner. We moved rooms and the bathroom door wouldn't close.

Ok first of all I’d like to point out how freaking sweet and helpful Moon was that worked there. She was attentive, caring and gave great suggestions! The fact that she remembered my name every-time I came around. I was a bit sick and she made sure to check in on me. Beds were comfy!! Only thing was the rooms don’t lock or have a key or fob, but I wasnt too worried. Also not a very social hostel if that’s what you are looking for. But it was close to old town and the night market!!
Good hostel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving advice for Hoi An. Not the most social place though.
Really nice hostel! I used their private transfer from the airport an and back which worked perfectly. The staff is also extremely nice and helpful. I was in a six bed female dorm and I appreciated the two bathrooms we had in our dorm! Would highly recommend this hostel.

Bed was comfy and the room was air conditioned lovely. The staff were really accommodating and gave some great recommendations.
+ De Vivre ist ein freundliches, unkompliziertes Hotel, in dem man sich schnell zu Hause fühlt. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist angenehm. Ruhige Lage am Rande des Touristenviertels, kleiner Supermarkt gegenüber, erschwingliche Restaurants und Cafés um die Ecke.
- Für mich sind die Matratzen zu hart, andere mögen dies anders empfinden.

+ Gemütlich, schöne Farben und natürlich die Lampions. Die ruhige Lage am Rande der Altstadt und die Cafés und Lokale in der Nähe. Und ein nettes professionelles Spa Hana in der Nähe.
- Ich fand die Matratze ein wenig hart, geschlafen hab ich trotzdem gut. Meine Mitreisende fand die Härte klasse.

Sehr nettes Hostel und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Das Personal ist auch super freundlich und hilft wenn man ein Problem hat.

We had a great stay at dom hostel, everyone was so kind and our room was super clean, spacious and nice!! The pictures don’t do it justice 😊❤️
