There was no breakfast even though it said so in the description. We didn't get any keys. There was an unanounced party organized by the hostel which meant loud music when we wanted to sleep. Overall, more communication from the hostel owner would have been great. On the other hand, the kitchen was well equipped and the place was in general very homely.
Pretty poor hostel. Only 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, yet at least 16 beds. From the very first interaction with people at the hostel the vibe was strange. Door locked, knock to get in and opened with a “what do you want?” Attitude. Two people watching TV in the open plan lounge and kitchen, with one guy asleep on the couch. It felt like walking into someone else’s house and we weren’t welcome. Rooms are super hot, bunks are clearly children’s bunk frames. Yes it’s cheap but I�...
Hotel sale, une seule douche/toilette pour toutes les chambres, pour ma part pas d'eau chaude le matin. Le bonus est que les gérants ont fait une fête avec musique à fond et entrent régulièrement dans notre chambre sans soucis. Bien pour faire la fête, pas pour dormir dommage pour un hostel 🙃

Not my favorite hostel, but the location is great—safe area, close to the bus station, with plenty of good food options nearby. Friendly volunteer staff. Note: only one bathroom for 16+ beds as of May 2025 (another under construction). There’s a friendly dog and cat on-site.
It is a good hostel, but it has a lot to improve, part of it the reception staff. I hope they get better!
Friendly owner. However, it's very difficult to sleep because of the noise in the house. It is also a bit dirty in the house..
The personal of the hostel is very friendly, natural and generous. I had very good social moments, on a night we played guitar and they offered us cocktails, so nice. Thanks for tha. However, there is only one bathroom with the toilets inside for everyone, and the cleaning part isn't the best point. Was no lockers for me,I left my bag under the bed and I've noticed the cover smells cat pee now. (There is animals there, as notified in the description). Also respect of the sleep could be improved.
Les côtés positifs de cet Hostel sont qu’il est proche du terminal de bus, pas chère et que la machine à laver est gratuite Sinon c’est tout petit, les hôtes mettent la musique à fond dans la « salle commune » les animaux dorment dans les lits des dortoirs Les draps sont jetés sur le lit et demerde toi avec Pendant notre séjour, les volontaires qui s’occupait de l’hostellerie on fait la fête toute la nuit et le matin au petit dej il n’y avait personne et la cuisine �...
Friendly staff, place location is ok. Unfortunately no WIFI, therefore the host offered us a sim card, thats ok. Hostel just started as they said, therefore its ok. Negative part: First thing we realized in the rooms: cat is sleeping in guests beds and fresh sheets are full with (cat) hair. After the night we had red bites on the skin, probably from fleas.

+ Ja sam iz Hrvatske i naišao sam izvrsnog domačina i ekipu iz svijeta. Žao mi je što nisam mogao produžiti koji dan više. To je to što se u San Pedro de Atacama traži i dobije. Preljepi surovi ambijent i toplina i empatija domaćina. Bravo!!!

+ Buena ubicacion con buenas restaurantes baratos cerca. Muy buena atencion del personal en general y en especial de Fabio. Te dan toda la atencion de los tours y los mejores precios. Cocina buen equipada y baño limpio

+ Colchón cómodo y lockers grandes en la habitación. Cerca de la Terminal 🚌. Buena atención de Fabio. Hay comedores al lado
- Muy chica la habitación; la recepción y la cocina integrados y sin mesas, todo muy apretado. Faltaría una pequeña repisa al lado de cada cama. La almohada un poco chata. Y un solo baño para todo el hostel.
+ THE南米！て感じで非常に思い出深い滞在だった。 朝から晩までセンスのいいミュージックがかかっており、お気に入りのミュージックが増えた。 スタッフやゲストたちもみんなフレンドリーでいい人たちばかりでよかった。 今回朝食をつけたが手作り感溢れる美味しい朝食だった。胃腸が痙攣して一食スルーしたのが残念。 また、宿から少し歩けば絶景ポイントがある。 宿の目の前には、そこそこの規模の売店がある。 中心地までは少し歩くが、特に不便は感じなかった。バス停が近いのが良い。カルシファーというとても可愛い犬がいる。

+ El personal es muy amable y cercano, las instalaciones están limpias y son acogedoras. Favorecen la relación con el resto de huéspedes; hay juegos de mesa, cocina muy bien equipada y café/agua para tomar libremente. Los dos responsables del hostel son, además, guías, así que te pueden dar información útil para conocer la zona. Estuvimos solo una noche, pero tuvimos buena conversación y buen ambiente el 100% del tiempo. Está muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la estación de tren y a 10 minutos de la calle comercial principal. Hay taquillas para poder guardar tus pertenencias adecuadamente. ¡Súper recomendable!

Bon Hostal de passage, les volontaires ont été de bons conseils avec des propositions de tours pour les excursions. Manque un peu de place dans les espaces communs. Dortoir de 4 qui font l’affaire avec lit confortables et grands casiers. Peut s’améliorer sur la propreté.
Hostel owner super helpful with booking activities for us and being honest about what to do. Only here for a night but satisfied with our stay. Could do with more outdoor area and perhaps an extra bathroom
