- Had to wait 1hour outside ! Last minute, Was given another room than the one reserved. ! Suffered double réservation of the parking !

+ The room is very comfortable and clean.

- The lack of privacy, the lack of communication.

+ i got a basement room; it was dark, damp and humid. i wouldnt stay there again

- The staff/owner’s communication - we were left standing front of the accommodation at 9PM not having our room ready (check in at 3PM). No apology came afterwards, despite the property telling the booking customer service that they will attend to the situation next day to ensure the resolution. Instead, the customers feels like they bother the property with wanting to get the service they have paid for. Extremely loud and broken front door which wakes up everyone in the single bedrooms downstairs and double rooms on the first floor. Very cold rooms and ridiculously small and dark bathrooms (not suitable for a person taller than 175cm).

- Rommet var veldig lite, og i kjelleren, med lav takhøyde og så små vinduer at jeg tror det kunne blitt problematisk å komme seg ut av vinduet dersom det skulle bli nødvendig. Baderommet var også så knøttlite at det ikke gikk an å sitte rett på toalettet, måtte sitte skrått. Dopapiret varte kun en dag, og det var ikke noe ekstra papir noe sted på rommet, og heller ikke på vaskerommet ved siden av. Kjøleskapet var også bittelite, og helt ubrukelig dersom man skulle ønske å oppbevare råvarer for å kunne lage mat på felleskjøkkenet. Savnet dimmer på sengelampen. Manglende informasjon om parkering på forhånd. Fikk en sms av verten, men fikk ikke noe svar på sms tilbake, og det burde være mulig i 2024. De to skrivebordene på hver side av sengen kunne godt ha vært byttet ut med et par stoler og et lite bord.

- - badrummet luktade väldigt illa, luktade starkt avlopp - betalat för att parkera på deras parkeringsplatser men de var upptagna när vi kom

- Physical danger in the bathroom - an open (uncovered) fan.. Anyone can be seriously injured.. When I reported this hazard, the staff response was a robotic, boiler-plate response ("Thanks for your feedback, have a nice day")! Ridiculous.. The ground floor room is like a dungeon -- the room height is less than 2 metres.. Noisy plumbing.. The "entire apartment" feature mentioned for the ground floor single room? What does this mean? This is meaningless, MISLEADING.

- Niggardly with heating. Heating didn't work. No hot water just warm water. They are unresponsive during stay.

- Bathroom didn’t seam like it was cleaned thoroughly. Bin still had things in. Staff also wouldn’t help with a mistake made when booking (not signed in to access genius account).

+ Short stay, information to check in and access keys all good. Room more than adequate for a short stay

+ Hotel bardzo czysty. Elegancki design. Bardzo przytulny. Dużym plusem jest bardzo cicha lodówka, która nie przeszkadza w spaniu. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Ładny widok z okna. Przyjemna okolica

- Cienkie ściany, przez które słychać co się dzieje w pokoju obok

+ Clean, super nice location (learn how to use public transport, it is veru convinient). Walk distance to nice cafes and nature museum.

+ Everything. It was perfect. The bed was really comfortable, the room was cosy and clean. The location was ideal. You have coffee and tea in your room and in the common kitchen. The bathroom was big enough. The room was warm and the whole apartment building was quiet. There is a market nearby and many restaurants and bars. You can not smoke on the property, not even outside, but that wasn't a problem. If you are a smoker there is a park nearby where smoking is fine.
