- Que al llegar me dijeron que no tenían la habitación qué yo había reservado y me ofrecieron una con ventilador

- *Irresponsabilidad por parte de servicio adecuando. *Servicio de alojamiento no completo. *Información no real puesta en booking.com. *Atención al cliente poco confiable (Se nos estaba cobrando sin antes mencionar las características de la habitación) Se reservo 2 días antes de manera anticipada, incluso el mismo día se llamo dos veces antes de visitar el hostal para confirmar nuestra estadía, y características de la habitación, siendo así, una estadía segura por nuestra parte, llegando al sitio/hostal, el recepcionista nos indica que la habitación había sido cambiada y su compañero de turno no le había informado sobre nuestra llegada, informándonos en el momento que no contaban con servicio de aire acondicionado, baño privado, y habitación exclusivamente para pareja. Procedimos a cancelar nuestra estadía.

+ The breakfast was good, and the location was good.

- The room is very outdated, the noise outside the room is unbearable in the mornings, and the bathroom had a horrible odor not very clean. We couldn’t pay with credit card and also I was charge $25 more of what we book in the website. Non convenient at all.

+ The hostel is fine, has very clean kitchen, right next to supermarket/atm. They organise tours. Just really make sure to pay attention to what the reception is charging when your paying and make sure it is correct. I had big problem when i was leaving by a male staff member not letting me leave because there was a mistake made with my payment. I was under charged but i thought my bill was fully closed. The situation left me upset by not being allowed out of the building with no other guest around. This has since been explained to me what happen but it wasnt a nice experience. Everything up until that moment was good

+ Absolutely cannot recommend this place. Just witnessed how the receptionist was threatening one of the guests and held her physically so that she couldn’t leave the place until she paid two times! Also the dorm is 20 beds, the AC is off all day. Every day there is either no water or no electricity.

- No nos esperaron, cancelaron la reservación pese a que notifiqué mi retraso.

+ Habitaciones limpias y excelente atención sin duda un lugar para volver a reservar 😁

+ Хорошее расположение. В номере был кондиционер и 3 вентилятора. Организовали вулканобординг.

- Горячей воды нет. Я понимаю, жаркий климат, но как мыть длинные волосы? Питьевой воды нет. Возможности заварить чай нет. В номере ни шкафа, ни хотя бы крючков с плечиками. Вещи складывали на свободную кровать. Уборки не было. Попросила дополнительное полотенце, оказалось - платно. Было некомфортно, и я не рекомендую останавливаться здесь.

- There are fans in the room, but it’s extremely hot anyway. There’s no mirror in the bathroom and there are only 2 bathrooms downstairs.

+ Locatie is geweldig, ontbijt was prima. Fijn om een gedeelde keuken met alle voorzieningen erbij te hebben. Ruime kamer met grote inloopkast. Gratis parkeren voor de deur!

- Jongedame achter de receptie was zeer vriendelijk, de iets oudere dame was minder vriendelijk. We hadden geboekt voor 4 personen inclusief ontbijt (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen), ook bevestigd door Booking.com. Ter plekke bleek dat we het ontbijt voor de kinderen echter moesten betalen. Was slechts 2 dollar per persoon per dag, maar het gaat om het principe. Alleen koud water in de douche (gebruikelijk in het land).

- Party place. They have someone 24/7 but will allow people partying, chatting loud etc all night. I raised my concerns at 11, 12 and then again 2am, until it was finally resolved at 3am. Avoid if you are looking for a good night sleep

+ El personal simpática las seños servían desayuno en la mañana 2 opciones. Ubicación cercana al centro historico y buena cocina

- Valor elevado para lo que es, 2 baños para casi 20 personas si esta lleno, habitaciones son calurosas (mal material de construcción), los ventiladores no dan abasto.

+ les agradezco infinitamente fue la mejor experiencia que tuve en ese hostal el personal cómo me atendieron el desayuno cómo estuvieron me gustó 100% todo y volvería a ir 1000 y una veces

+ Basic and good. Nice central place to get to know Leon. Good breakfast, easy to get around, AC In the dorms.

- We couldn't find a mirror anywhere, depending on the room it might get a bit louder in the evening from outside. No drinking water fountain.

+ Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, zarezerwowali nam przejazd prywatny do Granady. Czysto i dobre tradycyjne śniadanie.
