The place is very clean and well organized. However, because the kitchen is located next to the bedrooms, some guests lack consideration regarding noise after 10:00 p.m. They drag chairs, speak loudly, bang pots and pans, and slam doors, creating noise until late at night. In addition, there is a shower that does not work, and some guests do not turn off the lights after 10:00 p.m. and leave the bedroom window open during the night.
