Crazy staff, always on your case

Ao chegar tive uma boa recepção, porém depois que informei que os lockers não estavam trancando, não fizeram nada, resolveram 1 onde foi entregue a outra hóspede, e só depois depois que ela foi embora que eu consegui usar, me senti inseguro com os meus pertences pois não estavam trancados, não aconselho a ninguém este Hostel, pois não se importam com o cliente. A casa de banho estava sempre molhada, porém a localização é boa, mas não compensa pela segurança e atendimento dos mes...

The hostel is okay. There is a social environment and if you are 18 y/o I think you will have a fun time. It’s not very clean. Some of the staff are very helpful while some are not. A girl in the staff rolled here eyes at me and told me to google it when I asked where the closest ATM was, that is one example.

ME ROBARON., alguien me abrió mi locker q estaba con candado y tomo 1000 dólares de mi billetera. Muy fea experiencia. Los dueños no contestaron mi llamadas, ni msj, solo un correo de cortesía. No volvería a ese lugar. Tengan mucho cuidado con esto.

Pros: Free breakfast included. Air Con. Balcony. Good wifi Cons: Broken shower doors. Loos didn't lock. Bathroom constantly flooded out into kitchen corridor area. Windows and balcony had nets nailed to them. Lots of patronising signs such as 'don't use too much loo roll'. Staff didn't seem particularly welcoming or happy to be there. Some very loud guests that played games in the kitchen till late. Rather expensive and poor value. Bright lights from air con in bedroom. Accessibility issues.

Wifi and lift wasn't working, but the staff are super friendly and helpful. The hostel is clean and quiet.

The hostel is close to Brignole train station. The staff did not seem overly friendly. The breakfast was ok. The room was very small for four people. Most of the restrooms/showers were locked between 11pm and 8am. Glad I met great people there for the rest of my trip and stayed only for one night. The cleanliness was ok.

Can’t comment much as I was there for less than 6 hours due to late arrival and early start. Price for my dorm was little high considering the room is quite basic but no complaints.

Spyro's Tour is definitely a MUST if you go to Genova, even for a day or two. He is truly a local who know the city inside out. His tour is unique, funny and relaxing! The hostel is social, I met many amazing friends. However, the toilet is smelly! I cant stand inside for too long, I wish they clean it better and have some nice scent in it.The staff are very friendly and helpful.

very small so you end up knowing everyone and it feels like a home rather than a hostel. Lots of bathroom which is nice since there isn't a lot of people, you will never wait to use it. Free breakfast was really good.

The best thing about this place was the people working and staying there. We watched movies together and talked about life. Great place for a few days!!

My first hostel stay so I didn’t know what to expect, but check in was easy and they even let me check in a couple of hours early which was great after my long flight. Not a very social atmosphere, I found it hard to talk to people but the location next to the train station was convenient. Make sure you ask for the key to get in after hours as I was never given one and had a small issue trying to get in close to 11pm. Very nice that they supplied some food, but beds and bathroom was average.

Excelente hostel! Muy buena onda toda la gente que trabaja, se genera una atmósfera super linda entre todos los huéspedes. Y el desayuno que incluye es suuuuper completo. Lo recomiendo y volvería sin dudarlo

The was a pretty nice hostel, quite social - which of course depends on you. It has hostel volunteers. Bath stalls, and toilet stalls were a little small. But location was pretty good.

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cette auberge. L’ambiance était très conviviale et j’ai d’ailleurs prolongé de plusieurs jours mon séjour sur place pour cette raison.

Really nice small hostel. The staff was really sweet and we felt right at home. Also really nice breakfast. Overall really nice!

El hostal es excelente, te dan un desayuno y mediamañana tipo buffet gratis. Rabic, del staff, habla como 6 idiomas y es el mejor ser humano que me he encontrado en este viaje. Un tipazo que nos ayudó mucho con todo!!

It was a perfect stay at Victoria House. The hostel, emplacement, super clean, super beds and super staff ! Thank you again for your kindness, I highly recommend this place for a stay in Genova :-)

energetic, young and helpful staff. good location. well worth the price for anyone in their twenties. free breakfast included. be aware it is a hostel and you will be sharing rooms and common facilities.

I really enjoyed the stay there. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. Getting in touch with other travelers is easy there.

This hostel is awesome, nice location, short walk into the center, got to know many awesome people from all around the world. I couldn't book a Only Female Room, which was a luttle sad. The kitchen is awesome, the garden is cute. There's amso a cuddly hostel cat.
