- Don't really like the room , cockroach was around and when I complained to the incharge, he told me if you don't like find a different hotel.

- Bed sheet pillow cover blanket... Didn't wash at all... F the owner.. Kanina

- Please show real pictures. The entrance is just a small door like a cyber cafe. Bedsheet was dirty and holes, no body wash, aircond was leaking, curtains got holes, I feel disgusting and itchy all over my body.

- Not clean, door spoiled, water heater shower head leaked, some baby cockroach found, a lot of dust on the bed, no aircon remote available, linen towels seem a bit dirty, poor facility and no daily used item like toothbrush, drinking water....but liquid shampoo and tissue is available.

- The bed was not clean..room extremely small..bathroom toilet too small..can't even sit on the toilet..no dressing mirror and not recommended

- No escalator or lift provided quite not convenient to the eldest or handicapped even not that high floor but make drink and water also not convenient as well, no electric kettle provided
