Absolutely deserve the worst review. I booked two nights and paid by card upon arrival but because of food poisoning I had to return home immediately. That evening I asked at reception if it’s possible to cancel my second night. The guy said that he can’t help and suggested that I would come tomorrow morning. So, tomorrow another guy at the reception told me that he can’t help and I have to contact the hostel management via booking messages. He ignored my explanations and suggestions to discuss my situation with a manager. So, as another day started I already could not modify my booking, so I had to contact the hostel via chat, but as of now they’re just ignoring all my requests and I’m unable to reach them. As I checked out the next day I lost my money for one night. The worst place and experience. I do NOT recommend this place.
