- I am very upset about my experience at this hostel. A large amount of money was stolen from my backpack and, the day before, a member of the cleaning staff had seen me taking cash out of it. My bed was on the top bunk at the back, and no one else could have seen that. The theft happened the next day, which makes me seriously question the staff. What made the situation even worse is that I did not feel supported by the hostel at all. They were not very helpful, and no proper solution was offered. It was a significant amount of money, and I was not even offered a locker to keep my belongings safe. I feel very angry and disappointed, as I trusted the safety of this place. I do not recommend this hostel at all. Be very careful with your belongings.

+ The location is quite good. It’s close to the boat station and really convenient if you are travelling between 2 islands by boat.

- The service was very disappointing. The man working at reception was not friendly at all and did not seem like someone you could approach for help or guidance. They overbooked my bed and woke me up early in the morning. Staff entered the room with a new guest and her luggage and asked me to vacate, even though I still had a few nights remaining on my booking. I was barely dressed at the time, which made the situation extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. They also do not allow slippers inside, yet the toilets were not clean at all. The floors were constantly wet, smelly, and unhygienic, possibly with urine on the ground. It was impossible to walk in the toilet barefoot in those conditions. I ended up using the toilet at a nearby gym instead.

- הנמלים בכמויות שיש שם היה לי חול על המצעים לצערי הרב נפלתי על מישהו גם שנוחר בחדר המזגן מכבים במהלך היום ומדליקים רק בלילה וגם לא מרגישים צריך ללכת בלי נעליים שזה דוחה ברמות כאילו אין בעיה בחדר והכל אבל גם בלובי וגם שירותים מקלחת ומסריח ברמות לא ממליצה בשום צורה !!

- Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience – unsafe and intimidating During my stay, I became seriously ill due to food poisoning. As a result, a small accident occurred on the bed (a small stain). I immediately went to the reception, honestly explained what had happened, and politely requested fresh bedding. Instead of receiving normal service, I was confronted with the following: • Staff discussed the situation among themselves and pointed at me. • I was then forced to pay 2,000 baht (approximately €53). • It was claimed that the entire room had to be closed for one night and that there were high cleaning costs. This was untrue. Another guest confirmed that the room was already open that same afternoon and that other guests were staying there again. The smell had also disappeared. Therefore, the claim that the room needed to be closed was false. Additionally, the staff behaved very unprofessionally: • They disclosed what had happened in the room to other guests, showing no respect for privacy. • Another guest defended me, confirming that I was sick and that it was not my fault. • When I refused to pay 2,000 baht and offered 1,000 baht (a reasonable amount for cleaning), this was rejected. What happened next was completely unacceptable: I was threatened with the police and the use of my passport information. Under pressure, I was forced to pay. I checked out immediately. In short: • Minimal stain, smell gone quickly. • The room was used by other guests the same day. • Cleaning costs of 2,000 baht are unusually high for Thailand. • Staff violated privacy by discussing guests. • I was threatened with police and misuse of my passport information. I strongly advise against staying at this hostel.

+ The location was admittedly very good. Right next to the pier, near 7/11 so easy to get snacks or cash at the ATM, near some restaurants all walking distance

- No AC most of the time, they won’t turn AC on until 7 at night. Even in unbearable heat

- Ni el trato ni las instalaciones, cortan el AA y te mueres de claro durante el dia, se va labluz y el agua cada poco tiempo

- Pas de verrous aux portes des chambres, n’importe qui peut entrer, des minis casiers en dehors de la chambre, 1 douche sur 3 marchait (pour tout l’hostel). Les 3/4 du l’hostel était encore en construction mais ils commencent leur business bien tôt pour se faire de l’argent sur notre dos. Un matin je discutais avec la femme de ménage qui parlait bien anglais puis en fait je remarque qu’elle ne change JAMAIS les draps des lits entre les personnes simplement elle replis et mets du parfum par dessus, donc je lui fait remarquer poliment et demande des draps propres et tout d’un coup elle PERD SON ANGLAIS et me répond en Thaï comme si nous n’avions pas eu de conversation avant, bref elle est partie et m’a ignoré c’est scandaleux ! J’ai envie de vomir rien que d’y repenser. Ah oui et si vous voulait qu’ils gardent vos bagages la journée alors que n’importe quel hostel le ferait GRATUITEMENT ils vous faut payer 50 bhats avec eux.

+ Pas grand chose, voir rien. Je vais quand même noter que le nombre de douches et de WC est suffisant. Je n'ai jamais eu besoins de faire la queue. La taille des couchettes est largement suffisante également.

- Tout ! Je m’étais fiée aux commentaires qui étaient positifs pour la grande majorité. Mais ce que j'ai regretté... très bruyant et surtout le soir ! Sur le toit ils font la fête (ce qui n'est pas le soucis), et jusqu’à heure raisonnable mais comment l'insonorisation est nulle à chier !! Cela fait trembler les murs et les lits carrément !! Le côté salle de bains .. je n’ai pas grand chose à dire. Mais ce qui m’a déplue fortement à mon premier réveil, c’est le fait que quelqu'un du personnel rentre dans la chambre à 8h15, ouvre en grand porte, fenêtre et allume la lumière.. alors que les autres matins, je n’ai eu aucun soucis !

+ Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am Pier und am Strand. Cafés, ATM und Läden alles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Familie, die das Hostel leitet, ist super lieb. Sehr schöne Dachterasse.

- Die Klimaanlage wurde leider nur zu bestimmten Zeiten eingeschalten. Es gibt Hostels, die noch mehr social sind, aber für mich war’s perfekt.

+ Very convenient location with very comfortable beds

- The was a strong smell from the toilets/bathrooms. It wasn’t dirty but it smelled very potent.

+ Very good location, view and staff! The best part for sure, is that on the first floor they have like 2 food sellers, a nails salon, diving center, and a big place for you to have breakfast or whatever you need, second floor the hostel and third floor a rooftop restaurant with an amazing view! It was a very nice mix

- Just that they control the ac, they only turn it on at night and turn it off early in the morning

- Le seul bémol sont les douches : seulement 4 douches pour tout l’auberge, 2 minis miroirs et 0 pression dedans … bien dommage + la Clim coupée en journée

+ Staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Offered great recommendations, and the scuba diving was so much fun!

+ The owners are so nice, it’s very clean, a lot of shops near by, good food right downstairs, and literally right on the beach!

+ Great experience, the location was great and the hostel was always kept clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

+ Altså man får hvad man betaler for her. Lokationen er uden tvivl det bedste ved stedet. Personalet var også flinke ved ankomst. Sengene var også dejligt bløde, og der var massere af plads inde i selve sovekabinen.

- Havde godt læst om Air-Condition situationen inden ankomst, men tænkte ikke det ville være så slemt. Her tog jeg fejl. Værelset er ikke til at være på mellem 10-19, fordi personalet slukker for air-conditionen og tager fjernbetjeningen. De ville dog med glæde tage imod betaling for at tænde den igen 😒.
