- There are the cockroaches in the room, the cabinets are dirty and the facilities are pretty old. I was scared right after I checked in which gave me a really bad impression.

Keine gute Kommunikation mit hotel. Ende hab Booking und 1500 Pesos erstattet nur. Rest natürlich verloren für 8 Tagen.

- Le management n'est pas à la hauteur. Ils ne veulent rien savoir alors qu'ils nous font faire des erreurs. Bref si tu veux des embrouilles, tu viens sinon passe ton chemin.

- Die Matratze war sehr dünn, die Klimaanlage laut.

+ I didn’t take it ,coz it’s only local food , no bread, no cheese , no egg

- When I went to sleep after 8 pm , I find many flying big ants And many small white ants at whole room and every where just not at bathroom, then when I want to reception to tell them about the ants , direct they answer because I open the window , but really I didn’t open the window , the air conditioning noise and street noise , not easy to sleep , i don’t know maybe all that kind of hotel area the same coz it’s not really a hotel it’s just like a hostel ,

- Impossible to sleep. Staff is extremely loud, always screaming at every time of the night and day. People around singing loudly and the church making noise. Most of the staff does not understand what you ask because they don't really speak English.

+ I loved everything about it: the location near beache the clean room with no ants or cockroaches (which I appreciated), and the fact that if you rent for more than four days they change the towels and sheets. And finally, the staff was fantastic! And smiling 😂😂😂

+ Service is perfect, the Hotel is very clean and the location close to Dmall is great, staff very friendly, everything works and all quiet there, Highly recommended!

- Nothing much, it's a low budget room, like I expected. Church is next door so you can expect early wake up.

+ Very cheap accomodation, but therefor very clean and okay for what you get. you can use the pool area of the hostel next to it, which is nice. A lot of cool people in the hostels on the street. Easy to connect.

+ Está muy bien. Las habitaciones están bien, buen wifi, buena ubicación. El personal muy amable.

+ Da area circundante, da hospitalidade dos funcionarios. O Hotel fica entre as duas costas Este e Oeste e a melhor praia é do lado Oeste, station 1 e 2. Do lado Este é geralmente ventoso e por isso a praia é frequentada quase exclusivamente por kyte surfers. O Hotel fica ao lado de um bar / restaurante italiano onde se come muito bem.

- Da pouca insonorização do quarto. O pequeno almoço é muito restrito ao tipico filipino sem grandes alternativas.
