+ Nothing.
- We stayed at this property before a flight and had a very distressing experience. At 3:30 AM, we woke up covered in bites. When we turned on the lights, we found a large bed bug crawling on the bed and several more in the sheets. The bites caused a severe allergic reaction—my face and body swelled, including around the eye. We immediately showed the reception photos of the bugs and the bites. However, the staff did not check the room or offer any assistance. Danilo informed us that he spoke with his supervisor, Paulo (who does not speak English), and the only response we received was “maybe a refund on Monday.” We left the property without apology, concern, or resolution. This was not only a highly unpleasant situation but also a serious health and safety issue. We have still not received any confirmation of a refund or communication from the hotel.

+ Nothing was good about the hotel, old and dirty, just the stuff that was nice
- It was so bad that I found bed bugs on the bed evrynight, also, the bathroom ceiling would literally OPEN if u moved the door, AC was terrible … no fridge … the list goes on and on

- Brak wypoczynku na tarasie po prostu niczego nie było
- Frühstück war naja Kaffee grausam. Wir haben zwei Zimmer für die vier Leute bekommen haben und in beiden Zimmern stinkt bis zum geht nicht mehr nach Kanalisation oder wie auch immer. Fingerweg lieber woanders hin.

- Mau serviço de backoffice; várias tentativas de contornar o tipo de pagamento contratualizado; só informaram de overbooking aquando chegada ao hotel, sem qualquer tipo de benefício
+ Já lá tinha ido uma vez e fui lá desta vez para comemorar os meus anos
- O facto de eu ter perguntado se podia pagar no hotel disseram me que sim mas não me informaram que teria que ser até uma certa hora então fizeram me pagar uma estadia nova onde saiu mais caro mas enfim não volto mais
