Queen Cafe Hotel

- Spent 5 nights at this hotel. This hotel is not value for money with poor breakfast quality and limited choices. Very disappointed.

+ Nice rooms, clean, large windows and balcony unlike other hanoi hotels

- Staff didn't care much about hotel guests. We were told to eat outside as both their restaurant and cafe were fully booked for private parties. Young local influencer all around the place just there for making reels and tik toks are a nuisance.

+ Clean hotel and room. The garden is nice and cosy. That's all I like about the hotel.

- 1. No extra bed available and there is no indication in the website. 2. Was charge for an upgrade to a suite as were told there is a sofabed in the room. But actually it is curve sofa and not a sofabed. It's makes my daughter slept uncomfortably. 3. Paid for additional breakfast but the selection was horrible. We are Muslim guest and will help with more selection of bread or pastries.. 4. Was charge for the laundry bag which I used to pack my soiled cloth and bring home. Reception charges me VND200000. In other hotel I stayed, none will charge me for that. 5. Good if you can consider to refund me

+ The sleeping area was very comfortable because it was spacious. The location was extremely convenient.

- The night receptionist did not ask the bellman to assist the guest during check-in until the guest requested it. When the guest checked out at 7 p.m., no staff offered help, and the guest had to carry their own luggage. While the guest was still having breakfast, the staff cleared the plate without asking for the guest’s permission.

+ Good location. Limited breakfast selection.

- Several operational areas of the hotel should be improved, especially room cleaning services. Toilet smells a bit from day 1 until the last day of our stay.

+ Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühatück. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

+ E’ un ambiente molto piacevole. Questa foresta dentro l’hotel e’ bellissima. Inoltre è molto curato nei particolari . Lo staff della reception molto gentile ed efficiente

- Migliorerei il servizio durante il breakfast. La qualità del cibo è buonissima. Il servizio è migliorabile. Il personale è troppo impegnato con i propri cellulari e anche la domanda più banale li sorprende ( nel caso specifico chiedevo una tazza da the e non una tazzina da caffè) . Direi che non sono così attenti al cliente.

+ I really liked this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.
