Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, jedoch war eine exakte Anreise bis 11PM aufgrund eines verwirrten Taxifahrers, der ohne Navigation statt 20 Minuten 50 Minuten benöigte. Um 11:05 PM war die Rezeption geschlossen und niemand konnte uns empfangen. Unter Mithilfe eines Hotel Staff vor dem Hotel suchten wir mitten in der Nacht eine Unterkunft (was jedoch nicht gerade die beste und sicherste Zeit ist eine Unterkunft zu suchen). Emails wurden stets ignoriert (habe 2 Wochen zuvor 2x Kontakt aufgenommen)
We booked the hotel, however, it was an exact arrival until 11PM due to a confused Taxi Driver who needed 50 minutes instead of 20 minutes without navigation. at 11:05PM the Reception was closed and no one could receive us. with the help of a Hotel Staff in front of the hotel we looked for an accommodation in the middle of the night (which was not exactly the best and safest time to look for an accommodation). emails were always ignored (had 2x contact 2 weeks before)
