They charge more than the price you book

Mauvaise expérience ! Hôtel très recommandé sur les avis, je ne suis pas de cet avis. Chambres très bruyantes, les gens ne respectent pas du tout le calme la nuit et le veilleur ne dit rien, clairement impossible de dormir. Certe le jardi et partie piscine sont sympa, mais ça suffit pas.

I came to visit Antigua during a busy season. I wanted a private room and saw that they had a 'glamping option' as a private room. The photos shown on the website DO NOT MATCH what you get. On the photos, it shows that glamping comes with a high quality 16 foot Canvas Tent. Instead, what I got was a cheap basic 10 x 10 Coleman tent. They stole from me and did nothing about it! I left my bags in the luggage room (which they lock) to do the Acatenango tour. When I came back 300€ were missing from my wallet. I called them (I wasn't in the hostel when I saw my wallet) and the girl said "yes yes I will call you back". She didn't, I had to call 3 more times for her to react! Finally she put me through the manager and he did nothing! He told me he would check the cameras and would let me know. I am still waiting...

Honestly a solid hostel but have this weird underhanded overcharge where they don’t take the Hostelworld deposit off your stay. After volunteering in loads of hostels I know the excuse they make up about ‘fees’ is utter nonsense and so for that they get 2 stars.

A mosquito infested cesspool where trustifarians play budget salt burn. Pools pretty good tho.

Stayed here for less than one night. Had a cab booked for 3 am. Woke up in a bunk filled with cockroaches and other bugs. Would not recommend staying here for any amount of time. Good common areas but the bugs were too much for me and I left with many bites. Stay anywhere else.

So… where do i begin. After paying the deposit upon booking on the website, i noticed that the hostel had charged me the full amount (the deposit not deducted from the total) from my card without me knowing it. I wanted to get back my money but i was only referred to a WhatsApp number since the staff in the reception couldn’t help me, and the person (which might be the owner? i don’t know) on WhatsApp kept saying that I, as a guest, needed to pay this ”fee” to the website for booking...

Super disappointed by this hostel. Didn’t feel this reflected the price. We chose it because of the pool but there was public swimming lessons the whole time? Bugs in our bed, bathroom and toilet was clean but didn’t really lock or shut. No plug sockets in our room- and we had an important day and needed to charge our phone- staff didn’t help us

Yes please? Meer: no thank you.. Bedden en faciliteiten zijn prima. Verder is er weinig sfeer, en ‘s avonds weinig plek in gemeenschappelijke ruimtes om nog even te zitten. Wanneer alle witte kleding na de was blauw is geworden geven ze aan dat dit niet hun probleem en is teruggave van geld geen optie. Wel was de optie om de kleding met bleek te wassen… Bovendien maakte een van de mannelijke medewerkers meer dan eens zeer ongepaste opmerkingen naar vriendinnen.

Der Poolbereich inklusive Bar öffnet um 10 Uhr und schließt um 19 Uhr. Morgens und Abends ist also fast der gesamte Außenbereich geschlossen. Alle Gäste müssen also irgendwo in die Stadt gehen. Außerdem kann der Pool tagsüber von Fremden betreten werden. voll der Vibe Killer, weil man an dem Pool gar nicht entspannen kann. Einen Tag war ein Schwimmkurs mit Kindern im Pool und am nächsten Tag 15 Einheimische, die super laut rumgeschrien haben... sehr nervig...

Realllly nice pool area

Gutes Hostel mit guten Kapselbetten mit verschiedenen Lichtern, Steckdose und Vorhang. Der Außenbereich mit dem riesigen Pool und den Chillmöglichkeiten und dem Rasen ist ein Traum!! Genügend Waschbecken, Toiletten und Warmwasserduschen vorhanden und alles sehr sauber. Nur die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, ansonsten alles top!

Amazing stay! Roni, the evening receptionist, is an incredibly helpful and nice guy. Thanks to him I got all my transport and luggage complications figured out. Absolutely recommend it!

Stayed in the VW. Don’t recommend, roasting in there, tight space. Unfortunate timing to have food poisoning but even without it, not for me!

Very comfy beds, great service and kind people

Saubere Zimmer und Sanitäre Anlagen. Gutes Wifi und warmes Wasser vorhanden. Würde das Hostel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, allerdings auf keinen Fall Wäsche vor Ort waschen lassen. Kostet viel zu viel und kommt mit neuen Flecken zurück.

I stayed here for 1 night and i'm glad it wasn't longer. The shower pressure was awful and the facilities were never clean. Wouldn't recommend a long stay here.

Not my favourite. Wouldn’t stay here again as there’s many other great options around. Didn’t have an outlet anywhere near my bed, not overly social, and minimal kitchen.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans la chambre prêt de l’entrée et autant vous dire que c’est impossible de dormir, vous avez l’impression d’être dans le hall d’entrée , en plus de cela il n’y a aucune clef pour rentrer et sortir de l’hostel, donc tout le monde peut rentrer dans votre chambre ( on a eu le cas en pleine nuit ) et enfin à notre arrivé nous n’avons eu le droit à aucune explication de la part du personnel si ce n’est : votre lit est ici ! I stayed at this hostel the last two nights of my trip so I had an easy ride to the airport in the morning and I enjoyed my stay. I was able to arrange transportation with the front desk, which was super beneficial! The location is great, walking distance from all the main “touristy” things to do. I do wish that the room I stayed in had privacy screens on the bunks - especially as a female staying in a mixed dorm.

it's a chilled hostel, nice vibe. bar prices a little pricy. nice that you can always refill your water! matrasses need a change, as they are laid through. staff was friendly but not very open in sharing recommendations.

It’s a beautiful hostel with a lovey pool and super clean. The capsule beds are pretty comfy and there’s plenty of showers / toilets. It’s a little out of town but nothing too bad. Only downsides are the water pressure is pretty terrible in the showers and I didn’t find it super social.

Super Unterkunft, leider etwas weiter Entfernt von allem in Antigua. Die Unterkunft ansich aber wirklich super. Saubere Zimmer, großer Pool, Küche, großes Bad. Abzut auch noch für die Duschen aus den kaum Wasser kam.

Great value for money alongside a clean environment. Great location for boats across the lake and to the main town
