+ La ubicación.
- Falta de mantenimiento. La cisterna del váter no se llenaba de agua y en la ducha casi no salía agua. Teníamos reservadas dos noches y solo nos quedamos una. La habitación que nos dio, aunque el anfitrión dijera que era mejor, no era la que nosotros pedimos.
- Vỡ mộng!!! Chỗ ở ko giống như mình nghĩ, ngay từ đầu booking để 1 biệt thự 3 phòng đến lúc nhận phòng thì mỗi phòng đi mỗi đường. Đồ dùng sinh hoạt ở bếp thì xin từng cái, mỗi lần muốn đc giúp đỡ thì ko đc hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Anh chị chủ kiểu sợ tụi mình phá hay xả ra đó hay gì á (kiểu ko happy lắm). Nói chung book phòng để tới ngủ rồi đi chỗ khác chơi thì đc chớ ở đó mà ăn nhậu thì ko vui đâu :))))))
+ 20min à pied du centre de Hoi An.
- Terrasse avec vue sur rizières d'après l'annonce, mais il n'y a plus de rizière mais juste un terrain à l'abandon (et prochainement une route). Chambre très humide avec de la moisissure au mur et des draps sentant le moisi ("c'est comme ça au Vietnam" d'après le propriétaire lorsque nous lui avons signifié). Douche sans aucune pression d'eau. Piscine non fonctionnelle. Propriétaire mysogyne. Petit déjeuner et boissons proposées à des tarifs beaucoup plus élevées que ce qui se fait ailleurs.
+ L'emplacement au calme du gîte qui permet de rejoindre le centre ville en 15 minutes.
- propriétaire moyennement accueillant, qui nous a donné peu d'infos sur les activités à faire ou sur les commodités autour de chez lui. Il n'y avait pas 3 lits doubles dans la chambre familiale comme indiqué mais 2 lits et un canapé lit peu confortable. Les photos sont trompeuses et agrandissent le lieux qui est finalement assez étroit.
+ La tranquilidad. Es un espacio rural con muchas plantas y rodeado de campos de arroz.
- La terraza estaba en obras porque estan haciendo una piscina. Debido a la construcción, el patio estaba lleno de herramientas y polvo. Eso si, no hacian casi ruido y te dejaban paso para salir sin problemas. Estaría bien que informaran previamente de las obras.
+ Super cozy common area, with a nice view. Friendly staff and cheapest minibar we have seen in Vietnam yet. Must be an awesome place in the sunny season.
- Not recommended during the rainy season, walls got wet and we had a hard time sleeping. Very dusty. Walls in the bathroom need to be scrubbed down.
+ Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Alojamiento sencillo, cerca de todo pero suficientemente alejado para estar tranquilo. Se puede ir andando al centro.
- Nos dieron una habitación distinta a la que habíamos reservado debido a que algún otro inquilino había decidido alargar su estancia. Eso no nos gustó, dado que no tenía las características por las que habíamos reservado ese alojamiento. El dueño, Nicola, no fue de mucha ayuda en general, aunque fue amable.
+ Quietly nestled far enough from the busyness but close enough to the action. Warm welcoming owners and staff. Very accommodating. Stayed up till late to welcome us after delayed flight and also supported us in getting all the necessary equipment ready for a Christmas bbq/braai
- It was ok.
+ Quite location with a nice pool and garden and free bicycles to ride and onsite water filtration to minimise plastic water bottles. And the room had a fan as well as a/c so you could get airflow without running a/c.
- A little bit cave like when it’s raining. Not really setup for private outdoor spaces. Other guests and staff can walk through the space at any time.
+ location is great (15 minutes walk to city center in a quiet neighborhood with a few nice restaurants) bicycle available for free owner is very nice and gave us good advices cute dog and nice view from the common area laundry was done carefully and nicely folded
- Humidity in the room is very strong and seem very unhealthy a lot of mosquitoes and no mosquito net on the bed a lot of few details that overall could be improved : not enough toilet paper, one lamp not working, electricity plugs not working great, bottle of shower gel was empty, synthetic bed sheets, we couldn't get any hot water, breakfast time was too late (from 8 to 10 am in a country where you have to do everything early to escape the heat)

+ For a group of friends, it was perfect accommodation. The villa rooms are beautiful and we loved being around the pool and communal areas. Hoi An town is about a 15 minute walk but it is lovely as you are close but have your own private, more quiet area. Nikola, the host, was responsive and very friendly. Would recommend this to anyone!

+ Hidden gem away from the noise of Hoi An Old Town, with a countryside feeling and a quiet and clean place at a very reasonable price
+ Accueil très sympa de Nicola. La brise fraîche sur la terrasse en fin de journée, top parce qu’il faisait très chaud et très humide !

+ Gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. Struttura molto bella e silenziosa. Abbastanza centrale, pochi minuti dal centro.
- Struttura un po' trascurata. Forte odore di muffa e umida e senza aerazione.
+ L'endroit est magnifique, un petit écrin de verdure dans la ville. Les chambres sont agréables et propres. Literie confortable. La piscine est très agréable en fin de journée. L'hôte est très gentil et très aidant. Petit déjeuner très appréciable.
+ L'établissement est situé à environ 15 minutes du vieux centre ville de Hoi Han. C'est mieux car le centre est vraiment bruyant la nuit. Il donne sur un espace de verdure où 2 buffles broutent allègrement. C'est très paisible et très beau. L'accueil du propriétaire est très chaleureux. Il est d'origine italienne et parle bien français et anglais.

+ It has a really nice pool and the location is great. Just a short walk to the old quarter but a very quiet area with a nice view. The host was very kind and accommodating. Plus they had a cheap laundry service.
+ I loved the Mediterranean feel about the place. And Nicola was the perfect host.
