+ La atención del personal por tener que decir algo
- La distribución de habitaciones.
+ The staff was rude. And they hire a bunch of low-class hitchhikers, put them in admissions, and then ask them to go check the rooms! One of these volunteers got the key and opened my door (not the cleaners, litterly volunteers) and came into my room while I was asleep and not fully dressed.
- They use volunteers for day-to-day admission tasks, and they are extremely rude and low-class, almost willing to pick a fight with you.

- Je n’ai pas pu dormir dans l’établissement puisqu’il m’ont déplacé de force dans un autre hostel car « complet » malgré une réservation faite la veille. Cet autre hostel m’a demandé de régler une somme supérieure à ma réservation car il n’étaient pas tenu par celle que j’avais faite.

- Reservé para un grupo. Cuidado: Me sacaron sin avisar la suma completa (2000 euros) de mi tarjeta de credito. La comunicación con el gerente no estaba eficaz.

- Péssimo, não consegui dormir 1 dia pois tinha festa praticamente todos os dias, gente gritando no corredor do meu quarto o tempo todo, chuveiro não funcionava água quente, reclamei e mesmo assim não ajeitaram. Passei uma semana tomando banho de água gelada.
+ NADA, es una estafa de Hostal. Como pueden subir fotos que no se acercan a la realidad.
- ADJUNTO IMÁGENES Hostal antiguo, desgastado y sucio. Pésima atención en la recepción del check in Escaleras y pido en pésimo estado Nos dieron la peor habitación al parecer El closet está con la puerta rota El piso con una barra de suciedad pegada Apagaron la calefacción en esta fecha. Cubrecama roto!

- Se vc não gosta de tomar banho é uma ótima opção ! Chuveiro péssimo,banho quente nem pensar ….ao menos no quarto 7 !Tentaram “arrumar “ mas continuou frio ,e a explicação foi o mais “ louco “ …..aqui é muito frio ,o cano fica pelo lado de fora e não esquenta muito 😖😖😶🌫️😶🌫️ Tentaram uma desculpa que mais parecia um deboche .

- Our experience at Hostal Providencia was very bad. They have very lofty goals regarding the concept of 'experiencing a place', making new acquaintances etc., which turn out to be a mask that actually hides disrespect and nothing to do with hospitality. It all comes across as very fake and insincere. The night was a nightmare because the Police had to come and arrest a guest that was crazy at the hostel so we heard screams and all sorts of noises, and when it was all over around 5am, instead of returning to silence (a rule they supposedly put in place for the night) several people continued to talk very loudly, preventing us from sleeping even the last few hours of the night. In any case, I didn't feel safe even going to the bathroom at night after hearing everything. If certain things happen in your place you are responsible. The acoustics in the building are bad, you can even hear the television of the person sleeping in the next room. The shared bathroom is tiny, there is not even space to put your soap or clothes on when you need to take a shower, there is only the toilet and a tiny sink. It seems like a place that for some reason became famous some time ago but at the moment just wants to make money on nice attempts at hospitality that don't materialise. Me and my boyfriend wouldnt recommend this place.

- Al llegar me quisieron cobrar más de lo que indica booking con el tax incluido … luego de eso la habitación era pésima todo desordenado y sucio… y para rematar los baños asquerosos …. Y en la Noche hacen fiesta donde se llena de gente de fuera fumando marihuana y tomando alcohol a más no poder!!! al reclamar me dijieron si me gustaba bien si no que me fuera… la administración horrible …. Mi peor experiencia jamás volvería!!!!!! Pésima experiencia

The hostel is super cute, the service is always the best and the spaces are spacious and comfortable!
Hostal is in a great location. Walking distance to both bellavista and barra Italia. Beds are comfortable and have big lockers for your bags in the room. Ladders are easy to climb up for top bunks. Not sure how social the hostel is because I didn’t go to the events but they hosted one most nights. They clean everyday, but the hostel is big and the bathrooms probably need cleaned more. Stayed here twice I liked it and staff was helpful with questions.
Amazing hostel with great vibes and very friendly staff. The 2 patios, the lounge etc. are amazing! I did a tour they recommended and I was able to use a guitar - all in all, I had an amazing time there :) only negative point, the water in the shower took quite some time to heat up several times so I had to take a cold shower, but other times they worked fine. Will stay here again soon!

Overall ok hostel, but not very clean and very cold. All the staff couldn’t answer my questions and there weren’t a lot of people so no atmosphere.

the rooms are big, but there are no curtains in the room and no shelf near the bed. the bathrooms were dirty
Really good party hostel with nice events especially on weekends, very welcoming hosts, additional 4k for a big breakfast. Did not enjoy being awaken by the cleaning staff talking very loud after the party nights, and the water on the floor in the bathroom because of the previous guests, but it's cleaned regularly. The outside space is cute and also gets people together. Providencia area is quite safe and convenient for Lastarria/clubs/cerro santa lucia. The kitchen is fine, room for food
En general las instalaciones y la habitación estuvieron limpias y ordenadas.Lo malo es que habitación estaba pegada a una calle con mucho ruido

Big hostel that is generally well organised, cleanliness was fine, breakfast fully within expectations. However, there is no option to put personal stuff such as phone, earpods, water etc. by the bed (like a little shelf); also the showers did not have an option to put stuff and some of the fittings were rusty. A hostel this size could also provide hand towels in the toilets as a courtesy.
Großes Hostal, sauber, wifi im 4. Stock nicht so gut. Einfaches Frühstück, hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit Bad- Preis war okay. Hilfsbereites Personal zum Plaza de Armas ca. 30 Gehminuten. Mir fehlte etwas Vibe im Hostal .

Good, was a decent vibe for Santiago I think this is probably the best bet, not a huge selections of hostels.
Highly recommend. Stayed here a couple of times now and great spot to meet people and get a feeling for santiago.
Great location, close to parks, metro station and museums. Lots of different nooks to use in the hostel. Met friendly and respectful travellers there. The paid breakfast is fine. The staff communicated really well and answered all my questions.
Very nice hostel! Super clean, there are a lot of bathrooms and the shared garden is perfect for meeting people. Mattras was good and breakfast is extensive.
Decent hostel. Close to a lot of things in Santiago. Although the area can be a little sketchy. The beds are comfortable and there are are a lot of places to sit down in the hostel. The kitchen could use some more equipment.
