Hostel felt very dirty. I was given a stained pillow case. Most of the sinks in the washrooms weren’t working well. Bathrooms were very dirty and smelt bad
I was horrified by the condition of the bathrooms. They were nothing like on the pictures. I don't mind paying more, but I would like to enjoy my vacation in a clean place. Me and my friends were supposed to stay 4 nights, but after the first we decided to leave and find a cleaner place. The bathrooms were full of mold. But maybe this is "normal" in São Paulo's hostels. Anyway, they should update the pictures in this case.
The hostel doesn’t really have any vibe to it cause there isn’t really any common space, it has like 3 tiny common spaces all separate In the 6 bed dorm it didn’t make it clear that the bunk beds where triple bunks and it was very hard not to fall when your climbing down from top bunk I was told that my room was the only dorm room that had AC
Levei uma peck de corona lá para consumir, ocorre que eles fazem venda casada e não autorizam você guardar na geladeira sua bebida alcoolica. E pior não deram ampla publicidade a essa vedação, e só descobri quando cheguei lá. É a primeira vez na vida que vejo um hostel obrigar você consumir a bebida alcoolica vendida lá que é caríssima 12 reais uma heineken 355 ml. Os proprietários foram irredutíveis. Diante disto não recomendo o hostel.
C’est bien, mais je n’y retournerai pas. Les chambres n’ont pas d’air climatisé, donc ça devenait suffocant la nuit. Les lits sont sur trois étages, donc pas idéal non plus. Les employés ont été très gentils et aidants avec moi.
The rooms don't have air conditioning, so it got suffocating at night. the beds are on three floors, so not ideal either. the staff were very kind and helpful with me.
Location is good, and I like that they have drinks and food that you can take as you need and add to your bill. The only social aspects of it are the walking tours and the pub crawl, which tells you enough. Staff are very friendly. My bed didn't have a railing for climbing up to the top. I imagine there has been or will be an accident in future with someone drunk trying to get back down. I wouldn't stay here again, but if you need something convenient for a few days, it'll do the job...
I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to here. Unfortunately one staff member with curly black hair who always wears headphones really upset me with her attitude. I simply requested that the AC temperature be turned down and she made it seem like the biggest task in the world. Showing visible frustration, seemingly because I couldn’t speak Portuguese. It made me feel uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. Julianna on the other hand was super friendly and made me feel welcome.
Très bon emplacement mais partie commune très sale (cheveux, vaisselle pas faite, moisissure dans les salles de bain…) propose des activités mais horaire non respectées. Je ne recommande pas.

Posizione ottima e personale molto gentile, ma la pulizia lascia a desiderare. Altra pecca la camera senza finestra (affacciava sul corridoio ed era minuscola).
The location was excellent and the staff was very nice, but the cleanliness was poor, and the camera without a window was also poor (it was facing the corridor and was tiny).
Acreditava que o espaço era melhor por causa dos reviews mas não é, os quartos muito quentes, só tem uma ventoinha e não tem ar condicionado. A limpeza poderia ter sido melhor, os espaços comuns estavam descuidados. Cobraram a mais umas bebidas que compramos e nunca devolveram o dinheiro. Só fiquei uma noite então não foi terrível mas não voltaria.
I thought the space was better because of the reviews but it's not, the rooms are very warm, only have a fan and no air conditioning. the cleanliness could have been better, the common areas were sloppy. they overcharged a few drinks we bought and never returned the money. i only stayed one night so it wasn't terrible but i wouldn't go back.

Fantastic location just short walk away from tourist spots and local restaurants. Such friendly staff with all the local knowledge and recommendations! Room was perfect, kitchen is great and there are lots of socials offered by the hostel - I didn’t have time to make the most of. Will be booking again when I’m back! Recommend to anyone just making it to São Paulo!
Un hostel vraiment merveilleux. Le personnel est absolument génial, mention spéciale pour Juliana, qui connaît super bien la ville, donne de superbes recommandations et est d'une gentillesse extraordinaire, et pour Mario, toujours à l'écoute et qui propose de superbes tours dans la ville. Je recommande vraiment cet hostel si vous prévoyez de voyager seules. C'est l'endroit idéal pour rencontrer du monde et partager des expériences. Sans oublier les installations vraiment confort et calme...
A really wonderful hostel. the staff is absolutely great, special mention for Juliana, who knows the city super well, gives great recommendations and is of extraordinary kindness, and for Mario, always listening and who offers great tours of the city. i really recommend this hostel if you plan to travel alone. it is the ideal place to meet people and share experiences. not to mention the really comfortable and quiet facilities!
Hostel juste parfait ! Le staff est hyper sympa et accueillant. Ils ont plein de recommandations donc n’hésitez pas à les solliciter ! Les dortoirs et espaces communs sont très propres, il y a tout à disposition dans la cuisine pour se faire ses repas. Bref on recommande à 100%
Hostel just perfect ! The staff is hyper friendly and welcoming. They have plenty of recommendations so don't hesitate to ask ! The dormitories and common areas are very clean, there is everything at your disposal in the kitchen to make your meals.
Deze hostel was geweldig. De mensen waren super vriendelijk, en open om je te helpen met van alles! De hostel was erg schoon. De keuken had alles wat je nodig had, en de kamers waren ook erg fijn. Het had een goed bed, en kluisjes voor je waardevolle spullen. Daarnaast had de hostel ook dagelijks leuke activiteiten waaraan je kon meedoen. Zeker aan te raden, en zou zeker terugkomen als ik weer in São Paulo ben!
This hostel was great. The people were super friendly, and open to help you with everything! The hostel was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed, and the rooms were also very nice. It had a good bed, and safes for your valuables. Besides, the hostel also had daily nice activities in which I could participate.
I had a great time at this hostel! The facilities were very good, the staff were very nice and helpful and I met some incredibly nice people to hang out with during my stay in São Paulo. I also found the bed quite comfortable. It is very close to a metro which is convenient.

Me gusto mucho la organizacion del Hostel. Tiene un lugar muy bien organizado para trabajar. El personal muy amable y atento! Las excursiones muy bien organizadas y explicadas.

This hostel has a super wholesome family vibe - it’s perfect if you want to socialize in a calm setting. It was very clean and the bed was super compfy! The staff was very helpful and nice tooo :)
