- Rooms smelled terrible. Bad plumbing in this entire hostel. Sewage smell was prevalent throughout.
No terrace or outside areas Many rooms including the breakfast area have no windows to the.outsode world. Communal areas crowded and messy. Doors difficult to unlock. Staff friendly and helpful

- Uns wurde gleich beim Empfang ein viel zu hoher Preis abverlangt. Mussten deutlich reklamieren! Das Zimmer war mit 4 riesigen Doppelbetten vollgestopft.
+ La familia que lo lleva fue muy agradable. Pedí un secador del pelo y me lo dejaron sin problema.
- La habitación estaba congelada. Al no haber calefacción y no darle el sol en todo el día, a pesar de tener muchas mantas pasamos mucho frío. El agua no es caliente, es tibia, nada agradable ducharse a esa temperatura y salir a la habitación todavía más fría.

A notre arrivée le personnel n'était pas au courant de notre réservation, nous avons attendu qu'ils confirment avec la responsable. L'accueil était froid. Il n'y avait qu'une serviette dans la chambre pour 3, et la douche était sale. Quand on a demandé l'accès à la cuisine (sur Hostelworld il y avait marqué qu'on y avait accès), ils ont demandé une contribution pour le gaz puis ont dit qu'on avait pas accès à la cuisine. On a dit qu'on allait se plaindre et ils nous ont donné accè...
When we arrived the staff were unaware of our reservation, we waited for them to confirm with the manager. The reception was cold. There was only one towel in the room for 3, and the shower was dirty. When we asked for access to the kitchen (on Hostelworld it was marked that we had access), they asked for a contribution for the gas then said we had no access to the kitchen. We said we were going to complain and they gave us access until 11pm...

The hostel is pretty basic. When I made the booking, it says breakfast included but when I arrived, I was told that breakfast (coffee/tea with bread & butter/jam and egg) costs S5. If you make your booking on the app, chances are they won’t find your booking. Run by a family. Nice people. I made a booking for a private room with en-suite bathroom but when I arrived, I was told the room is not available. I got instead a room with 3 beds and en-suite bathroom and assured me I’ll be the only 1.

The hostel owner is a sweetheart, rich and nutritious breakfast, only I had to climb many stairs.

- The hot water was a bit iffy for a day and didn’t get too hot but they fixed it in the end after we brought it up
+ La chambre spatieuse avec 3 lits confortables. La douche bien chaude avec pression. La propriétaire a accepté de garder nos bagages pendant notre visite au lac Titicaca, sans supplément.
- Nous devions partir à 6h du matin pour prendre un bus. À cette heure le petit déjeuner n'était pas préparé et il n'y avait pas de boisson, alors que la propriétaire nous avait dit qu'elle aurait tout préparé.

+ Très bien placé, à quelques minutes du centre et 20min à pieds du port. Et l hôte était très attentive à nos besoins et très bons conseils. Et un petit dej très bon et très copieux.
