Hotel Koos Tulum

- A peine arrivés, on ne trouvait pas notre réservation, on nous a donc donné par défaut la dernière chambre disponible au rez-de-chaussée. Obligés de laisser les fenêtres fermés car elles donnaient sur l'accueil donc tout le monde pouvait nous voir. La chambre sentait fort l'humidité. Le deuxième jour, il n'y avait plus d'eau. A côté de nous, une chambre d'hommes qui parlaient très fort, les murs sont tellement fins que l'on entendait les vidéos qu'ils regardaient sur leur téléphone !! Nous avons fait 10 hôtels différents lors de notre séjour au Mexique, et celui-ci était vraiment le pire rapport qualité/prix. Le quartier est à 20 minutes à pied du centre de Tulum et il faut passer par des routes non éclairées.

- O banheiro achei péssimo, o piso é bem ruim, molhava tudo do lado de fora do chuveiro. Não achei limpo! Havia um barulho de obra ao lado do nosso quarto as 7hrs da manhã.

- The pictures look amazing but the Queen Rooms are very small and extremely basic. They don’t have windows to the exterior. The terrace looks inside the hotel, not outside. That’s not specified or clear in the pictures. I booked it thinking I would have fresh air and a view. There was no hot water in the shower. They don’t give you drinking water.

- Para llegar al hotel estaba super enredado, trate de comunicarme con el hotel pero no me respondían porque no sabia como llegar. Al final nos dimos cuenta que el hotel se encuentra en un fraccionamiento, y que el edificio esta a unos 50 metros caminando de donde esta el parking, por lo que hay que ir caminando con las maletas al hotel, y la habitación estaba en el 3er piso. Asi que adimás se tenían que subir las maletas sin ayuda porque solo habia una persona atendiendo, sin que nadie más ayudara, yo con mis dos hijos, ya se imaginarán y tampoco cuenta con elevador. No fue de fácil acceso llegar a la habitación. El servicio super frío, cero recomendaciones.

- Auf der Dachterrasse waren Bauarbeiten unter man konnte hier oben von 8.30 bis 18 Uhr nicht ungestört und im Ruhe Zeit verbringen. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist auch eine große Baustelle. Mietpreis für Fahrräder ist teuer. 300MX$/Tag. Bei Anmietung wurde und noch dieser Preis für 2 Fahrräder genannt. Bei Abreise sollten wir dann 600MX$ bezahlen.

+ Loved staying in this hotel in a quiet and safe area with many stores and restaurants, close to the beach and town. The room was perfect for my needs, clean, well stocked, quality bedsheets, quality toiletries, AC. Staff were super accommodating with a late departure, and responsive over WhatsApp. Loved swimming and taking some sun at the rooftop pool. Make sure you communicate with reception in advance via WhatsApp to get details for how to enter the property and how to get your keys and WiFi as there’s no reception per se, which I didn’t mind. There’s also limited / no phone signal by the property so you need to coordinate in advance. Great value for money in the centre of Tulum!

+ It's a really lovely hotel. Great bed, chic decor, very clean. It is in a nice, quiet area. The roof top pool is clean and very nice. The front desk manager was really attentive. Our hot water didn't work initially so they upgraded us to a different room. They also let us keep our bikes in the lobby.

- IT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY. We were the only guests there! It looked like it was essentially abandoned. Everything behind the bar unplugged, chairs stacked, lights off. When we first arrived everything was locked and shut, we managed to get a handy man's attention and he let us in. Everything ended up being great but we were really weirded out for a while there.

+ El decoración, el lugar con los espacios y la habitación con una cama muy cómoda. La ubicación también muy agradable y calma fuera de la circulación aunque si había ruido del limpiador de la hojas en la calle todos los días mañana y tarde.

- La pileta no estaba funcionando bien todos los días, sobre todo la última semana y no podía usar todas las instalaciones como la cocina y el asador arriba. Yo sé que no es la temporada y es por qué no todo estaba funcionando pero mejor de avisar. Extraña un poco de comunicación pero el personal y la habitación era perfecto.

+ We stayed 3 nights. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was a great area and the room was nice. The WiFi worked well. They even had bikes to rent. We would definitely stay again.

- Todo me gustó. La atención De Rafa al recibirnos fue excelente. No hay nada malo . Hay restaurantes cerca y super caminando.
