We arrived at the hotel and they wanted to charge us a 5% surcharge for paying with card when, the reservation didn't put any of that, let's go they wanted to trick us, at 9pm the hotel was left totally empty, no security or anything, that night dogs came in and started barking during the night, the rooms were dirty, when we wanted to go to sleep we couldn't sleep in the room because there were spiders all over the room, wolf spider and another even worse listed as one of the most dangerous in C...

A true hidden gem with living history of the Taironaca, lovingly preserved by the owners who discovered the 500-year-old terraces and ruins. Located next to the river, perfect for swimming or tubing, it offers unique tours: cacao, fruits, and terraces with a Kogi who also introduces you to a Mamo, spiritual leader living on the land. Charming details like flower decorations, a piece of chocolate from their farm and even a fan for the heat. Food is delicious, team is super kind.

This Is an incredible place that I nearly didn't know about. With a museum, archaeological site, sacred sites still visited by the indigenous groups today and free tours as part of the stay, Eduardo knows so much I could have sat there all day learning. Incredible history here with access to the beautiful refreshing glacier river to swim. Couldn't recommend it enough. Everyone needs to go!

Loved the jungle dorm in front of the river! Such a unique setting next with untouched nature. I recommend the cacao forest tour and also indigenous ceremony. My group also took the tubes down the river, absolutely serene. Enjoyed typical breakfasts, tropical fruits and seafood. Thank you to the warm team, I will return soon!
