- Reservé con ellos una habitación para mi luna de miel (con la ilusión de que sería algo especial como anuncian en fotos) y el mismo día de la llegada me dicen que lo que he reservado es una tienda de campaña, y que si quiero cambiar lo único disponible es una villa familiar (diferencia de precio abismal). Al llegar, todo asquerosamente sucio, las lámparas no funcionaban ni había agua caliente. Hormigas por todas partes y como culmen… una RATA debajo de la cama. Cómo solución, solo hemos tenido disculpas por parte del manager (por WhatsApp) y fin. Al día siguiente como desayuno una tostada de Bimbo más duro que los pies de Cristo y un poco de fruta, cuando en hoteles de 9€ te ponen mucho mejor desayuno. En resumen, nos jodieron una noche especial. PD: para rematar, NO te recoge ningún grab ni gojek porque está lejos en la montaña. La única manera de moverte es alquilar moto o coger taxi (con ellos 🫩).

+ There was nothing to like in this property! The staff did their best to prepare a poor-quality breakfast.

- There was a very bad damp smell in the room with no air conditioning. There were open gaps around the room inviting mosquitos and we could hardly sleep. We were offered another room the next day but was too small for the 3 of us. We had to leave the next day. We paid for 4 nights and we did not get our money back.

+ One young lady who served us was lovely

- What was advertised was not what we got. We payed for a private bathroom, but then when we arrived it was downstairs next to the restaurant for anyone to use. The picture of the tent clearly has a large table next to the bed which implies your tent will be that size. Ours didn’t have any room in it extra apart from a place to put a couple backpacks… It also said we would get an electric kettle? We like having to make our own tea or coffee and that definitely wasn’t in our area. The food at the restaurant is a no go - we asked for guacamole and chips and got some chips with a few sauces in dishes. Everything we did get we felt cautious to eat While we were at dinner there was a dog that did a large poo next to our table, it took a while for them to clean up and they didn’t get all of it and it was still there when we left the next morning. Our bed was above the reception which it sounded like they were having a party at until 11pm (no guests there just staff) I wish I had read more reviews before booking as we have 3 kids and we wouldn’t have come here if we had seen them

+ We arrived at the property after the conformation But after we arrived the stuff told us we don’t have any booking Overall the response was very unfriendly and not helpful at all So we had to find a different place to stay

- Mosquitoes every where

- Ficamos no alojamento 2 noites, apenas um dia completo para conhecer a cidade, como o tempo era pouco decidimos alugar moto no alojamento, fizemos o pagamento, assinamos a folha de aluguer e deixamos o passaporte como caução no dia anterior á noite , na manha seguinte entregaram-nos uma mota velha, andamos com a mota cerca de 4 km em direção ao centro de padang colocar gasolina e vimos que tinhamos o pneu sem ar, paramos e liguei 5 vezes para o hotel e ninguem atendeu as nossas chamadas. Como ja estavamos mais perto da cidade decidimos ir com a moto a pe para resolver o problema voltamos a ligar para o hotel e ninguem atendeu, decidimos procurar um local para arranjar a moto, arrajamos e fomos diretos ao hotel explicar a situação. A menina da receção foi bastante compreensiva e disse que ia ligar a dona dp hotel para nos pagar o arranjo da moto, mas quando a dona do hotel falou connosco foi muito mal educada e nem me deixou explicar o que tinha acontecido e disse que nao pagava o arranjo. Perdi o dia que tinha para visitar Padang com esta situação. è notorio que esta senhora so se importa com o dinheiro e não com o bem estar dos hospedes, porque para alem disso a mota praticamente nao tinha travões e os pneus estavam carecas como podem ver na foto por isso ela aluga as motas e não faz a devida manutençao. Na manha seguinte tinhamos o pequeno almoço incluído e ninguem não nos serviu o pequeno almoço, não estava ninguem na reccecao nem havia pequeno almoço pronto para nos como tinhamos o voo para apanhar fomos embora sem tomar.

- Staff was not so friendly. Force us to take extra bed even for the child. The room not so clean. Didnt get any wifi. Dont know why

+ Nice setting and beautiful gardens.

- We had specifically asked for a twin bedroom (two separate beds) but got a double bedroom. This wasn’t actually a problem except when we separated the beds, we only had one sheet, one bed cover and one towel. When I asked for more, all I got was a single bed sheet (no cover) that was stained with blood. Bathroom smelt of sewage and there was no WiFi in the room, even after I asked for it to be fixed. Also, we didn’t appreciate being put on social media (instagram) by the staff members without our permission (we were filmed on arrival). We were disappointed and won’t come back.

- L’état de l’hôtel, le manque d’insonorisation des chambres et le personnel absent pour des demandes simples comme un massage que j’ai dû attendre plus de 2hoo qui est proposé à l’arrivée au niveau de la réception

+ Great location. Nice bungalows.

- Dirty. Horrible food. Managed by teenagers who speak no English. Dubious goings on in the room next door all night long.

+ Der Eingangsbereich war sehr gepflegt und im Grünen

- Zimmer: Verschimmeltes Badezimmer, muffiger Geruch, alte Matratzen, kaputtes Moskitonetz Frühstück: nur der Kaffee war gut, der Rest eher vom Vortag

+ L emplacement avec un cadre magnifique, une vue exceptionnelle et proche de la plage pour les surfeurs L accueil du personnel , les chambres et le restaurant superbes.

- Attention tres excentre du centre de Padang mais proche d une belle plage et de la nature Un hotel en cote, a eviter pour ceux qui ont des difficultes a marcher meme si le personnelle s occupe des baggages.

+ De paradijslijke omgeving en het vriendelijke personeel met Herwin op kop. Hij helpt zijn gasten graag, steeds met een glimlach.

+ Mooie tuinen, heel netjes onderhouden. Heel aardig en behulpzaam personeel, vooral Herwin heeft ons verblijf heel aangenaam gemaakt.

- Muggennet boven ons tweepersoonsbed kon helemaal niet dicht, leek voor een éénpersoonsbed te zijn gemaakt

+ What a great place, perfectly situated on a hill with great views. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Food to die for with huge portions. If you want to explore just ask Herwin, what a great man. He helped us with a scooter in 20 minutes and also send us to his friend Tintin for a day at a lodge away from the noise of the city ( a must do)

Absolutnie godne polecenia! This is a perfect, out-of-the-way spot for those looking for a clean, quiet place to stay. The service is top-notch. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Absolutely recommendable!

+ Wonderful location with great accomodation that was both comfortable and also allowed you to feel a little connected to the nature outside.

- This is less a complaint and more a suggestion for people making reservations in the future. Make sure to book one of the amazing stand alone bungalows. I had originally booked into one of the rooms that is part of a block of four, and unfortunately (fortunately?) had to switch to one of the bungalows after only one night due to some extremely noisy parents and their two young children underneath me. I am sure with less selfish and less noisy neighbours the accomodation would have been fine (this was not the fault of Air Manis, whose management even tried to mention the noise levels to the famliy) and as it turned out, having to move to the bungalow made my trip 1000% more amazing in terms of the view and also a great night’s sleep. So yeah, definitely recommend paying a bit more money for a lot more of a top-notch experience.

+ I especially loved the surrounding nature and the beautiful views. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. Herwin was very attentive and kind (he even remembered that I like Padang sauce and made sure to include it in my meals; when I had back pain, he kindly offered me some ointment). Nola was also wonderful and caring: she gave me aloe vera cream when I had a sunburn. These small gestures made the stay feel very personal and thoughtful.

+ Loved the location and wildlife so close to the villa. The staff were also so lovely, Herwin looked after us for our stay helping to organise day trips when we weren’t sure what to do and organise any transport we wanted. Truely great place to stay!😊🌺

+ I loved the warm welcome from Harwin, who was absolutely lovely with me. They took great care of me throughout my stay. The place is beautiful and very peaceful, surrounded by nature.
