+ The staff are the only thing worth mentioning. The place is a complete disgrace; it ruined my last day in Stockholm: dirty, smelling of sewage, a tiny room the smallest I've ever seen, I felt like I was in a real rat trap.

- The rooms were very small and cold, there was no curtain for the small window and the bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. You could hear everything from the room, so we didn’t sleep the whole first night, as the neighbors were very loud, and they kept going in and out from the rooms and we could basically hear all they were doing. The staff was very rude, not only to us but talking rude and loud to other guests aswell as us. The day of departure, we were woken up by one staffmember that just locks herself into our room without knocking!! I hear the key and started yelling, but that didn’t stop her. The breakfast was expensive and boring, it was only bread and yogurt. The whole stay was not worth the money.

- 30 usd una medida doble de Whisky Jameson, MAS QUE UNA BOTELLA de 1 Litro y en un Hostel, lo pague por que el momento lo ameritaba, pero la Camarera muy desagradable y el Precio mas caro que del Mejor Hotel 5* de NYC, Las Camas Muy Incómodas, nos dieron 2 Almohadas para 4 personas. No estaba claro que el Baño era compartido.

+ Fine location by the water
- The classic "double" cabin is not a double room. It has one single person bed that they expect to squeeze two adults in. The private bathroom is tiny, you can step inside and that's it. Sitting on the toilet is cramped, squeezed against a cold wall. There is no shower cabin, just a shower head so you can wet the floor where you go to the toilet and brush your teeth. I wasn't able to shower in such a small space despite my small/medium sized frame. The round windows aren't waterproof, rainwater was dripping in underneath them. The room was extremely cold from the poor insulation. It was a very rough night's sleep. Before we went to sleep we made a complaint to the receptionist, who was unable to help us. The next morning we were so uncomfortable. We explained to another staff member that we absolutely could not stay there for two more nights. She kindly upgraded our room free of charge for the rest of our stay. The upgraded room was good, but this review is about the original room.

- Vi var inställda på att det var litet och att det kan vara mysigt. Men att betala 5167:- (exklusive frukost) för två personer, två nätter för ett utrymme så litet att två personer knappt kan stå upp samtidigt kändes väl sådär. Toaletten luktade mögel, och den kombinerade dusch och handfatsblandaren läckte så det gick inte att borsta tänderna utan att bli nedstänkt. Påpekade i receptionen på väg ut på stan att toalettpapperet höll på att ta slut, i tron om att man löser sådant medan vi är ute. Han hämtade en toarulle och gav mig i handen som jag själv fick gå och lämna i rummet. Men. Detaljerna ovan hade vi kunnat leva med. Inga jättegrejer - så länge man kan sova. Vi ser oss verkligen inte som kräsna! Det var dock så lyhört att man vaknade då grannen spolade i toaletten. När en annan granne låste upp dörren trodde man att dom ryckte i vår dörr för det hördes så väl. Fönstret gick inte att stänga helt, så det gick inte heller att stänga ute ljudet från gatan. Vi vaknade båda minst en gång i halvtimmen första natten. Försökte vila lite mitt på dagen på lördagen, med do not disturb på dörrhandtaget. När roomservice drog igång och knackade på övriga dörrar i korridoren så trodde man varje gång att dom knackade hos oss. Så ingen vila där heller. Den dörren dämpade ljud lika mycket som ett duschdraperi ungefär. Drog tyvärr ner stämningen för hela sthlmsvistelsen då vi både kände oss som zombies pga sömnbristen. Andra natten sov vi hyfsat efter att ha köpt öronproppar och ökat alkoholintaget.

Es war sehr schön in unserer süßen Kabine auf dem Schiffchen, wenn auch sehr hellhörig. Dennoch: Zimmer klein, aber fein, Frühstück lecker und preiswert, alle nett und freundlich, alles sauber und gepflegt.

I loved this place, it’s walkable to everywhere, the breakfast is amazing
Super emplacement et logement unique ! Nous avons pris une chambre privée avec un lit double, le lit est un peu petit pour deux personnes mais tout le reste est ok

+ Η περιοχή πολύ καλή κοντά στο μετρό και στην παλιά πόλη!!
- Δυστυχώς όχι καλή μόνωση ακούγονται τα πάντα από τα διπλά δωμάτια. Την τελευταία βραδιά δεν μπορέσω να κοιμηθώ γιατί από το διπλανό δωμάτιο ο ένοικος άνοιγε κάθε 5 λεπτά την βρύση και έτρεχε νερό για 4 ώρες συνεχώς.

+ De locatie is prima, op loopafstand van Gamla Stan. Kamer is ruim, badkamer op de gang, maar wel schoon en netjes

+ The view from the room was exceptional, couldn't ask for better. Showers good and warm heated floors. Beds were very comfortable in this room and even though its bunk beds, the bottom is more like a small double. Novel experience sleeping on a boat, checkin and checkout were easy.
- Not a complaint, only suggestion, maybe a doormat outside rooms, or a shoe tray inside rooms, just to save the floors especially during wet and snowy winter months.

+ Es ist ein wirklich charmanter Ort! Super Lage! Toller Blick!
- Man muss wissen, dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Es hat mich nicht gestört, weil alle Gäste leise waren. Aber man hört wirklich alles!

+ Blisko wszędzie piechotą, nie potrzeba używać nawet transportu miejskiego aby dotrzeć do najpopularniejszych miejsc, duża wygoda i dostępność kuchni! Duży plus za możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu bez ograniczenia czasu, przemiła obsługa i całodobowa recepcja:)

- Keine Heizung im Badezimmer. Klappe im zimmer lies sich weder richtig öffnen noch schließen und Fenster zum Gang nicht abdunkeln -> nachts: hell, tagsüber: dunkel Klos im Badezimmer nicht sauber, da Spülung ohne Wasser funktioniert.
