When I went to the reception, I was told that the transaction hasn’t happened when I already paid in advance for 3 beds through the hostel world app. This made me repay the amount again and it was a disappointment. Why is this hostel in hostel world app if they don’t even know what is hostel world and transactions doesn’t go through or doesn’t happen?
