+ It was fine place but staff was thinking something else my friends came to meet me and like two friends they broght my bags and when third friend came she complained him of the first two means violation of customer privacy rule and I had to leave in the mid of night this thing was happened with me please don’t do this anyone else especially with foreigners because we don’t know city well and not know even language

- Due to staff I was very disappointed i was a foreigner here and even didn’t know the city well and two of my friends came to meet me and also broght my few things of need and she thought something else as you I already booked room with two beds and they already left after few minutes and when my third friend came she told him about the previous two it means she broke the rule for customer privacy policy and then due to this we had a fight and had to leave in the mid of night i just came there for relaxation i was very very disappointed i don’t know what she thought and even she threatened me they have camera recordings I already know about that and I did not do anything wrong just two male friends I even did not bring female friends this is how you provide your service please I request you did this with me please don’t do this anyone else especially foreigners we don’t know city well and it causes a lot of trouble for us

- I booked a room and confirmed through whatsapp but when I went to the hotel. They offered a higher proced room and I had to take it because I was aleeady there.

- Обещанный на 8 утра завтрак не был предоставлен, девушка из персонала спала. Ждали до 9.30, когда проснутся, так и не дождались, потеряли время, уехали. Дверь в номер не закрывалась.

- The employees are not helpful at all. They brought the breakfast they brought in the morning with the leftover teragine from the previous customer and the spoons were not clean either.

+ Душ был приемлемым.

- Маленькая комната с 3 кроватями и вентилятором. Безопасность отсутствует: калитка рядом с воротами была всегда открыта, администратора часто не было на месте. Были правила, которые никто не соблюдал, было очень шумно ночью. Полы в здании деревянные и скрипучие (как в старых советских домах). Огромные щели в дверях, плохие замки на дверях комнат. Крючки на двери отваливаются.

+ Тишина, чистота.

- Хотелось бы больше удобств в номере. Завтрак не предоставляется, хотя при бронировании указано, что он включён. Мы не стали обращаться к персоналу повторно по этому поводу и считаем, что этот вопрос должен решить Booking: либо убрать информацию о включённом завтраке, либо действительно предоставлять его гостям.

+ Чисто, классно, вайфай летает

- Забронировала номер с двуспальной кроватью, в итоге поселили с двумя односпалками друг напротив друга. Сказали могу доплатить и переселят. Но зачем тогда выставлять на сайте, возможность бронирования с двуспалкой без доплаты, бред Еще такой момент, что-то стучало в трубе и днём и ночью. Бесит да. Обратилась с проблемой к хозяйке, мне сказали «да это из-за отопления, пройдёт» Я приехала на двое суток и все двое суток стучало. Спасибо что не решили проблему)

+ De plek had een gezellige uitstraling

- Het personeel was tegen het onvriendelijke aan. Er ging blijkbaar iets mis bij de boeking, we kregen twee losse bedden in plaats van een tweepersoonsbed, zoals aangegeven op booking. We werden hier niet goed in geholpen.

+ Das Personal (Verena) war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und man muss beide Zimmer separat bewerten. In einem war alles da was notwendig ist und es war sauber. In der Nacht konnte man gut schlafen und wurde nicht durch Gäste im Haus gestört. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche. Man kann im Kühlschrank seine Lebensmittel aufbewahren. Das ist top.

- Nun möchte ich eine Bewertung für das Zimmer für 4 Personen abgeben. Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht angenehm. Das Zimmer war eine umgebaute Garage ohne Klimaanlage, was die Hitze in Kirgisistan unerträglich machte. Es wurde extrem warm, und das kleine Zimmer hatte nur eine Tür, die man offen lassen musste, um etwas Luft zu bekommen. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass ab 6 Uhr morgens andere Gäste im Hof laut redeten und sich bewegten, wodurch wir nicht schlafen konnten. Auch abends war es bis spät in die Nacht laut. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach: Es bestand nur aus 2 Eiern, 2 Würstchen und etwas Toast. Insgesamt kann ich das Zimmer überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

+ The whole house was tidy, with nice decorations, a comfy garden, a drinkable water tank, an amazing kitchen with everything you might even need! It would've been the best option for an 8-bed-room hostel, if it weren't for nitpicky staff.

- The staff seem to have ADHD because of their obsession with perfect cleanliness. I am a very clean man myself but that was getting absurd, like "don't put a towel on the back of a chair". After a couple of situations like that, one after another, they told me that if I don't like the rules so much, they'll return me my money back. Man, I have the money! I booked a thing. So just take my money and give me an inch of personal space!

+ Tuve una estancia increíble en esta guesthouse en Karakol. Desde el primer momento la familia Dungan que la gestiona me recibió con una hospitalidad que difícilmente se encuentra viajando. Te hacen sentir realmente como en casa. Son personas extremadamente amables, generosas y siempre están pendientes de que estés cómodo y de ayudarte en lo que necesites. La comida es deliciosa y se nota que está preparada con mucho cariño. Además, fue muy bonito poder conocer un poco más de la cultura Dungan a través de ellos. La casa es acogedora, limpia y tranquila, perfecta para descansar después de explorar las montañas alrededor de Karakol. Pero sin duda lo que hace especial este lugar es la familia que lo dirige. Su calidez y su manera de tratar a los huéspedes hacen que la experiencia sea mucho más que simplemente un alojamiento. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que quiera vivir una experiencia auténtica y conocer la verdadera hospitalidad local. Estoy muy agradecido por el tiempo que pasé aquí y espero volver algún día.
