I’d give this a 0.0 considering that they left me without a bed. Arrived at the hostel for checking in and they said they’ve double booked the dorms so there was no bed left for me. So definitely wouldn’t recommend relying on them if you want to have a place to sleep.

Very bad hostel. I don't recommend it. No safety! People can come and go from the hotel like it's nothing, even if they're not staying there, no locked doors. Only a very small locker. Rooms (about 12 beds) share one bathroom. My room had no doors, only a curtain. Staff not helpfull

Worst hostel I have ever stayed in my 3 months of backpacking. We booked for a day and when we checked in the same night we decided to stay one more day hence told the reception to extend our stay for one more night. After agreeing to extend next day when we came back from exploring the town we saw our all bags and stuff packed in black bin bag and kept outside the reception. Weird atmosphere! We had to walk through another dorm to enter the bathroom. There was no door in our dorm so people using the kitchen were able to watch us sleep.

Great location to the lake and the main walking street. The man working let us leave our luggage while we waited for onward travel. We came back to get something from our bag and he said we couldn’t store them any longer??? It was quite inconvenient after saying at first that it would be fine.

Je mets une deuxieme etoile pour le prix pas cher. mais sinon j'aurais prefere etre ailleurs qu'ici. il n'y a pas de rideaux autour des lits donc aucune intimité, pas de prises accessibles, aucun matériel sympa tel que des jeux, des guitares, du materiel sportif... globalement tres decevant.

My bed had stains, the shower for the dorms kept shocking me when I touched the knob and the dorms are seperated by the kitchen. One side gets a door and is dark the other has no door so all the light from the kitchen pours in and none of the curtains covered the windows.

Finns däremot bara små skåp för värdesaker och rummet jag sov i hade inget eget badrum så man var tvungen att gå in i ett annat rum för att gå på toa. Det fanns heller ingen riktig dörr utan bara ett draperi. Sängen var ok men det var väldigt lyhört utåt.

Honestly, this hostel is great value for money. I found everything to be clean and spacious, with lots of space in the rooms and a nice bathroom. The deal of the room with breakfast included is very nice. Not very social but possible to meet people if there are any, and a lovely rooftop terrace where you will have your included breakfast. super close to town and to the boat launch. Amazing for price, got upgraded to a private room. And receptionist Elizabeth was lovely and helpful

Good for a night before an early shuttle out of Panajachel. If you book the dorm, the kitchen could be in your room so you’ll have some strong smells and the bathroom is in the other room so you’ll have to enter another room, almost like another dorm, to use the bathroom. It was not terrible and with the price point it is worth it for a night!

Very nice staff. Everything was clean, and the place was relatively quiet. Very good prices as well.

If you are in the left dorm it has a balcony but you have to go through the right dorm to enter the bathroom. Wich is annoying for the people in the right dorm, but is is a clean place, nice shared kitchen to meet people, nice terrace at the roof to chill.

the property was off the ain road difficult to find, google maps led me elsewhere, opposite side of road, but its on the right side of road...they over-booked and lost myvroom, but they upgraded me ro a private suite with TV...overall not bad only stayed 1 night

It did it’s job for one night. Really cheap so you get what you expect. Not really nice or clean but all in all oaky

Fantastic budget hostel — booked a very affordable and tidy private room. The woman at the front desk was super responsive via WhatsApp. The bathroom left a bit to be desired as far as water pressure and temperature go, but for this price you really can’t complain!

Das Hostel hat zwei Häuser, also ist die Adresse nicht ganz korrekt und wir mussten erst noch ein Stück laufen. Außerdem hatten wir eigentlich ein 9 Bettzimmer mit anschließendem Bad gebucht, wurden dann aber in einem 12 Bettzimmer untergebracht mit Badezimmer auf einer anderen Etage. Einer der Duschen war außerdem voll mit Schimmel. Warm Wasser gab es nicht, genauso wie Smart-TV.

Great place and fantastic value for money! £3 gets you a clean room, good wifi, filtered water, hot showers and free breakfast in a prime location. What more can you ask for.

Bett nicht sehr bequem. Durchgelegen. Könnte man erneuern. Dusche gut und sauber. Küche ok. Lage gut. Frühstück inbegriffen. Preis-Leistung gut.
