- El hostal no me dio boleta. Me aloje el 31 de agosto y 1 de septiembre, pague y me quedaron de dar la boleta de forma electrónica pero nada. No es confiable.
There was mold on the ceiling of our room and the odour was unbearable, in the bathroom too. After one night, we decided to abort our stay there. We would not recommend this venue.
Realice una reserva con ustedes, para "Escarabajo Hostal", envíe mensajes por Whatsapp a las seis de la tarda, sin tener respuesta por parte de ellos, al llegar a la Hostal desconocieron la reserva, dejándonos a mí y mi pareja en la calle a las 21:30, la trabajadora que nos atendió, no me pide mi nombre, no verifica la reserva, no me indica su nombre, solo se niega a recibirnos. Fue una experiencia terrible porque no conocíamos la cuidad. Aún no me devuelven el dinero de la reserva.
Make a reservation with you, for "Escarabajo Hostal", send messages by Whatsapp at six in the evening, without having a response from them, on arrival at the Hostal they ignored the reservation, leaving me and my partner in the street at 21:30, the worker who attended us, does not ask my name, does not check the reservation, does not indicate her number, just refuses to receive us. It was a terrible experience because we did not know the city.
Llegamos 3:30pm app para hacer check in estuvimos en la puerta casi media hora ,llamamos a celular de la info no estaba operativo, escribimos al correo del hostal nadie respondió.Luego nos fuimos a recorrer ,en vista que nadie apareció y volvimos a la medianoche , salió una mujer diciendo que vivía allí y que llamaría a la recepcionista , esperamos y llegó la recepcionista Marcela , diciendo que estaban hasta las 9pm, se nego al check in .Tuvimos que buscar otro hostal, pésimo servicio....
We arrived at 3:30pm app to check in we were at the door for almost half an hour, we called the info cell phone was not operational, we wrote to the hostel mail nobody answered.Then we went for a walk, seeing that no one showed up and we came back at midnight, a woman came out saying she lived there and that she would call the receptionist , we waited and the receptionist Marcela came , saying they were until 9pm, she refused the check in .We had to look for another hostel, terrible service.
+ Le patio est sympa et le lit est ok, mais...
- Mal situé, mais bon ce n'est pas le plus grave: le logement ne correspond pas aux photos, la salle de bain est immonde, zéro confort. Il n'y a jamais personne à l'accueil, le whatsapp de la femme qui accueille ne répond jamais. Pour ce prix là, c'est inadmissible, je ne me plains pas aussi souvent sur booking, alors voyageurs, passez votre chemin et cherchez ailleurs!!
+ The checking procedure was dummed. I was contacted on WhatsApp that I had to contact an other person on WhatsApp, who I was supposed to send a message when I left santiago, when I arrived in Valparaiso station, and when I arrived at the hostel, that person was not even on time there, and was very unfriendly, didnt speak english and didnt make any effort to. Bathroom, was very old and rusty, smelly, and found some hairs there. The commun spaces and the location in Valparaiso are very nice.

- No habia staff permanente, mala locacion, el precio no va de la mano con el lugar y no tiene vista a nada, no se aprecia nada de valparaiso

+ Buena ubicación.
- La ducha, las tres noches que estuvimos, todos los días salió el agua helada. Me comuniqué con la chica encargada, me explicó la situación con el calefont pero no hubo ninguna solución. El techo de la habitación tenía hongos al igual que la puerta del baño. No volvería a arrendar en este hostal.

+ Der Innenhof ist schön zum Sitzen. Die Kücheneineichtung ist zwar alt, es ist aber alles vorhanden zum Kochen.
- Lage des Hotels im Cerro Bellavista. Die Strassen und vielen Treppenstufen sind total verschmutzt von Hundeexkrementen. Das liegt nicht in der Verantwortung des Hotels natürlich.

+ Le logement est proche du centre et des cerros Alegre et Concepcion. C'était très propre, la cuisine est bien équipée et le petit patio est agréable. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Marcela qui a été très arrangeante le jour du départ, nous partions dans la nuit et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dans l'établissement pour revenir les chercher le soir avant le départ (bien après notre check out).
- Il est dommage que la chambre n'ait pas de rideaux en sachant qu'un lampadaire est en face de la fenêtre et qu'il éclaire le lit.

- La ducha se tapaba Las almohdasb eran como no tener nada, pondría 2 mas. Que el gato de la calle entre a la cocina, debería haber un cartell de no dejarla entrar al la casa
+ El tamaño de la habitación y la comodidad. El ambiente en general del hostel, muy tranquilo, limpio.
- Solo para mejorar, podría mencionar las almohadas.
